Had exactly what I wanted and even looked up the right one to make sure real great people and realy great service

Went in for 626 watch battery looked through they're batteries which they had many asked staff at counter I'm after s626 battery as say in stock on line he didn't even check computer said we're out of stock I asked if any other stores have any he said the whole state is out of stock I asked do I order it online he said you can from another store but not there asked where else can I get one he said he wouldn't know then went to reject shop who had them and seen the s626 is also 377 which Jaycar Elizabeth had talk about pathetic unhelpful staff I'll take my business else where next time zero customer service must have to much business 😂

Whenever I need something and I'm not sure exactly what item I need. I go to Jaycar and Michael is great, he's friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I always end up purchasing when he serves me. The last item I purchased as I wasn't sure which cable I needed for my place was a TV cable 10 meters.

Bought a new Samsung S24 and I couldn't connect to Android Auto. I had tried everything, internet chats, advice from Samsung and JB Hifi, every cable known to man, updating the car system, turning it off and on, but nothing worked. I went to Jaycar at Elizabeth and Shaun (or Sean, I'm not sure of the spelling🤔) came straight out to my car to help me. After some persistence he solved my problem and I'm now using my Android Auto again. Oh.... And it didn't cost me a thing. 😃😃 Thank you so much Shaun (Sean), I almost gave up hope 😊 My husband also, has had very good dealings with these guys. A great store with a helpful and friendly team. Very helpful and friendly

I was blown away by the friendly, helpful and kind service I was given by store manager Nick. Not only did he trouble shoot my problem on the spot, when it turned out I didn't need to buy anything to solve it, he was more than happy that I was happy without getting the sale. I will be back to spend money next time I need a part. Thanks a million!

Friendly and helpful staff. Needed a couple of things that I didn't know much about and they explained everything to me and told me how to use them to get the best WiFi.

Always have what i need.

Fast delivery and fair priced items ,I've only bought electronic waterproofing spray for electronic components. The delivery fee is like everywhere, which is expensive, like the same price as the item you're buying. But this is not the company's fault 🙄 it really needs fixing.

Visited Jaycar Elizabeth yesterday in search of a high-gain WiFi antenna kit. I must commend the exceptional level of customer service provided by the staff. Their friendliness and willingness to dedicate time to ensure I found a product tailored to my needs were truly impressive. Not only did they guide me through the selection process, but they also took the extra step of explaining the technology in layman's terms. By the time I completed the purchase and left the store, I had full confidence that the chosen product would meet my expectations. Went there with the intentions to buy a vacume cord walked out with nothing because the cord wasn't in stock and never will be. Shame they didn't sell a few knock off trusted cords for moments like this one

I recently went in to jaycar to look at projector's. I was served by Michael who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable on the projector's I was looking at. Amazing customer service by Michael we are very happy with our purchase.

Had a complex Issue with a 3D printer and received excellent service for the correction of the printer itself and valuable advice on consumables to use for my particular requirement. Highly recommend!

We recently had a warranty issue with a product which we have owned for 15 months, we were hesitant to take it back but had only used the item 3 times. The staff thoroughly checked it over for us and confirmed it was a fault in the item. The 3 staff that we dealt with in this store could not have been more helpful. Its customer experiences like these that keep customers coming back to your store for our next purchase. Thanks again team!

I needed a specific coax connector for a routing setup. All the team at jaycar were really friendly and knowledgeable. Offered great advice and the solution worked perfectly. I'd highly recommend jaycar, thanks guys !

Excellent service no problems helping me with my dumb questions regardless of the minor sale involved.

I'm going in for a power adapter for a ring doorbell. The junior just took me to their own doorbells, and then I asked for someone senior. He couldn't help unless he knew the voltage(his tone was like he didn't want to help). He didn't think to jump on a PC to find out to get a sale. So I went to bunnings and looked on the box and go it from there.

Couldn't ask for better customer service from the 3 men at the Elizabeth store that helped me today, there knowledge and eagerness to help me purchase what I need was exceptional !!! 👍👍👍

The service staff here at Jaycar are very welcoming, their knowledge of the product on display is excellent, if they cannot help me, with an issue that I have, they will always give me advice, and a possible source of a product that they have no stock of, or dont stock the item at all. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

We called in last week to enquire about a Brass Monkey fridge/freezer. Riley and Jack were able to answer every question and more. As they explained, this is not merely their job, but their passion, and this was obvious with our conversations with them. Nothing was too much trouble, with Riley personally picking up the product from another store, to enable us to pick it up today. One very happy young man ( and his Mum). We definitely will be shopping here again

Staff are very rude. Called head office to make a complaint, and still writing over a week for a call back. Also demanded to see medical exemption. And kicked me out for not showing it.

All staff are exceptional with their service, let alone they're so friendly, understanding and educational on the products that Jaycar are providing to the public. The team have helped myself numerous times, and I can't thank them enough. Even in, rush mode, I was straight in and straight out! Over the phone support also, exceptional. I honestly can't fault them at all. Highly recommended to all.

Rude service, the customer service assistant said that she was having a bad day today! She forgot to ask us if we had a loyalty card before proceeding the sale and wouldn't add it to our account when we enquired. I cannot understand why she is working in customer service environment with an attitude like that it was appalling! Usually we receive great service and are loyal customers. Not any more!

Jaycar just never quite stocks the right gear. They sell 12v batteries which take 6mm hardware but they only sell 4mm hardware. They sell 3D printers but don't know what a Bowden Tube is. I wish they would sell to someone who actually has an interest in this stuff. I bet the CEO complains that online sales from China is killing them.... they are doing it to themselves.

I came here the other day and was greeted at the door by some eager staff and got some excellent service, cheers lads.

Am always happy with their customer service (being female I do feel the guys there can be a little condescending at times) but they are very good at finding exactly what I ask for. Overall the store has improved dramatically from what it was a number of years ago. Definitely my go to store for my tech needs!

Cannot thank these guys enough for the wonderful serviced recieved! After purchasing a solar setup here, i experienced problems and regrettably sought help at the Geelong (VIC) store. This was right before the warranty had lapsed and was basically told it was my fault it wasnt operating properly. 6 months later I wandered into the Eliz store to inquire about upgrading my system. They acknowledged that my setup up wasnt working, called their state manger and organised a swap outside of warranty! I was so happy with their service I also bought a fridge, thanks again guys - keep up the great work!!

A great new store with friendly and helpful staff and a large range of electronic gear and components, a huge range of sound, video, surveillance and security equipment, also gadgets, some toys and kits.

It has everything you would need for mini projects and hard to find items. Friendly staff as well.

Heaps of gadgets and parts! Customer service was pretty good, the guy let me open and try the part I was after to see if it worked first, sadly it didn't, but all was good!
