My meal was great. My wife had the the Green Thai. Food too much salt , send it back. They bought another one out.Same thing.Got your money back.Good service very disappointed in some other food .

Come into TAB absolutely disgusting glasses plates crap everywhere, toilets were smelly and dirty. Staff to busy talking to each other and security instead of clearing and cleaning the place. Food was ok but nothing special got one of the things we ordered then had to ask 3 separate staff member to find rest of ordered which took forever.

I haven't been to Berwick Springs for a while, but surprisingly, the food was quite good, and they have specials on different days of the week. 🍝😋👍

it's not bad but it's not good. better than the Pink Hill Hotel, but not as good as Berwick or Kelly's pubs.

Terrible food, no service

Usually not too bad, but tonight was terrible. Cold soggy chips, cold parma that tasted like it was reheated in the microwave, tasteless salad, cold veggies, warm drinks.. very disappointed.

I dropped in for a beer. Renovated and ready for business. I'm looking forward to coming back to order from your new menu and checking out your new chefs talent 👨‍🍳 Looked quite busy for lunch that day. Congrats 👏

I've had some really positive experiences here but today was such a disappointment! we went in for a birthday lunch, we had to wait more than 5 mins to even be greeted at the door. We had issues ordering through the app. We had missing food and drinks we had to follow up. we ordered 2 of the same cocktails and they came out in different glasses and looked completely different. The vegetables in my kids meal were off, no basil on the margarita pizza as described, chicken over cooked and soggy. service was appalling except for 1 guy who was of maybe indian/Sri lanken heritage he was exceptional. A place we used to cherish as a family get together has really fallen far from grace. After today's service we certainly will not be returning anytime soon

The food was nice. I just don't like how you can't make changes on their QR code ordering system when others in my group went to order. I went to the counter, which I prefer anyway.

Food was atrocious

My experience here was average we attended on a Sunday evening no staff to great and seat us. Food looked amazing but was a rather average,ordered pork belly with mash and coleslaw. Pork was dry and potato was so peppery that I couldn’t eat it. Hubby had chicken Parma and his was also dry. Bar staff were great . Just thought that they could pick up the game a bit.

While food and service where very good having to ask for staff assistance to use an accessible toilet was disappointing.

Tough steak with not much flavour. Kids meals are great and generous. The playground is impressive but suited to 4-8 year olds.

Was there yesterday for the annual work dinner . Worst experience ever. Food was tasteless and most of our group members got half cooked meat dishes. Unfortunately this is gonna be our last time there. Need to improve their staff skills by giving them a proper training. For the amount of money they charge for a dish we did not either good food or the service. Do not waste you time and money by going there

Driving past kids we’re hungry thought we would drop in . Service was quick and efficient food was lovely was very busy but service standards did not suffer because of it . Staff very friendly we will be back

Asked a staff member how to get cash out to play the pokies, it was like asking for blood. It didn't work so went back to ask again, he came out with me , couldn't even be bothered waiting a second to see what the problem was walked off , same thing happened couldn't get money out , si I walked to the bar and asked a young girl, if I could speak to the manager. Straight out yeah what's your problem I'm the manager . If you're not happy with your jod don't take it out on people, just find another job .

My friend ordered the Roast Vegetable Salad cost $28 what she got was 2 scrawny dutch carrots, a decent size pumpkin, scraping of potato from the baking dish, couldn't find the almonds at all. For the price of $28 it was a total disgusting salad. Needless to say that was the 2nd time she has had a bad experience here, never again, we will be going somewhere else for our next lunch meet up. I told her to take it back but wouldn't, she had already waited 30mins to get it after we had already been delivered our orders.

Food and service is good. The kids play area is very big.

Had a terrible experience here our group got all there food 2 of our guests didn't receive meal till an hr later..Funny thing the manger blamed us and said it was our fault and no apology because his staff was under pressure because of us....Sadly we come here all the time and have never experienced such poor service ...Appalled.

Do not get the kids Mac and cheese it’s revolting no flavour and taste like someone has vomited it back up. Do not give this to yours kids. Fish is mushy and really oily again no flavour. Lamb cutlets special was burnt and had no meat on it for $38 its a complete joke

Disappointing. We had Mixed Meat Platter, serves 2. Looked good, but everything was only warm at best including the chips ☹️. Ours came with plain gravy after I was asked how I would like the steak cooked and what gravy. I thought I missed reading it on the menu description but went with it. No steak appeared as it was not listed. Flavours were good on the brisket and wings, pork ribs were unusual but ok, however the lack of anything being hot which really brought down the meal and we should have sent it back. The gravy was the hottest thing on the platter. The chorizo sausage was over cooked and quite dry and tough, not pleasant. The “slaw” was listed as apple slaw on the printed menu and as jalapeño slaw on the app menu, but did not contain a trace of either apple or jalapeño. Two piles of slaw on the platter, unfortunately one was very dry, no identifiable dressing and the other tasted like it was cream dressing. I would not recommend this menu item.

Our group of 14 recently visited this venue, and we were thoroughly impressed. The space was clean and well-maintained, and the service was efficient and prompt. All the food was fresh and delicious, and the kids especially enjoyed the playground, which kept them entertained. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning.

Such a nice restaurant, really big portions good food, nice vibe… I have been there couple of times… every time is a treat, great customer care service and even though such a busy place service is good. Food is cooked in to perfection. Absolutely enjoyed. Great venue for work functions.

Waitresses at the bar need a happy meal or something ,my lord . I walked out and straight into a depression clinic after dealing with them for a hour

Went there with one of my friends, really good place have chit chat with a little booze, food that we ordered was really tasty. I saw many old couples hang around this place and having a meal or drinks, it’s a lovely place to experience without any age limit.

Over priced drinks. Pay 5 star prices for 2 star food. Worst paying pokies in the state. If you think venues cannot turn machines off.....then play here and you will change Ur mind. Unbelievable how bad they are....like $300 and nothing but zero spins. Made the mistake of coming back. OMG. Its even worse than I remembered it.

Tables were dirty when we arrived. Grabbed a kids chair & had to sort through all the filthy ones to find one for my kid. Was trying to celebrate my Mother's 70th birthday party from 12-3 & got told to leave at 2.15pm. Management was indignant when I told them that we had been repeat local customers who wouldn't return. I suppose that I shouldn't have been surprised to get disgusting service in what was a disgusting place.

Booked 2 tables for double birthday celebration. 23 in total. They forgot a whole family’s order & by the time they got it we were all finished. I asked 3 times for our birthday cakes, one was an ice cream cake & by the time they brought it around it was half melted. Didnt ask if we had matches & had to ask for more plates even though l had already told them how many l needed. Won’t be returning!

celebrated my sons 7th birthday there at the kids planet section. we booked the kids party package which i thought was very affordable it include lots of food and drinks for the kids as well as birthday cake and lolly bags aaaand a face painter. the session was 10-12 which was soo nice as the venue was empty and only got busy from lunch time. food came out on time staff were very lovely and accomadating.

I will never return to this restaurant again. The lack of courtesy and respect shown by front of house staff, Rachel and Katie was both condescending and appalling. Their communication skills are disgusting. Displaying both a lack of maturity, with an inability to show empathy and an inability to express themselves in a courteous manner. I attempted to explain I knew the bistro wasn't open to 5pm. We were instructed to sit in sports bar. I didn't this was appropriate for myself and three daughters. For the other adult patrons and ourselves. I asked for managers name, attempted to take paper from a Clipboard for a name. Paper fell from Clipboard. Told go on website to complain. In this time a mature lady was served at bistro bar. A second group allocated a table at 445pm. Yet they didn't have to be supervised?! Brendan came to speak to me. Acknowledged my issues specifically about being supervised which I found condescending. We were allocated a table as I was causing such issues from Rachel. Spoke to Brendan again. He asked if I'd thrown something at staff??? I explained about clipboard. I suggested he'd check CCTV. We ordered meals after 5pm as kitchen still closed. My daughter went to bathroom and saw Brendan speaking to staff laughing behind the Christmas tree. So I felt Brendan was being professional and empathetic initially. But clearly this observation proved unprofessional and hypocritical. We will never return. As I said to Brendan I will write a honest and bad review. I will also send the post to Senior Staff or Owners.

Not bad bistro. Plenty of space and good atmosphere. Food is pretty good and decent value. Range of beer could do with some improvement

Terrible food, parma came out uncooked and rubbery Had is replaced with another rubbery pathetic excuse for chicken. Swapped it to a Hawaiian pizza, because how could you get that wrong? Pizza tasted like a $2 microwave job 0/5, whoever the new management is should be ashamed

Truly disappointing how much they have dropped the ball on the food here. The Parma was very dry and the vegetables were not even cooked I definitely would not rave about this place anymore.. I’ve been let down on 2 occasions now with the quality of food here. On the positive side, the play ground and the space for the kids is impeccable!

I've experienced both lunch and dinner here on separate occasions. Great food and service. Really handy if you have kids, there's an awesome play area for them. It's also a great place to have a quiet beer with a mate.

Been coming here for the reasonableness of the seniors menu offering. Their Spaghetti Marinara was very tasty. However, on this occasion, I had to wait for 50mins before my spaghetti was served on the table. There were not too many people on a weekday and at about 12nn. So I cannot attribute the delay. Also am not sure why seniors are segregated where they have to go up two steps. It is a trip hazard.

Really disappointed with this new management. We have been coming for years and have enjoyed the menu. It has now changed. Our steaks came out cold. Veg noodles so salty couldn't eat. And our cake for the birthday was soft and warm when asked to be put in the fridge. Really disappointed how much its changed and not for the better. One girl serving was lovely the rest had no idea.

Perfect place for an evening drink 🍺 Good place with medium crowd. Had Nacho chips and Potato wedges, both are amazing. Also, they gave a nice quantity of food. Worth for money.
