If I were to ever get a motel this would be my choice up until last week when I got a room for $140 the room was disgusting the sheets and bedding were full of cigarette Burns the carpets we're also full of cigarette Burns the cleaning was terrible I'm sure I acquired bed bugs,2 weeks prior to that night the room I had also had no TV no coffee very disappointed disgusted as I thought I would be entitled to my money back and the attitude I got from one of the owners was very very disrespectful now I have lost complete interest in the motel as of the hotel it is great especially the staff

If I could I would put 0 stars. The most rudest person to ever come across and the room is completely disgusting! I’d happily take the complaint further just due to how rude Karen is behind the desk.

We stayed for one night for family reunion in town..We were looked after very well by housekeeper/manager Kristy (I'm hoping I've spelt correctly) and honestly she made our stay here worth coming.Extremely hardworking and friendly and got to chat with her and her beautiful daughters.Kristy made sure we were comfortable and made special effort and told us to pop down to reception if we needed anything more.Owners are very lucky to have her, my family and I wish her all the best and hopefully she sees this to show our gratitude..Take care hun,THANKYOU and keep on doing what your doing!!You made our stay at the Prince Mark worth the visit|Sarah,Karen and Dave

Arrived on time with family with no owner or staff to cover reception, then was greeted by a cleaner that did not help one bit, followed by a call to said owner that rudely replied with no consideration or respect of his guests that pay his wage in the long run. The location of the area that the hotel is, was also poorly kept with trash and rubbish on the front lawns and felt unsafe. A family member had already had a room that was fully paid for, so why we waited for said owner to show up that never did, we waited in the room, the room was a complete disgrace with paint on the windows and blinds and if they didn’t have paint on them they had holes all though them, there was also so much dust and dirt on the windows that would make is unsafe for asthma sufferers that would make it worst then Covid-19, the bed side tables had carvings through them and the bathroom window was slightly broken to allow people to possibly get inside why you sleep. Overall the rooms, service and location was a disgrace and appalling and felt very unsafe not suitable for families at most, should be shut down before the place or someone around there kills someone.

Owner was an absolute disgrace and disrespectful to their customers. Don't recommend this place at all

I cannot express enough how utterly disgusted I am with the accommodation at The Prince of Mark we booked for what was supposed to be a four-night stay. After enduring just one night, we promptly packed our bags and fled from the filth-infested room. The stench of the room assaulted our senses, and to our horror, we discovered cigarette butts nestled among the debris in the drawers. Initially, the manager seemed pleasant enough, but any semblance of professionalism vanished the moment we voiced our concerns about the deplorable state of the room. Suddenly, communication ceased, leaving us stranded with no recourse. To add insult to injury, not only were we subjected to this appalling environment, but we also received no refund for the nights we couldn't bear to endure. I implore anyone considering this establishment to steer clear at all costs. The utter lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic decency make it a place unworthy of hosting anyone. Save yourself the anguish and find accommodations elsewhere.

Room is clean , bed and towels r fresh . Basic things available provided coffee and tea Carle and microwave . Shower and bathroom on the good side and people were helpful and nice . Don’t expect a 5 stars place . I stayed for 5 days it’s was quit . Price is a bit high but it’s ok

Worst hotel/motel ever. My fiancé and his work crew checked in for the week while travelling for work. They have to leave within 15 mins due to the disgusting environment. Junkies everywhere, walked into their room, showed them his ice pipe and drugs, asked about his car alarms. The motel then refused to refund me when I requested and gave them detail. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

No knives and forks, or basic plates and bowls. Remote for tv are not compatible with the tv. Cheap but don't expect a lot.

Apon arrival we were greeted by one of the other guests staying at the motel as my work vehicle has a reverse siren on and she told us that she would give us both black eyes and threatened us and used racial slurs. Later that night we had a couple screaming and slamming the doors, while there was fandoms hanging around at all hours of the night. This room is not worth $115 a night I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here! The rooms are not safe and weren’t cleaned properly on arrival either.

Upon arrival, the water wasn't working. Then the spa stunk like sewerage when the water came on. Complained and was ignored. What a waste of $160!!.

Rooms on the smaller side, heater didn’t work, reception not helpful, fridge was about to die - making a horrible noise. Had people hanging around our room all night. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

Horrid. Blood and other bodily fluids on bedding, walls, ceiling. Im guessing these are left courtesy of the derelicts that are sent here by wayys and correctional services.

Room was nothing like the photos. Which was disappointing..tired dusty and cramped..broken beds and thin poor mattress. Desk was great, but its the dodgiest thing I've seen for a while..just a 2..just.

Vicki was great and helped with everything thank you bit noisy at night and got sick of people knocking on my door for lifts and smokes but nice people and safe place to stay

Stayed here a year ago and I'm sure it wasn't as bad as this visit. We booked through another website which brought the nightly cost to under $100. We have stayed in cheaper motels before and while some have been what we expected others have been a good surprise. Prince Mark at first seemed good value for money, although we never received our continental breakfast. But then we started looking around. There were only 2 very thin pillows on the bed and no spares in the wardrobe. I made a cup of tea and either the cups weren't cleaned properly or there was something in the kettle as there was a layer of oil on my tea. Try again with rinsed out cups but still oily. When I added the UHT milk it slightly curdled. There was only 1 soap and 1 small shampoo instead of the usual 2. There was no fly screen on the bathroom window which was open and couldn't be closed. The shower curtain is beginning to age and should be changed. There is mould in either corner of shower. The window sill around the air conditioner in the little 'kitchen' area was disgusting. I was grateful we didn't need to turn on the A/C as who knows what would have blown out. All night there was a strange noise that happened every 60 seconds that I think may have come from the hotel in front. The noise from the road is also loud especially in the morning when the trucks are stopping and starting at the nearby traffic lights. We will try another motel next time.

Haven’t stayed before but called to find out prices and accommodation details but the lady on the phone was very rude, I called back to ask to speak with a manager and they hung up.

Vicky at reception was very friendly and down to earth, the room was spotless and I'm very picky and OCD, I stayed 1 night in room 4, checked out at 10am, came back.half an hour later to book for another day, Vicky had already removed the doing and was washing it, extremely happy to see that, most places just flip it, if they go to that trouble, trust me I know, I've worked in the industry. I would gladly stay here again, great value for money especially considering what's around, also great meals at the venue next door, I'd give 6 stars if I could, first review I've ever given, don't usually waste my time but I had to give credit cos it was definitely due, read some of the low scoring reviews, felt like it was total b.s, I keep it real!

Great place to stay; friendly staff, always welcomed with a smile! The price is great too. This place has gated security, locked down at 10pm with access to the gate code. Decent parking spots. It's pretty quiet too. Comfy bed. Decent bathroom. Wide walk in shower. Tea and coffee provided. Has air con/heater. Check out time is 10am. If you want a cozy, quiet place to stay, this is perfect. :) + has tv with Foxtel, and DVD rentals.

Innkeeper was lovely, bed was comfy, shower was hot. Local supermarket an easy walk. Recommend staying here

Great clean rooms

Once again I can't fault the service and room. Room one was spotless and made up each day. Easy park right in front of the room. Vicki was very obliging in restocking of room. Restaurant within 2 minute walk.

5 stars is quite a bit for this place but the people were lovely it is a cheaper hotel everything you can be expected but 5 star service very happy will stay again

Stayed here for business on Sunday and Monday night. Vickie at reception was very helpful and responded to emails quickly. Booking was a breeze and motel is neat and tidy. Great hotel next door with bar, pokies, Bistro etc. Bottleshop next door as well as a kebab shop. All very convenient. Interesting feature here is that there is a big fence around Motel which is locked after hours and prevents people hanging about or walking through and makes it very safe and secure. Reception will open gate for guests 24hrs. Only improvement here would be a security key for guests to use at gates

We arrived about 12pm had lunch in the bistro, quite enjoyable, nice friendly staff, good meals and great Beer after Lunch half hour in the pokies won what we had spent on lunch and drinks and left happy

Super clean renovated rooms, beds are very comfortable with new mattress, excellent customer service, very good location. Great places to eat and shop in the area. I stay here when in town

This motel complex is always neat, clean and tidy.||The only drawback is; If you pay by EFTPOS you do not receive a GST applicable receipt.||Only the EFTPOS receipt, makes it hard for our bookkeeper to claim the accommodation as a business expense.||But as for a business trip, it's a great motel.

Great friendly welcoming and helpful. Plenty of space. We had our own porta cot but very accommodating for ppl with small children. Bed a bit firm for our liking but all in all it was a great stay.
