The second time we have stayed here and didn’t disappoint again. Everyone was great. Thank you

We stayed for 6 nights and thought the value and quality was worthy of the price paid. The only slight drawback for people sensitive to smells is somewhat of an overwhelming fragrance upon entering the lobby.

Beautiful old buildings. Once inside you'd hardly know you were in the CBD of Melbourne. Service was fantastic, everyone was amazing. We loved relaxing in the Lounge.

Great service great location

Great service and well appointed rooms. Free drinks and canapés, free parking, free breakfast and afternoon tea. Add some lovely staff and how can you go wrong. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Nice and close to the city and attractions. Winner all round.

We had a fantastic late lunch at the Intercontinental Hotel in Melbourne on Saturday! The building exudes character and the atmosphere was amazing. The food we enjoyed was incredibly tasty! Although we were the only guests in the restaurant that late Saturday, my husband and I will treasure this special time together. Thank you for making our lunch so memorable! Warm regards, Boz and Mark from Sydney

InterContinental Melbourne at The Rialto has a charming vintage appeal, perfect for those who appreciate a nostalgic atmosphere. The building itself has historical significance, and the staff were polite and accommodating throughout our stay. We stayed on the Ambassador Floor, and while the room was spacious, the bathroom was surprisingly small. The hallway ceiling felt low, and the wallpaper, though fitting the vintage aesthetic, had a rough texture that seemed to collect lint or cobweb-like material. The towels were quite thin, and room service was just average. While the hotel’s location is very convenient and was a key reason for our choice, we found some aspects underwhelming. It’s not the most modern or recently renovated property, so if you’re after contemporary luxury, this may not be the best fit. We also had to request twice for our room to be cleaned during our week-long stay. Overall, it’s a good option for those looking for a historical and old-world experience, but it might not fully meet expectations if you’re after a refreshed and high-end stay.

We loved our stay at the hotel. It’s in a great location and the room was lovely and quiet. Only one issue - the food at breakfast wasn’t hot enough. The plates were cold - we suggest offering warm plates to keep the food warm. However, the coffee was great

My stay was fantastic. Two older buildings combined. My room was large overlooking the atrium between the buildings. King bed with superb IHG linens and pillows. The club lounge is a nice respite, but rather limited breakfast options. My major complaint is the shower faucet. The overhead rainfall is the default, and getting a head/body dousing with cold water is unpleasant. Changing the control to the hand wand is possible via a small pin under the faucet. But. When the faucet it turned off, it goes back to overhead only. Terrible terrible system.

חדרים מצויינים חיסרון יחיד חלון לא נפתח. שירות, מצריך טיפה מאמץ לעמוג בסטנדרט של הרשת. מיקום מעולה במרכז הלב הפועם של העיר.

We booked a weekend staycation and we’re impressed with the staff and their commitment to help. Theo and Bobby at the reception were very helpful and gave us some great advice about restaurants and services at the hotel. We felt that the staff were genuinely interested in making sure we had a good experience. The breakfast buffet is also brilliant! We will definitely visit again

This was my fourth stay inside 2 years and I found it to be of a lower standard than previous visits. The room safe had a sticker to say it didn't work, which meant taking possessions in and out as needed at reception. One blind did not work at all but was fixed when I advised reception. The TV stopped working but was also fixed once reported. The shower had to be turned on several minutes before being used as the hot water took a long time to come through, thus wasting a lot. The mini bar was not re-stocked at all, nor was the milk that was used on the first evening. Compliments to the staff as they were all extremely courteous and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were great. Hopefully these were just one-off issues as I like the location and would like to stay there again.

Great central spot, brekky was nice. Chefs on hand made some nice eggs. Pool/Spa/Sauna was nice on Level 10 too. Great service and very comfortable room. Easy walk or tram to everywhere we wanted.

1st visit to Melbourne and very memorable from entering the hotel. Beautiful room, with excellent, friendly professional staff. Nothing to much trouble from all staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice. Lovely club room with different canapés and range of salads Vatsal on reception provided outstanding service, always checking that everything was in order. Excellent historical building, beautifully renovated

Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. We arrived got an ‘upgrade’ to which PowerPoints didn’t work, fridge was broken, got told someone was coming to fix it but did not happen. The shower took ages to get slightly warm and then proceeded to fluctuate between hot and cold. Went for breakfast in morning. Asked how much breakfast would cost for 2 people got told ‘no nothing to pay’ after breakfast on check out charge $95 (which is fine but when you get told there’s nothing to pay for it, it’s annoying). Paid $80 a night for ‘secure’ parking which upon checking out and leaving we had realised while in secure parking, Glove box and centre console was gone through. Multiple things stolen from car. When ringing to ask about it as we had left hotel got told they would look into it. Still yet to hear back. If you want a good experience in Melbourne choose any other hotel.

Great 3 night stay. Reception extremely helpful arranging a room change for us. Club staff excellent and vastly improved on previous stay. Bar staff on the ground floor also provided great service and perfect drinks.

After my almost perfect stay last year, this time was an almost polar opposite. It seems this hotel is struggling to find experienced staff, and in fact the required number of staff. From check in with no doorman, to reception with someone who failed to provide the upgrades and understanding of the ambassador privileges, my bags were sent to the wrong room and turned up an hour late after I finally got through to the front desk. Last year Minnie was superb in the Club room, her absence on holidays was sadly missed. One of the overworked staff could hardly speak English. The food was lacking and happy hour managed to the minute. Food better in the breakfast area. Once again on checkout no bags assistance. Altogether not great. It caused me the investigate a Luxury Escapes Lux offer that popped up while looking to change my already made reservation in May. Looks like way more variety, and better value. So disappointing. PS. I’ve forgotten how tired this place is looking

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review for this hotel as my husband and I didn’t have a good experience. Not often do we get out as we have two very young children and for $400 a night you would expect more. First off we were located first floor in a dark room no view, the phone didn’t work and the iron was also broken. We spoke to reception who moved us over a room on the same floor, again a shabby room, these rooms should be cheaper for what they are. When booking and speaking to the reservation team I was assured we could use a gift card we had received and that she had taken off the amount but upon our surprise at arrival, reception had no idea about this. We were reassured it would get sorted and upon checking out was told it can’t be used with them and we had to pay the full amount. This was disappointing as we wouldn’t have spent so much money for such a crap experience had we known and been told we could use the gift card. Our one night off was an expensive and disappointing one.

It was a terrible experience for me. I was charged for the minibar in the room even though I didn't use it during my stay. I sent email several times to the hotel and IHG but nobody replied. That's the worst response. Amenities were not replenished properly and I had to leave a note every time. If I were to go to Melbourne again, I would never stay there again.

Beautiful Hotel great location

Another fantastic stay. Thankyou. Ashley at check in is fantastic, going above and beyond. People that work for your hotel like Ashley are the reason I will be staying there again in a couple of months. The hotel and service is 5 star

Great open space hotel Central location in city

Wow ! I booked this hotel via booking.com And got a good rate I then called the IHG group the phone number to get a better rate Thinking 🤔 not to go thru 3 rd party But customer operater was so rude First ask me how many questions I have for him ! I said let’s go 1. Questions at a time I have called to get a better rate direct thru the hotel said my commonsense But no he bluntly said go book with booking.com Just rude So I booked down the road for 1/2 the cost

A Sydney-sider, I hadn't visited Melbourne for several decades but I trusted the Intercontinental Hotel Melbourne to provide an excellent accommodation experience for my colleague from a leading Chinese University and I, which it certainly did. Our 4 nights stay proved my intuition to be totally correct as our stay mirrored the excellence of our experiences in the Intercontinental Hotels in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai. The quiet and calm ambience, the comfort of the room, the friendly and professional staff and the Collins Street location made for wonderful memories of our time in Melbourne. We hope to return at a future date and wouldn't consider any other property. Thank you to all who contributed to a most memorable short holiday in Melbourne.

Two major problems. Firstly no bodywash in the shower which is a bit late when you're already wet. I expect better attention to detail from an Intercontintal hotel. Secondly after a long day out returning at 4.30pm room still not serviced. It took two phone calls and about 30 mins before actioned

We checked in on sat jan 4th. I am a DIAMOND ELITE at IHG we had to wait 6 hrs for a room.when we finally got it,the wall paper was torn, furniture soiled and facing the main street, when we specifically requested quiet room. we could not accept this, and after another 1.5 hrs wait we got a junior suite. No follow up from reception,no welcome amenities no nothing. we felt the staff really do not care All the carpets in the hall ways are soiled as well... THis is not a 5 star hotel, more 3 star. The club lounge has some extra helpers during our 5 days stay but The food presentation was boring and the same all days, the hot canapes all asian and not to our liking at least. No refills of drinks during coctail hours,,you have to get up and ask for everything as the staff hid in the kitchen areas. Nick, the bell man was however very friendly and helped in all ways he could. WE CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY(but MEL is really cool)

The hotel is in a perfect location. Easy to get anywhere in the city. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also very close to the city's free trams. I found myself walking everywhere because it gave ma a chance to really explore the city and neighborhood. I'd highly recommend getting breakfast included. The breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. I am so glad I stayed here. It made my experience in Melbourne so much better. Absolutely would stay here again.

stayed here just before Christmas, will definitely stay here again, great location and really enjoyed the club lounge, staff did a great job

Air condition set to 18 room was 25 plus overnight and next day. Shower had low water pressure. Took 5 attempts to get reception. Request bags be taken down on checkout. Waited 25 minutes in room, no one came so carried own luggage from 9th floor to Reception. Lack of staff in bar. took in excess of 25 mintes to get drink. Not a lot of patrons in Bar. Have stayed numerous times at Intercontinental Melbourne and the service and amenties seem to get lower each stay.

Complaint Regarding My Recent Stay at InterContinental Melbourne Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel due to multiple issues that occurred both during and after my visit. 1. Incorrect Charges: Parking Charges: Despite parking being included in my package, I was wrongly charged after checking out. Mini-Bar Charges: Additionally, I was charged for mini-bar items I did not consume. Both of these billing errors are unacceptable and reflect poor attention to detail. 2. Lengthy Resolution Process: To resolve these issues, I spent over one hour on the phone and was transferred to three different people. Each time, I had to repeat my explanation, which was both frustrating and inefficient. While your staff eventually agreed to refund the incorrect parking and mini-bar charges, the excessive time and effort required to address this matter were unreasonable. 3. Unprofessional Reservation Staff: During the call, the reservation staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism. For instance, I was asked to provide my email address despite having already given it at check-in. This kind of disorganized communication is frustrating for guests and detracts from the overall experience. While I appreciate that a refund was promised for the incorrect charges, the overall experience has left me deeply disappointed. I strongly urge your management team to address these issues to ensure other guests do not face similar inconveniences. To formally close this matter, I request: Confirmation that the refunds for parking and mini-bar charges have been processed. A written explanation of what caused these errors and the steps being taken to prevent such problems in the future. Please address this matter promptly. I expect a response within 7 business days. You may reach me via email or phone to confirm the status of my request. Thank you for your attention. I hope my feedback will lead to meaningful improvements in your service. Sincerely, Lee

Great hotel in the western side of the cbd Room was spacious and clean. The pool and spa were also great. Highly recommend this hotel.

The InterContinental Melbourne is perfection personified! From its unbeatable location to the warm and welcoming staff, this hotel truly knows how to make every guest feel like royalty. The service is impeccable. The booking process was smooth; especially when you book directly with them (highly recommend!). Skip the third-party sites; they know how to treat their direct guests right. Can’t wait to visit again!

It's the Melbourne InterCon, what can I say! Beautiful hotel in 2 historic buildings in central Melbourne. Everything about it is superb. Our go-to hotel in Melbourne.

I stayed with my family at the start of December for one night. The location and facilities and room are amazing. Just what we needed but I have been emailing & calling for over 2 weeks to receive my $100 deposit they took from me on check out! It’s now nearly 3 weeks later & I still don’t have it. Yesterday I spoke to somebody who said I was getting an email to confirm it But I still don’t have it! It’s also very tricky to actually reach the front desk at the hotel when you do call. Hopefully soon it’ll be returned

Nice hotel with super friendly staff. Everything was nice, it could be better if the club lounge breakfast is better.

Worst service for a Platinum Elite member in the whole of ANZ. For my 10year wedding anniversary I treated my wife and 3 kids to this hotel expecting it to be the crown jewel in the IHG Australian offering. Weeks in advance I booked via the IHG app and I requested a double bedroom, a cot. a rollaway bed and extra pillows. 2 days prior I called the hotel to ensure the extra items were available as they were needed due to having 3 kids. I was assured they were and that everything would be prepared for my arrival. When checking in we entered the Finders Lane entrance and it took us 15-20mins to find the reception as it was not signed nor obvious at all. Even a staff member told us it was on level 1 so we took the lift to level 1, it turns out it was on level G, despite us walking in the hotel at ground level two levels below level G! On check-in, there was a token sentence about my loyalty status which did not feel genuine, it certainly didn’t make me feel valued as a platinum elite member. But this was to be par for the course from then on. I was not given a room upgrade despite the hotel being not being very busy, I asked about the extra items and he checked the computer and ‘oh yes I see the request on here’. I even asked the hotel was able to do something special for my wife as it was our wedding anniversary, he said yes and wrote it down. Arrival at the room saw that none of the requested items were present. We had a 3 month old baby who was tired so I called reception and requested the extra items be brought to my room. I got a call back after 5mins to say they didn’t think the rollaway bed would fit in the room type I was in. I told them that I’d been assured twice that these items were available with my reservation and to discuss with the manager and get back to me. They did not call back. 2.5hrs later the cot was not delivered to the room. My wife complained at reception and the cot was brought within 30mins. Just before going to sleep later in the night I complained again about extra pillows not being brought. Rollaway bed never happened and my kids had to just make do. No regard was given to my loyalty status, we never unpacked for 3 hours wondering if a room change may be offered due to the circumstances, our baby could not be put to sleep in a cot for over 3hrs, staff either told us false info or did not follow through with their written and spoken actions. And the hotel did NOTHING to make our 10 year anniversary special for my wife! Quite frankly I was embarrassed to have hyped up this hotel stay to my wife who was left very underwhelmed. This is the worst experience as a platinum elite member in 18years staying with IHG properties all over the world. I very much dislike writing negative reviews but for this I could simply not hold my tongue. Improve the staff service, improve the signage, improve the delivery of extras when booked (these should be IN the room on arrival and should not need requesting and waiting by the guest), improve communication if requests are not possible, treat your platinum elite guests appropriately, understand the importance of baby’s needing sleep (it’s a given if a cot is requested!). I will end with the astonishing fact that I have had better experiences in a Holiday Inn.

整栋楼都有维多利亚时代的古典气息,住在其中就好像穿梭到一百年前一样,尤其其中有个叫Tina Kim的厨师,服务真是一流,没得说!

Tina Kim’s cooking is truly exceptional! Her dishes are a perfect blend of creativity and flavor, showcasing her remarkable culinary skills. Every bite is a delightful experience, leaving you amazed by her talent and passion for cooking. She truly elevates every meal to an art form!

Dated, poor service and a comedy of errors. The good: Location, this is a great spot. The service in the club is also spectacular. The bad: The rooms are dated and neglected. Broken fixtures, moldy bathrooms and spots/stains on the curtains. Good size though. The pool area while great in theory told an another tale of neglect with rotten wood and broken tiles throughout. Booked a club room package that included a in room credit. Upon checkin I confirmed at the front desk that this includes room service. After checkin I found this hadn’t been applied, enquired and they informed me the person wasn’t trained properly and refused to apply the credit. A couple weeks later they have yet to response to multiple emails and I’ve had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

I was in Melbourne for my wife’s 50th birthday. Thank you very much for the excellent stay. I cannot thank you enough - it was a truely fantastic time. You went above and beyond!

Rather disappointing stay at the Intercontinental Melbourne. You'd expect much warmer hospitality associated with a brand of IHG. Most interactions were made harder than it needed to be including simple requests. Very few staff at the property has some idea of making the stay a pleasant experience for the guests.

Great service

A fabulous hotel with an unbeatable location on Collins street. Service, check-in and check-out were speedy and problem free. The rooms are very well appointed and the atmosphere is so special. The Friendly Concierge service and help was appreciated. We had access to the Club area and that was a special experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Pro|- good size room and quietness|- complimentary water|- good location||Con|- the part that baffles me a bit - i stayed on the 8th floor and there is very little hot water at all. Im told that since the hot water is trvaelling ip from ground floor, it will take a few minutes before the water gets hot. This was sometimes true and sometimes not. I ended up having cold showers on most mornings as there wasnt any hot water even after a few minutes (its also a waste of water...). I was expecting the availability of hot water would be within normal expectations of a 5 star hotel, so this was a bit of a surprise.|- breakfast selection is quite limited.

Nice hotel, let down by poor service.

Fantastic experience, service was amazing as was the hotel and all facilities, the club area with free refreshments and food was well worth it.

Nice and neat. The hotel is designed into beautiful historical architecture.

I ordered dinner at the Restaurant around 6:40pm, I then followed up the staff at 7:40pm as my main course had not arrived and I had a Teams meeting with some UK colleagues at 8:00pm. Your staff had forgotten to take the order to the kitchen - order moved to room service but by time my meeting finished food was cold. I explained this at reception when checking out - not sure what action was taken

I like the breakfast here, very fresh and there are so many choices for you. The pool, spa, and shower room are all impressive!

Don’t upgrade to club lounge access - total rip off since new management cost savings initiatives.

. I booked a room at the Rialto from the 22nd to the 24th using my ambassador. . I was upgraded to a signature room and most pleased with that upgrade. I stayed in room 602. The temperature over that weekend was approximately 37°.The air conditioning was non-existent which I mean by that the fans seem to be not working and the temperature was not cool. I expressed my concern to the staff which intern maintenance attended to the room and told me that it was fixed. Lowering the temperature to 15°. The air conditioning was not fixed . The shower water was cold for the whole weekend I expressed my concern a couple of times in regards to the air conditioning and was told by your manager and staff that the air conditioning was fixed. The air conditioning was not fixed by later found out from staff that they also complained about the air conditioning in the building and stated that that tower that I was staying in was not working. I attended the club on the Saturday night. There was only two staff members on the two girls working at night was so busy catering for the massive influx of people in the club where they did not have time to rotate the food in the club which consist of just a few things and a salad it seems to me that the club has been wound back a bit due to cost cuts. The staff were so polite but did not have time to go round and top up drinks or even bring out the warm canopies due to being so busy and two members working. Very disappointed over the weekend having cold showers and air-conditioning not working in a hotel that I visit frequently and it’s not the IHG brand that I know and again the staff were very professional in my complaint and would not comment on any of the issues . the high tea. Has also been wound back by providing 2 quarters sandwich and a plate of two scones . This is not the intercontinental I know in Melbourne seems like a lot of cost cuts . I have emailed the manger directly and also have feed back with no answer to why in a 5 star hotel no hot water in room and no aircon . And money paid for club access but not worth it .

We are IHG silver elite members but had the worst experience of our 70 years!A downgraded room,a midnight false fire alarm and being charged 3 times for our room. We had a Qantas package and splurged on a junior Collins St view room but after a late checkin put in a dark suite with zero view-AWFUL

Worst experience of our 70 years-got a room downgrade late check in as well as Qantas we were charged twice more .We have left emails but no reply .Great location but horrific service.Went down to see a stage show (Sister Act)that was fantastic but experience ruined by Intercontinental

We spent five days there in Room Number 322 with out having enough cool in our room.

Very bad experience with this Intercontinental Melbourne. Room was not enough cool to get a good night sleep.

Purchased as part of a jetstar package Hadn’t stayed before Rooms were great, bed comfy and shower with waterfall showerhead was good Buffet breakfast was included which the boyfriend was stoked about Great spread with lots of choices and barista made coffee Staff were lovely and even other guests were friendly enough to point us in the right direction for the pool and breakfast Great stay all around and would come again!

I had great night here in October. I loved my room up high in the Tower and it was only a floor away from the rooftop swimming pool and Gym where I spent a lot of pleasant time. The staff were universally helpful and I loved the Lobby as a place to wait. In addition, there were some fascinating sculptures in the Lobby.

I wished I didn’t buy club access. 1.There’s no exclusive check-in/out service provided, told by one of the club staff. 2. No more 3-tier-stand desserts during afternoon tea, and only 2 kinds of canapés were provided during happy hours(served when ordered, chances of insufficient kitchen supply) 3. Staffs in club lounge were great, but services from other staffs varies greatly, guessing they were just all very busy. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel but short of service.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights as part of our Australia trip to Melbourne and Sydney. |We arrived on an overnight flight from Kuala Lumpur and check in was very smooth and our upgraded room was made available before noon. |The iconic suite overlooking Collins Street was huge and supremely comfortable. The double glazing blocked out noise from the busy street, the WiFi was very stable and fast and the air condition system coped very well with the changing temperature fluctuations outside. ||Breakfast was served in the Alluvial Restaurant at the lower ground floor in between the two historic buildings and covered by a huge glass dome above. |The spread was substantial and service very friendly. ||All touch points with the staff were very pleasant and we were always greeted with a smile. |The hotel is ideally located for exploring Melbourne as the tram stop is right outside the hotel and places like the Queen Victoria Market and the Royal Arcade are easily reached on foot. ||We would definitely return and happy to recommend the hotel to fellow travellers.

The lobby is adorable and the atmosphere was nice 🫶🏻

Overall not what you may expect from an Intercontinental experience elsewhere so be prepared. I’m a top tier member and stay at many Intercon properties. Took three requests to get a twin booked room instead of a double that was supplied for the kids with the housekeeping finally separating the double. Rooms are a bit tired and there are no views and it’s barely 5 star. All is clean though and staff did try ….just could bring it together for a polished experience. Great location but have stayed at better for the price in Melbourne.

I used to stay regularly at Intercon Melbourne and Sydney. Just started travelling again and stayed at Melbourne. You seemed to have stopped caring about the small things that make the difference. 1. Great bar that I used to enjoy closed and turned into a Club Members only bar. The other bar downstairs is nowhere close in quality. 2. Used to get a small bowl of nuts with a beer. Not any more. 3. There used to be some toiletries in the room - face soap, moisturizer. Gone (except a small tube of toothpaste). As I had items confiscated at the airport due to carry on restictions, I needed these. A 3* experience at a 5* price.

A 4-star experience at top, and is the most disappointing one out of all Australia hotels we booked for the trip. Room is kinda dim since it's facing the inside of the building, which looks dark and depressing. Room feels small and old. Even the closet is making some squeaky sound when opening and closing. Most importantly, the room service has lost my sleeping eye mask after a daily clean and I had some hard time sleeping without the mask.

Absolutely beautiful building Staff are exceptional and very welcoming. The lobby and hallway smell really good. Very long hallways, so if you don't want to walk far, ask for a room close to the elevators. Very close to all amenities

After a grounded airline flight, multiple missed connections, and lost luggage to boot, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the shining spot of my thus far challenge ridden trip. Thanks to all for their efforts!

Beautiful hotel, location excellent. Exceptional service and very clean with a great atmosphere

Used to spend a lot of time at Melbourne Intercon and as I started travelling again was looking forward to spend a lot more time there. But seems they stopped caring about the small things. Great bar replaced with club lounge only accessible to higher priced rooms, no bathroom vanity items, no small bowl of nuts with a beer. Take away those small things and it’s a 3 star experience.

The room was fine but housekeeping was very erratic, most days by 5pm we did not have our room serviced and had to ask to have the room service. They always forgot to replace coffee, face cloths etc. We ordered room service one evening, a caesar salad and ham toastie, they phoned back and said no caesar salad available, then I asked for Capresi salad, they said it was not available, then they said they could not make a ham and cheese toastie ! We phoned reception who made sure we got the ham and cheese toastie. For an IHG Intercontinental Hotel in a major Australian city, the housekeeping and room service were well below a 3 star hotel. We were very disappointed with our stay and advised this to the reception staff on checkout.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Melbourne for the second time. Check in was quick and efficient and I was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The room was quite large and very comfortable, the only minor problem was the noise of the elevator. Whilst the hotel is very rich in atmosphere and charm, it definitely needs an upgrade, there are no USB ports in the rooms which is a must these days. Breakfast at the Alluvial Restaurant was very good with a good selection of food. The staff are friendly and efficient. Check out was quick and easy. I would probably choose another more modern hotel on my next visit.

Fantastic hotel and the front service areas were excellent. Great ambience, well located and will definitely return
