The food was better last time. The service was very good.

Read some solid reviews about your pizza, so why not pop in. Super busy. Ordered a Burger and Pizza. Waited an hour for Pizza, asked the staff and stated they missed the order and will make it now. 5 minutes later it turns up and nothing like any reviews. Limp like a 61 year old man, looked half cooked. No way can you punch out quality Pizza in 5 minutes team.didnt live up to my expectations. Know you were busy, but it's a miss from me...

Good place to enjoy a drink 🥃 or some lunch or dinner that includes a pizza oven. has an area for private functions to suit 100 plus people if required.

Went there yesterday, 1st June 2024, for a birthday celebration. Food was great and serves were more than enough and enough to take a bit home. People standing near the front entrance chatting away was very annoying trying to get in and out. Plenty of room inside so no reason to be there........and they didn't want to move out the way. Live band was setting up for the night performance and I wish I could've made it back as they sounded great(they gave us a couple of songs in the warm up/sound check). Excellent! Google maps information gave me a different name so I wasn't sure if I was at the right place.

Beer garden is fantastic

Its has a great list of food on the menu and the staff are very friendly. I took a friend out for lunch and she really enjoyed it . We both said we should do this more often . And we will.

Have frequented this place many times for meals and they are consistently good value for money. It's also family friendly. Will happily continue to return.

Food was average. The staff were not at all friendly, so for this reason I won't return nor recommend.

Went here to see a band, and had dinner before hand. The food was tasty, I had veal scallopini and the meat was so tender. The serves are very generous, not many could finish their meal. Great atmosphere for a band, not too over bearing and loud, but has an ample dance floor to accommodate.

Really good food and polite friendly staff. Haven't been for a while and decided to get the Dirty Gringo Chicken schnitzel. Could only eat half, but had the rest for dinner. Really good feed. It had a nice casual Sunday lunch vibe 😋😋

While the food wasn't to bad and most of us enjoyed our food, my squid did taste a bit funny. It was extremely crowded being mother's day weekend it is understandable but tables needed more space between them. As for the manager she very horribly verbal bullied the young staff for miner mistakes Infront of the guess which was not appropriate if you need to speak to your staff do it in private there is no need to embarrass the poor kid more then they already are extremely inappropriate.

Thursday 2nd May. Magnificent lunch,veal with prawns,baby halved baked potatoes, broccoli, and a couple of raw baby carrots. Topped off with such a delightful sauce. My taste buds were truly singing. Top of the class,for this innovative Chef

I don't mind this place. It has a nice outside area (I'm no longer a smoker so I just stay inside). The food is good and I like the indoor pizza oven. The atmosphere just feels like it's missing something though, I'm just not sure what it is. Maybe some colour to break up the stark whiteness inside, or a few partitions / booths for people to sit and make it feel more personal. It doesn't stop me from going though 😀

Well run, nice place to have lunch. we enjoyed Caesar salad, schnitzel and salad, pineapple juice. The food was beautifully cooked and presented. Nice atmosphere, friendly wait staff.

Hadn't been here for a while so decided tonight was it. We were delighted to see a couple of items on the menu. Oysters Kilpatrick and Barramundi were excitedly anticipated, but alas both were complete duds. The Oysters has beautifully cooked bacon and even tastier home made Worcestershire Sauce, however even though the Oyster Shells were huge, the Oysters themselves were the size of a 5 cent coin. Then there was Barramundi, well it was a pity they didn't buy the adult fish instead of one of the kids. The single fillet would have over my hand and wasn't much thicker than that 5 cent coin again. Normally I don't waste my time on negative reviews, I do prefer to keep them positive, but sadly it was a lot of money for very little return.

We had a last minute notice for our group of 13, no problem for them. We had everyone in a good coma, as the meals are wonderfully large and I mean large, but also extremely tasty. The pizza is awesome, gluten free pizza 10/10 as well, everyone in our group loved it all, thanks to the team as they do a great job, highly recommend Be Social for individuals, couples or large groups, you won’t be disappointed

Nice quiet outdoor area for a quiet lunch the day after boxing day. Friendly staff make you feel at home. Will be back.

Last week, on Wednesday, 13th December, 2023, We had a luncheon at the Oakden. The meal was very fresh & tasty. We were served by Marla. She was very thorough, efficient and hardworking. She made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you for your outstanding service. It's greatly appreciated.

i came here last night with my family it is a wonderful restaurant, amazing staff and service they are so lovely. the band is a very good entertainment. the food is so lovely and tasty n big size portions. definitely recommend for anyone in the oaken area.

Heartbreaking to not have a pre booked table reserved. My family and I went elsewhere and I ended up in tears. My night was ruined due to the poor unorganised management!

Poor organisation..very disappointing to make a booking several months in advance for a school graduation night to not have our name down. We're provided a booth to sit in with a 60cm table to eat from for 4 people. Walked out and went elsewhere. Heartbreaking that our child could not spend the night with her friends! We will never go back!

Amazing food, awesome venue, and excellent hospitality from Teresa and the staff that go above and beyond!! If you’re in need of a dance, and great music performed by live bands such as The New Romantics, Mr Buzzy, The Incredible’s Band, etc. this is the place to come to on a Saturday night or a Sunday afternoon!!

Was a lovely place to watch and dance to a band

Saturday lunch. The food was ok but took close to half an hour to be served. Considering there were only four small tables that were occupied, that seemed excessive. It was baking hot in the almost empty dining room, no air con or air circulation happening. The music they played was nightclub dance music - not overly appropriate considering most people dining here were over 60 years old. Service was slow for both food and drinks, waitress didn't have time to check on any of the four tables to ask if everything was satisfactory. Their excuse was that they were busy with the birthday party going on in their function room but I do not accept weak excuses like that. When I told a staff member that it was hot in the room, I was met with a blank stare. Definitely not inclined to return here again.

I ordered a chicken schnitzel, but really wasn't expecting such anything so huge! Very tasty and good value, especially since it also fed me for lunch the following day 😀

One of the worst meals I’ve eaten in a long time. How do you ruin up a schnitzel. It was pink and rubbery. Had a weird texture. Sauce was not nice. The only thing I can say is the chips were good.

Has been awhile since we've been here so went for a quick lunch and loved it!! There's always a wonderful service and a very friendly staff who helps you choose from a wide range of everything!! 😂 The food was amazing, with lots of flavour and big portions exactly your money's worth!! We loved it as usual and not only for the food but a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine!! 😍💯👍
