Went in to officeworks elizabeth this morning as i wanted to look at options on printing wedding invitations. Had the Amazing Damien assist me. My fiance is very particular and loves everything to be aesthetic. Damien was incredibly helpful not only did he help me print a sample to check he printed all invites on a beautiful parchment paper and cut them down for me all in about 5 minites for a fraction of the price online websites for wedding invitations and my fiance loves them. Could not recomend him and officeworks elizabeth enough. Thanks for a great experience.

The store is far better than Adelaide city store.

Update Saturday: a staff member phoned me late this morning and offered to exchange the monitor. I'm much happier now. Friday:Just bought a Samsung Essential Monitor for $108 @ Elizabeth Officeworks. The box had a small dent in it when I picked it up. It didn't look significant. Get it home gently unbox it and the screen is pixelated in radiating lines to the side. Went back to Officeworks to get an exchange within 90 minutes. Explain the above. Was denied an exchange. If I broke it, I would use my credit card insurance or simply just buy another one. I can easily afford to. It was sold to me broken but I can't prove it. Really disappointed Officeworks & staff member Damon.

Excellent service by the young man name starting with K. I went there to return faulty phone and he was very helpful with the process but there was this old Karen lady, who might had allergy with smiling or maybe she thinks it’s illegal to smile, and had rude tone voice.

I recently had to print a document from my phone. I had no idea where to start!!! A young man named Riley was so helpful, patient and courteous. I was so grateful for his support and professionalism. Thank you, Riley.

I have shopped here several times through necessity. However I have to bite my lip due to the disinterested staff who show a lack of empathy towards the customer and little knowledge of products. I feel that staff re training would go a long way.

Can’t even call them now. Phone tells you to check the website. Website is extremely unreliable for stock levels. Go in store, they tell you “we don’t have this in stock, just call us to check next time”. Stuck in a loop. Surely officeworks can’t survive like this. Always filthy, many staff have zero interest in helping, constant chatter behind the desk when people clearly require assistance. If there’s ever a local competitor, that place is cooked.

Wanted calendars for Christmas present spent an hour making sure all the photos I want were perfect when I got the calendars back the photos were upside down, side ways or blurry, 12 month calendar only one month was right, staffs solution call head office when they open Monday morning

Machines out of order and or slow seems that the staff are unorganised

Damon and Amelia were absolutely amazing last night! Came from Gillis Plains OW where I had a tough experience with buying a laptop (lots of mistakes made!) Amelia offered her support instantly and pointed me in the right direction, respecting my budget and needs, not trying to push one double or triple the price! And answered every single question I had. She had to finish her shift and the rest of our interaction was spent with Damon where he helped us place our order, finalise refunds and repayment, rectified errors GP store made, was so patient, gave us and explained the process of extended warranty we had initially paid for at Gillis plains but never received and so much more! Amazing experience here!

Absolutely terrible service in this store today. I went in to print photos for Christmas presents with my 7 month old daughter. Yes I know guys at this time of year but it was 2pm on a Sunday afternoon, used the self serve kiosk to order photos. Scanned my receipt at the printer and it said it wasn’t ready to print yet. Someone else was already using it to print 200+ photos which were taking what seemed like a minute each to print. Another man was waiting in front of me. His receipt was telling him the same thing. I saw over 10 different staff members coming back and forth in this time. Not one of them offered us any help. 3 staff members stood behind the counter talking about how one young girls phone screen was broken and buttons weren’t working that in itself says enough about their customer service. I asked at the counter if there was any other way of printing these or if I could leave them in the queue and come back to collect. I was told there was nothing they could do, that size of photos only prints from one printer and I would have to wait in line. Another lady then used the kiosk and ordered her photos. Scanned her receipt and her order jointed the queue. I was furious by this point had been waiting 45+ minutes with a baby who at this point was getting tired and grumpy. It wasn’t until she was upset and screaming that someone came over and offered some help by this time there was 8+ people all waiting for one printer. The guy staff member then redirected mine and a few other peoples orders who were waiting to a printer behind the counter. Why this wasn’t offered in the first place is beyond me especially when there’s that many staff standing around doing nothing, it was only when nobody wanter to listen to a screaming baby that some help was offered. It took well over an hour to get 80 6x4 photos printed. I will not return to this store to print photos again due to their poor customer service, self service or not there was 3 staff standing behind the kiosk obviously bored having a good old chat surely one of them could have been of some assistance. Do better office works!

Probably the best customer service that I have had in the last 10 years. Great communication, price beat garuntee for peace of mind and all around just pleasant to deal with. Will go out of my way to go back to this store. Thanks Brad!

ABSELOUTELY BRILLIANT. I BOUGHT A LAPTOP AND RECEIVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ORGANISED THE GEEKS 2 U TO SET UP AND THE MANAGER THERE WAS MOST EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT. DEFINITELY SHOP THERE IN THE FUTURE FROM NOW ON

Absolutely terrible service provided by the staff members working today between 3-4:15 pm. I believe there were two elder staff member/managers and two younger staff member. I came there at 3 pm to get a print out of A2 size but I was told by the girl/ manager (short hair with glasses on) that the printer is already in use and it might take 20 minutes for the printer to get free so I left the store and came back in 10-15 minutes and then I was told that sorry but we can’t print it today. It was only 3:15 pm when I was requesting then to do a print out as it was really important and they told me that they can’t print it because it’s too late. The closing time of officeworks is 5 pm and I am being told at 3:15 pm that I can’t get a print out because the printer takes time to shut off/warm up. These were the excuses they made . Then later they told me to use self serve comps to take out a print out so I went there and gave a print out command and paid 24 dollars. The lady then again came to me and said that we can’t print it out, we are short of staff, etc excuses. At this moment i just asked her that why at the first place you told me to use the self checkout printers when you can’t used your printers. Very unprofessional, inefficient staff members who wasted a lot of my time. Won’t recommend going to this store.

Rude girl didn’t help at all when i was trying to print photos. Simple process became very difficult thanks to her.

Thank you Michaela (I think that was her name). I went in to get some document printing done and couldn't work out the self-serve machine. She came over and helped me through step by step. She was so patient and understanding of my confusion. Not once did she make me feel uncapable. Every store needs somebody as passionate as you. Thank you for starting starting my day off with such kindness.

A lot of customers, busy place.not really enough staff but the staff were cheerful and very helpful. Recommended

I will NEVER set foot in this office works again! I purchased an item online, it was faulty, called the store of pick up, Will said take it back where’s convenient to you for replacement, which I did! I step into Elizabeth, the girl on counter told me to go get another, I confirmed just swap it over she agreed YES, when I returned to the counter to show them I’ve found my replacement, the other girl said NO you have to pay for it, I’m looking at the other girl to back me up and NO she said NO! The most unsatisfied customer service I have ever encountered! Disgusted they are taking jobs of worthy people. You get a big thumbs down from me bullies 😡🤬🤯 oh yes, I had to repurchase the item at $27:50 and they credited the online account which isn’t mine, I was doing the favour!! Learn your job Matt store manager of pick up store informed me it could’ve been done, so learn your jobs!! You’ve lost me

Printing services are too slow. Staff could move their feet bit quicker.

Bought a comsol USB charger that got recalled a year later. Officeworks won't take it back without the receipt, or the date I purchased it and the exact price. Totally ridiculous.

I just rang Elizabeth OfficeWorks spoke to Robert he answered my question then offered further help and contact details. I appreciated his help . OfficeWorks Management Robert is a great asset to his workplace. I also mentioned I liked the hold music. Again Thanks Robert.

The worst staff ever. There is a guy with long hair who acts like ladies is the worst human on earth . He never help customer , he is rude and arrogant .

We have been to Officeworks Elizabeth twice in the past few months for printing for a new business, and Damian has been exceptional both times. Thank you!

Wanted to buy a mouse. Not a basic mouse, an ergo mouse. There are none on display to test how they feel. I asked staff if I could try three out. No. I explained that I'm not spending $170 on a mouse unless I think it might stop my hand/wrist from hurting. No. Go to JB, they have mouses, (mice?) glued down to test. Bought one there.

Back to school supplies? Officeworks!! Updating your work office? Officeworks!! Broken office chair? Officeworks!! Don't have a printer? Officeworks!! Officeworks provides a need of all back to school supplies, stationary, art supplies, office needs and many more. They have always been a staple in the area and I've always headed to Officeworks just before starting work to pick up a few last minute things and the prices are affordable too.

Highly recommend the leadership team review the customer service standards from the evening team. Extremely disappointing service.

If I could go 0 star, it fits better. Kid doesn't know anything about print drawing. Wait for 1/2 hour to be told printer not working. So pathetic. Kid said she is the only expert here. shoot me. After reading reviews, I have no idea what the store manager is doing?

Disrespectful customer service

In terms of 6x4 photo printing, the pictures are kind of pixelated compared to other stores. These were high res images from photographer too so won't be coming back for photo printing.

Went here to get a keyboard kit for my partner he found it on another website cheaper but wanted to get it from here so asked at the counter if it could be priced matched, the lady serving was so rude said we can only price match certain items and from certain pages, so he said okay that’s fine i’ve found it here on this webpage showed her she said nothing we stood there for 5 minutes in silence before she called for supervisor approval and then said she wanted to quit over her earpiece and said i’d be at home taking a nap don’t temp me. How unprofessional do you have to be to say all that while serving a customer then she gave my partner the keyboard which was covered by a huge security tag, i said no it’s still got this on it as i still stood at the counter another customer walked right infront of me trying to speak to her while i was still speaking and the lady serving said no you need to wait to me as if she wasn’t still serving me even though i never left the counter. Over all terrible customer service, train your employees to not be so rude, not one part of the interaction was customer service worthy.

Very poor customer service. I would be embarassed with the way the staff are behaving if I was the manager in this branch. One gentleman was serving the checkout, 7 other staff saw me walk in while they are standing around, all of them saw me stand and wait in front of copy and print area for 20mins, 3 of them walked past me, not one asked if they could help me. The gentleman attending the checkout helped me when he was finished with other customers. Appaling.

Terrible customer service, left without what i went there for. Waste of time.

Staff at print can’t even change a image from landscape to portrait on photoshop.

I’m here to big thanks and appreciate to very loyal person “CHRISTOPHER”. He helped us with exchange of ink for my printer and, which I bought another day with wrong size. Went to Officeworks Elizabeth yesterday for a specific purchase, with and for my 77 year old friend. Had done the research and found the best price and available stock. Was sad to see that the special had finished😕. I spoke with a staff member, he was warm and welcoming. He listened to our dilemma and with my screenshot I had taken with my phone, he went to speak to the Manager to see if we could be so lucky to get the special price. He came back with Yes!! We got a couple of accessories too and we're very happy with the customer service. That experience left us with positive feelings of Officeworks and encourages a repeat customer. I just wish I had gotten his name - tall, older, male. A customer service job well done i'd say. Elizabeth store, Monday 14 August 2023.

Staff is too rude and poor & rude behaviour with customers. very disappointed i recommend don’t use this place.

Really disappointed with the service.. staff was very rude over copy and print counter.. Staff refused to print the stuff around 8 PM by saying that they have plenty of work to do before they finish..

Always has what I need, good variety and quick turn around for online orders. But where are your staff at? Slow wait times, seems there’s never enough staff.

Had a test experience here today, helpful staff with a canvas print order. We put the order on at 5:30pm and it was ready at 8:00pm that night! Insane effort on the Office works team part. Thank you for your help

Big store with a huge variety of office gear from coffee to chairs and computers to chalk. Printing from all sources available. Diy printing machines or click and collect. Staff are friendly enough, willing to help where needed.

I travelled almost an hour to get some documents printed and then scanned and emailed back to me , I waited in the store for half an hour waiting for the documents to reach my email address , this service was also paid for prior to receiving these. I then waited in line to speak to someone regarding the unsent documents , after another 20 minute's I spoke to someone who verified my email address was xorrect. He then sent the documents again to which I still did not receive immediately. I asked him to send the documents to another address just incase I didn't receive it again. I left the store and travelled an hour home to find no email and no email on the other email I gave the store. I then tried to call , which no-one was avaliable. I am calling them again today. No-one is answering my call ??? and will await an outcome . Not happy at all with this service as it looks to be an ITIssue there end.whverified verified

No service what so ever. Walked around trying to get help with the phones for 10 minutes before leaving and going to JB-HIFI to get the new pixel instead

disappointed in the service I received! first, I was waiting out the counter for about 5 minutes before acknowledged, the store wasn't even busy. then when I was acknowledged for my printing job, I asked to have something printed and the sizing was to fit 4 images per A4 page. the staff member proceeded to tell me she can't do that. and in which I responded with, okay? but I'd still like the images in that size. where she proceeded to print 10 pages with only the top left corner with the image in it. I have never had this issue previously, which has left me now pretty disappointed with the service. if you don't know how to change printer settings, perhaps Officeworks isn't the job for you.

Printers not working properly, poor customer service

A great result after returning a faulty hard disk almost two years into a three year warantee. I had all the original packing and receipt. They mentioned that they currently offer only 1 year warrranty for my HDD but will honour the 3 years stipulated on the box. I was able to exchange for a new drive for no charge. Thanks. Top Service.

Clean, tidy and managed to find some good bargains in the bargain bin but, I usually find what I'm looking for elsewhere for cheaper.

Worst customer service , rude as staff ... Triing to download photos , computers weren't working properly... Cut the heads of off my photos that I did edit , was told to wait and then they would check to see what I'd done wrong ... I had to walk out ... Will never go here again ... would not even given 1 star

Stuck on the phone, waiting for help until I was hung up on!

Would give 0 stars if possible, many staff walking around doing nothing, only to say they're busy after watching them sit on their phone, staff member i did talk too was hopeless when trying to purchase a new desk chair, couldn't price match their sale although it was out of stock when it was on sale. Overall customer service is horrible.

Was waiting for 20 mins before I got served. Then they said just what I'll get someone for you. They will be here shortly. 30 mins later I left. I work in retail and fully understand people can be busy. But when 4 other workers walk passed ignoring me. Won't recommend

Had awesome customer service today by Rikki really helped that she knew and understood what i needed, most times ive come in ive just been told where the product is no actual help, Rikki had good knowledge of the products which really helped hopefully next time i come in shes there again to help
