BIG W Shepparton

Had many visits here in the 70's & 80's, so took my traveling companion to get some extra clothes as they had never been there.

Pretty casual

Very disappointing experience. The store advertised a product with a 60% discount, but at the checkout, they claimed the price was incorrect. If a price is publicly displayed, the store should honor it for customers. I even have photo proof of the advertised price. Additionally, some staff members were quite aggressive in their behavior, which made the situation even worse. Very poor service overall.

Tried to get my money back on an item that I purchased online for a friend‘s birthday. They said they could not give me the funds and made me wait four days for the funds to clear. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for the manager of Shepparton big W and even she couldn’t help Ended up purchasing My item from JB hi-fi four days later not happy!!!!

Its your usual Big W everything you need

The only issue I have is that because staff where everyday clothing you can not distinguish them from the everyday public. Was better with uniforms

Big W. Most Aussies would know these stores. I find they often have good bargains sometimes in areas you wouldn't expect, pet food for instance, also laundry products. They have a big range of many products, clothes, shoes, toys. I also find the products are of a reasonable quality, not as poor as some places that are 100 percent Chinese imports, not as good as some of the top range imports. Place is always tidy and staff are mostly friendly and engaging.

Since I'm a newbie here in Aussie, I find BIG W a nice place to buy stuffs. From kitchen appliances, cutleries & crockeries, clothings, books, travel essentials, technologies and food stuffs. It's like a one-stop shop for everything that you need! 🤩🤩

Thank you to EVERYONE at Big W shep who stopped what they were doing and helped my husband and I look for our 2 year old today.. his hide and seek game has been taken to another level. Staff were onto the situation so fast, and I can't thank everyone in the store who helped us look enough. 🤍 Thank you espisually to the lady working in the mens department who alerted other staff to the situation going on without us having to ask for help. Large, light and airy store with something for everyone. Great bargains, friendly, helpful staff.

Just stuff

Very few assistants to ask for help and when I did find someone they couldn't have been more disinterested. On the flip side, I found this store to be very tidy and in order.

Staff members threaten little children and instill fear into them, making them scared of other staff members in the store. Be careful.

A great place to shop they have most things from toys to clothes for babies right up to adults and the staff are very helpful and don't miss out on there discounts
