Store security are a bit over the top. If you don't trust people using self serve checkouts and opt out of receipts dont offer the service.

Got there at 7:50pm had rude workers tell us you have 10 minutes even though Google says they were open till 9pm on Thursday. Think Bigw Parabanks need to update their trading hours online.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I don't however appreciate customers opening the curtains as I'm changing. I think there should be doors that lock.

Theft must be bad there have seen on two occasions on my last 3 visits people being detained by police for stealing. Hard times when people are driven to steal to get by.

Great store

The only reason for going to Parabanks shopping centre. Besides Coles, I only shop at BigW, when I don't want to travel to Elizabeth shopping centre. This BigW store usually has what I'm looking for and in stock 90% of the time. Staff are helpful and friendly. The store is tidy and roomy.

Worst customer service at service desk, Rang the bell 7 times waited for 45 minutes. The lady came to serve was very rude and completely refused to accept the return, as one of their other staff confirmed the day before about the exchange. Ladies behaviour was completely unacceptable.

I normally don’t want to give a review but this staff at checkout made me feel so bad. The staff told me that they don’t scan everyday rewards screenshots, no pictures and that they need the original rewards card to scan, I told him I lost it and I normally uses the one on my phone at other big w like brickwork and some their other store, Woolworths as well but I never had issue with them. I then ask if they uses phone number or email Because I registered the everyday rewards card with my details and he proceeded and said no, I ask why only the big w parabank doesn’t accept the image or screenshot of everyday rewards screenshots.No response. Not recommend this store🥺

My closest BigW - great for all I need from a comprehensive department store.

The security guy at the front of the store is always happy and has a smile, as for the rest of the staff, especially when stocking shelves later in the evening, are extremely rude in my experience.

won't honour advertised prices from their site. even if you have items in your hand at checkout one needs to order online. wait 24h before collecting. logic makes no sense to me

You can clearly see the staff are doing their best, unfortunately due to the significant amount of theft and homeless surrounding the shopping centre it is unfortunate what they have to put up with

My son ordered hampers for me for Xmas from Salisbury store. He lives in Queensland. Pretty upset to find PRICE tags still attached. Great way to ruin Xmas for me!, 😖😖😖

Was waiting at the service desk this morning WED 13th NOV, and a line of nearly 6 people built up, the only lady there requested assistance when another staff came to help. a few seconds later, an elderly, blonde manager came over and started harassing the 2 younger staff at the service counter. The manager despite being in front of over 6 customers, said “what are you doing here!”, “you don’t come here”, “you’re not welcome in this area”….. she quite nearly yelled this to a young innocent staff who was called over to assist with a busy rush. After the manager stormed off I spoke to the staff and they explained it’s because they like to chitchat and enjoy their jobs. Honestly a disgusting manager and I feel really bad for those and any staff that have to deal with here team leading behaviour.

All other times in past our experience was good but today around 6.40 pm we went for shopping but the staff at checkout was rude and she was very arrogant as well. Not going back to this big W again.

Really handy to me and priced as normal i guess everything needed easy to find and so quick if you're there at the right time you can get in and out really quickly }
