Great hotel, friendly staff and great value.

One of the bar staff was extremely rude, she took 10 minutes to serve us and then proceeded to lock us outside. Mind you, it is 40 degrees today, this resulted in my good friend who’s come from Canada to nearly experience heat stroke. I was looking inside trying to get her attention and when she finally brought the drinks out she told me the door could not lock itself which it did. She practically called me a liar when I’ve spent thousands of dollars to stay here. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place at all. To the middle aged Filipino woman, shame on you.

My stay at this hotel was fairly pleasant. The location was decent and convenient enough for my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that provided a restful night’s sleep. However, the pool was disappointing. The water appeared cloudy, there was visible dirt at the bottom, and the lack of a heater made it less inviting. While the stay was overall comfortable, some attention to the pool area would make the experience much better.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the VIBE Hotel Adelaide, and we can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were immediately struck by its stylish and contemporary design. The lobby’s sleek, modern aesthetic combined with warm, welcoming tones created a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere—perfect for kicking off our stay. The whole hotel has this effortlessly cool vibe, with beautiful accents and natural lighting that made every space feel bright and inviting. The cleanliness at VIBE Hotel was beyond impressive. Our room was immaculate—everything from the bed to the bathroom was pristine and well-maintained. It was obvious that the hotel takes great care in keeping the space not only visually appealing but also hygienic and comfortable. The daily housekeeping was thorough, and we were always greeted with fresh towels, replenished amenities, and a well-kept room. This attention to detail made our stay feel particularly luxurious. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. We had access to a great gym, which was fully equipped and spacious, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the hotel’s pool area after a day of exploring Adelaide. The room itself had all the amenities we could need, including a well-stocked mini-bar, a Nespresso machine for that perfect morning coffee, and high-speed Wi-Fi that worked flawlessly throughout our stay. The location was also ideal—right in the heart of the city, so we were within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and cafes. ]The Storehouse Restaurant: One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the Storehouse Restaurant downstairs. If you’re staying at VIBE, don’t miss out on this place! The food was absolutely outstanding. We had dinner there during our stay, and it was amazing! The Chef's Menu was well worth the $80pp! We were blown away by the quality of the food. The menu offers a fantastic selection of both Australian and international flavors, with a strong emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. We both had a few different dishes and were consistently impressed by the creativity and flavors of each one. The presentation was spot on, and the service at the restaurant was attentive and friendly, which really enhanced the dining experience. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Our stay at VIBE Hotel Adelaide was nothing short of perfect. From the chic design and impeccable cleanliness to the excellent facilities and extraordinary food at the Storehouse Restaurant, it truly exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service during both check-in and check-out, leaving a very positive impression. The hotel also offered outstanding room amenities, including a variety of pillow types to choose from, and the pillows and mattresses were very comfortable. However, on the third day, I noticed a visible stain on the bathroom towel, which was disappointing. Additionally, the housekeeping staff placed the hotel’s towels on top of our personal towels, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Overall, great service but room for improvement in housekeeping.

Not sure weather we would use again,First time in Adelide and we walked around alot and the hotel wasn,t far from the center of the city which was great.The staff were very good.

Room was pretty small but still all right, the bathroom was quite big and spacious. The service that I received at the breakfast was awful. The waitress was really rude against my partner and I for no reason. For example, we asked if it was possible to have some variation on the menu (because my partner can’t eat eggs) and her answers weren’t helpful and she seemed pissed about that. Same face expressions and answer when I ask for some water and sugar for the coffee. To finish we have waited 15 minutes before she took the order when it was only us and another couple seated in the restaurant (it was 3 staff working in the restaurant but apparently she was the only one able to take our order). The same rude behaviour happened again with the same waitress when we tried to order the room dining calling from the room (the website wasn’t working..), she reply at the phone to my partner saying that the kitchen was opening at 5pm (it was 4.56pm when we called) so when my partner asked if it was fine calling back after 5 minutes she snorted and she replied with a really pissed “what do you want?!” . After the really inappropriate service that we received for breakfast we were sure we wouldn’t order anything else from the restaurant but my partner was not feeling good and we wanted to order some food so she could get some medications and also this time the experience was really disappointing! It’s not the first time we’re staying at Vibe Hotel and it was always a good experience, that’s why we booked here also for this trip, but we never received a bad service as this one! I really hope you will take my review as an opportunity to improve the service that you offer to your customers as a 4 star hotel!

Very modern facilities, one of the better hotel's we've stayed at in Adelaide, highly recommend. No street noise so the sleep was fantastic.||We will be back !

Belle chambre avec une belle literie, et très calme, bien insonorisée. Beau design pour la partie wc/salle de bains, le bémol est que c'est ouvert donc pas top car les bruits sont trop présents.|Grands choix de petits déjeuner à la carte, mais pas à notre goût car trop sale ou trop de mélange. Autour il n'y a rien mais le bus gratuit est à proximité pour les déplacements la journée

Situation à quelques 20_25 minutes à pied du centre ,le Vibe hotel est un hôtel design et fonctionnel. Propreté à noter et confort exceptionnel de la literie. Nous avons rencontré un problème technique dans la chambre, une solution a immédiatement été trouvée.Equipée d’un frigidaire, d’une table à repasser et d’un fer , d’une cafetière et d’une bouilloire les chambres sont fonctionnelles et agréables.Le seul bémol est peut être le petit déjeuner qui ne correspond pas vraiment aux standards européens car il n’est proposé que des plats salés.

Worst trip so far, staff doesn't understand the fact that some information requested by the guest is urgent and time sensitive. Room service also must understand make my room means make, instead they just came in clear bin and gone.||

First of all vibe hotel is in a great location and very affordable. We stay for 4 nights to celebrate new year. Upon check in there was no one to assist us with our luggage specially after a long drive from Melbourne to Adelaide. When we check in the room we notice that the shower air vent and room air vent was very dusty and also the wardrobe was extremely dusty. My husband is allergic to dust and I called reception to request for the air vents and wardrobe to be clean the next day by housekeeping as we wanted to rest after a long drive. The next day we spend the whole day outside doing activities when we came back in the hotel the air vents and wardrobe wasn’t clean but the room was clean. We called reception and mentioned about the dust again, then Sam from reception came to assist and he wipe down the wardrobe and he also clean the air vents. Thank you so much Sam for doing an amazing job. Greatly appreciated ☺️ We also noticed that the coffee machine wasn’t clean, there were coffee pods left in the coffee pods from previous guests. Water was not complimentary even tap water, after a long drive from Melbourne to Adelaide we had to go to the shop to buy some water as the water from the minibar was too expensive a 0.5 bottle of water cost $5. Unsure why there was only 2x pillows on the bed we had to request for 2x extra pillows. Amenities wasn’t replenished during our stay I mean vanity kit and extra toilet paper, we had to request. The room ceiling was not painted and doesn’t look great. Reception team are not very welcoming doesn’t say a simple hello in the morning nor in the arvo when we are back in the hotel. Everyone needs a proper training about customer service. There’s an extra blanket in the wardrobe which is very stinky could this be wash PLEASE in case the next guest would like to use it. On a good note - We really like the location of the hotel and the parking facility which cost $25 per night. The hotel need to improve the customer service and I request for HSK manager or supervisor to properly inspect the room before the guest checked in. We stay in room 603!!

Very comfortable stay with well appointed rooms, staff very helpful however the breakfast staff need to lift their game

The room is perfect, with hot tub in the room by the window, it’s absolutely a leisure experience. Only problem is the breakfast service, one of the waitresses always says “we’ll charge you for extra”for every single thing I’ve asked. I asked for change of bread (from sourdough to plain bun, which I believe there’s no extra cost since sourdough is more expensive in cost and simply changing a bread doesn’t incur extra labour work) but she said we’re charging $3 extra for that. Juice costs extra, she didn’t say that until I order (free drink is included in room booking fee) Things like these happened many times, this became unpleasant episodes in my trip in Adelaide.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great experience overall. The staffs were really helpful and friendly. They listened to our requests and tried to give us the best service hence we got the highest floor (18th). Room was tidy and very clean, entertainment system was up to date as well. Safe car parking for $25 overnight in undercover space behind the hotel is such convenience as well. The only one thing that was a minor problem for us was the air conditioning system was weak especially in a hot day like summer. Overall great experience for us staying here, and we will gladly recommend this place for everyone to stay when visiting Adelaide. :)

Stayed at Vibe Adelaide for 4 nights in December. One of the best hotels and rooms I’ve ever stayed in! We were given a top floor room with lovely views. Extremely well laid out room, comfortable bed, nice size TV with Chromecast, lovely amenities and excellent staff. Highly recommend Vibe Adelaide 👍

Das Hotel ist gleich am Rande des Zentrums gelegen, in der Nähe zum Victoria Square und auch zur Randle Mall. Auch Restaurants hat es genügend in nahem Umkreis. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Lovely hotel room with all of the basic amenities! Room was amazingly accessible and really well planned out for both able and handiable people! Would highly recommend! Simple and perfect, just the way I like it. Google chrome cast was a great addition so I could stream my services onto which was a massive win! Well done on another lovely place! booked this room for two nights for my partner’s birthday! loved the view and the location is great in its quietness but it’s definitely not as close to the CBD as other hotels but that’s definitely made up for in the price :)

For location it was perfect as I was in for Adelaide 500, so it was a very short walk to the race. Was clean and will stay again

The front desk staff are outstanding, 5 Star service. Special shout out to Sam who got me out of a wardrobe malfunction with no fuss and simple human kindness. There was another lady at the Front Desk who also assisted with my buttons on my shirt. Easy access to the mall with a brisk 10 min walk, great rooms, great beds, great everything at an amazing price point. The restaurant is also top notch ! Go no further. Feel the Vibe in Adelaide.

We were really impressed with the Samsung TV in the room! Picture quality was amazing even with streaming from my device! Would love to know which Samsung model Vibe? Perfect stay!

Always fantastic customer service at this hotel! The staff are very kind and helpful. Great hotel room and I love that the window opens for fresh air and the O&E products. The bed is very firm, which doesn’t agree with me but they kindly put on a mattress topper which helped. Lots of street parking around the hotel makes it easier to park and walk in.

What a great hotel. Super clean and spacious rooms including proper coffeeachine 😉, lovely, helpful staff and the food is amazing at the restaurant. The hotel is in a great location withing walking distance from Central Market and Rundle Mall. A great experience staying at The Vibe Hotel.

I have stayed here for work a few times now but have never eaten at their restaurant. I did this time and omg what superb food they serve ,the lamb the lamb I can’t recommend it enough well done Chef, I had it 2 nights in a row. All the staff at the restaurant look after me so so well . It was a pleasure to stay there and even better experience eating there this time . Thanks to everyone at the Vibe Hotel see you next time .

We stayed 3 nights in August 2024, including breakfast, everything is perfect, the room was very clean, decorated neat and tidy but have everything you need, the staff are really good at their jobs and friendly, the breakfast we had were awesome and can choose everything on the menu, we had a bathtub in our room and the bath salt they provide smell magnificent, sit in the bath over look to Adelaide hill, Definitely come back to Vibe Hotel again

Fantastic modern hotel, great staff and excellent room. Super comfy bed and nice size bathroom with great smelling soaps. All for a great price point would 100% recommend to others and be back the next time I’m in Adelaide.

We spent 3 nights in Adelaide. Hotel restaurant was really really good. Friendly and welcoming staff. Served delicious food with smile. Small swimming pool and gym facility. Enough if you want to workout and lil bit of refreshment after busy day. Thank you Vibe Adelaide.

The room was unclean. I saw some cockroaches in the room, which was pretty awful. :( Please keep working on improving the cleaning.

This hotel was very ordinary and doesn’t offer amenities relative to the money you spend. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Great accomodation facility at heart of Adelaide, rooms are clean and precious will well looked after for everything. They have nice coffee shop which serves some amazing breakfast. Options ate limited for breakfast but I must say, whatever they serve is cooked with pure heart n soil and you can feel that with its every bite.

The equipment is old and unusable. When setting up the new room, the housekeeping staff did not check whether the equipment can be used ！！

Very noisy early in the morning. Each day the laundry truck arrives between 6am and 7am and if your room is near this (e.g second floor) then you're not going to get any more sleep Why they can't do this later on in the day is a mystery.

The hotel is great, close to everything and very calm. The parking is a secure indoor carpark for $25 a night. Breakfast is a great selection of hot complete plate with beverage.

Vibe Adelaide was exactly what I was looking for. It was a nicely organised and clean hotel with helpful courteous staff, an easy walk from everything in downtown Adelaide. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel for three nights. The room was quite spacious and offered a beautiful view. The staff, especially Vibe, were very friendly and efficient during both check-in and check-out. The room service was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was nice, got free parking. But no room services. Toilet flush was not even working properly.

An absolute pleasure staying here, to be welcomed by the likes of Praveet (apologies if incorrect spelling) He made our check in smooth and easy and we were able to share some laughs with him. The room is small but caters everything perfectly without feeling crammed. The bathroom is very spacious, bed extremely comfortable. We had an issue getting the TV going but Geraldine (also apologise if spelling is wrong here too) arrived promptly after calling reception desk. She was also very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too hard. The tv had chrome cast set up, which was an awesome accessory for room entertainment. The hotel was in close proximity to where we booked dinner in Pirie St, so it was a nice walk without being too far. Though we will try the dining at Vibe Hotel for sure next time. We had a drink in the bar which had a nice ambience. The young girl had a hard time understanding what drinks we wanted to order when my husband went to the bar but we got there in the end. Absolutely will book a stay here again.. It's a beautiful, clean hotel..

Sleeping in the room cleaning staff burst into the room without knocking or notification while I was lying on the bed with no clothes on, this was really very scary. The soundproofing of the room was terrible, the noise of the fan running in the room next door and the toilet and shower upstairs was very disruptive to sleep. This is a hotel that made me feel very unsafe and will not be coming back.

Easy check in. Clean facility. Walking distance to the city. Free parking on the street was a bonus. Only stayed one night with very early check out as in transit but it was still very pleasant.

We stayed for the weekend for our wedding anniversary. Not only was it in a great location for us, far enough out of the city but not too far of a walk, beautiful small room with a great floor plan and such a beautiful hotel, but on top of that the best service we have ever had. Erin on the front desk went above and beyond and asked us all about our stay, and while we were out for dinner she had a note and bottle of wine sent up to our room. Really made our night a definitely will be back and recommend staying.

My friends and I love this hotel! We’ve just stayed here for three nights for the Adelaide Equestrian Festival and it has been perfect. 5 - 7 min walk to the horses, excellent restaurant downstairs for breakfast and happy hour between 4 PM and 6 PM in the evenings. We have thoroughly enjoyed the service and the beds have been comfortable. I read a couple of reviews saying that the rooms aren’t stocked after each service which I do have to agree with, but that is the only issue and not one that has affected us that much. We would definitely stay here again next year.

Had the best night here at the Vibe Hotel. It was my partners and I first time ever staying here and the rooms were so nice and modern. We only stayed for one night and book the standard king bed room they had available. It was a special day as my partner proposed to me. I wish we got the gentleman’s name that checked us in as he upgraded up to a higher level floor and even better room with a stunning view. Really made the whole day/night so wonderful and special. Would definitely recommend this place!!
