Peek times a bustling environment and very few of the staff look happy to be here. A well stocked store always so you'll have little trouble getting the items you need. The car park is a little tight for large vehicles.

Well organised shelves making things like brass plumbing fittings, easy to find. Security is noticeable but I haven't seen any trouble there.

Had a request for the special orders desk. Robyn, the lady that was looking after that area went above what was needed to help us with our request. Great service and very much appreciated.

Bloody good service

Don't try ringing the store for anything. I've been on hold for 20mins the first time, and 35mins the second time. As the store is an hour drive away I don't want to go for nothing. Online shows things are available, but when I've called the store they don't have the stock. This is soo frustrating when it's such a simple enquiry.

Well l was so impress best experience in bunnings the lady that attended us was so full of knowledge an new excalty what we needed for our kitchen plus laundry needs .we have just moved back to shepparton l must admit with a lady of her knowledge an manner .shepparton branch wins hands down compared to Brisbane l even had to ask for her name l was so impressed.WELL DONE DEBBIE OF KITCHENS

5 stars for Jakob ! We came to this store this Saturday 14th and we were kindly welcomed by Jakob who took the time to advise us in the best possible way. On the other hand, we did not appreciate the unfair behavior of his superior (blonde woman) who reprimanded him in a really disrespectful manner when he asked her a question to confirm the answer for one of our questions. Jakob did an amazing job and it is not acceptable to speak to his employees in this way and especially in front of customers.

They have everything you need for your house

I purchased an Ozito battery operated mower and I really enjoy using it. It was exactly what I was looking for and it is so easy to operate and definitely does the job. I have needed to return it only due to a battery problem and they replaced it with a new one. Thankfully it was still under warranty. 👍

One of the best Bunnings

Hopeless, Rude behaviour

I love this place but some staff need abit more training in the area they are allocated. I was in the process doing a laundry DIY. I spent over $1,000 and made sure we had everything and got as much info from the team at bunning to start. Everything went well until we got to the stage to cut the holes for the hinges for 2 benches to be connected. The staff in the tools section advise me yo use a 35mm spade drill bit to make the hole instead of a 35mm hinge cutter! He was 110% positive that it was the right drill bit when I repeated it twice. There goes my benchtop 😂.

It’s one of the worst place for unloading . Not well organised . People in unloading area looking at each other faces. Sometimes 3 hours waiting to drop off 1 pallet. Trucks have more deliveries to drop off Not just Bunnings. May ant works fast then forklift driver . If you don’t know how to use don’t use it . Using like 1 year kid .🙄🙄

As a local I visit Bunnings at least once a month for my needs. However, today when I returned my empty plant pots and trays (as I do everytime I purchase plants and they've accepted it) the staff over the counter was so rude and yelled at me in front of all the other customers that we never accept the empty pots. But I have returned multiple times and they have accepted it. It was so embarrassing to be yelled at in front of other ppl for some pots. Not professional at all.

Not enough staff on checkout

Everything I needed but can't believe the prices had risen as much as they had.still found what I needed at a reasonable price.

Always fun to explore a Bunnings store. Great garden section, coffee shop and friendly helpful staff. Oh and don't forget the very popular sausage sizzle on Saturdays.

Good specials and stock range.

Bunnings, where they sell you half the length of materials for over double the price. Eg aluminium 600x2.4 m for 240 dollars as opposed to a full sheet double the size for 130. Same for box tube aluminium. Go elsewhere for aluminium, idk about other materials.

A big big thanks to Emma for helping us a lot today.. We have bought the fan today and she not only guided us about the best one but also assembled it for us.. I would never forget this help.. Extremely Helpful

Went at 5pm Friday night to get materials for a job the next morning. Was rudely turned away at the trade section saying “nope can’t serve you we shut at 5.30” I had come from 45 minutes away and it really set me back. Get there at 7 (opening time) the next morning, wait until 7.40, doors not opened. Go inside to ask what’s happening only to be answered “not sure when he will open it might be soon” Has really set me back by a long way. The service is a disgrace
