Free parking, giving easy access to Kmart. The store has a good selection of goods at affordable prices. Shop regularly at Kmart if I need something whether it be for my pets, photo prints/frames, all clothing, household items recently got a microwave for $49 & a vacuum for a similar price. Can’t go wrong with a deal at Kmart 👍

I was accused of stealing in a way it may of looked like that however I am a 13 year old girl (cathlocc) and go to a expensive school who know a lot better then to steal . I was looking around putting some stuff in my basket I knew I wasn't going to get all of it so that is bad that I was putting some stuff I wasn't going to get , however as I went to put stuff back a worker asked why I was putting heaps of make up back I fricked out and put it back in my basket . I didn't want a worker to have to put my things back so I was going to put it in a random area I felt really bad for not putting it back however I know everyone has scarted random stuff everywhere , anyways I put the stuff there and a random worker comes up and fully orcoused me straight away of stealing when I said I wasn't she still orcoused me I was scared and EMBRASSED I walked with my cart left it out of the way and got out there as fast as I could . Stealing is a massive deal and made me so upset getting orcoused of it made me ball my eyes out straight away on the street. I very sad she didn't listen to me bad customer service .

KMART SHEPPARTON This was such a sad situation I was in & needed somewhere to change from the clothes I would be driving in for 4 hrs into something more appropriate for a funeral on Thursday at Shep. The lovely lady who I finally managed to connect with, (tried every other department, no answer🤦‍♀️) contacted management for me...... Answer...NO You'll have to buy clothes from Kmart to change into🤷‍♀️ I did the right thing in calling, I guess I was just shocked, expecting a 'not a problem'. There was no compassion or care. Very sad😔

Awesome customer service, contacted me after originally cancelled click and collect products was found and kept them aside for next day payment and pick up for me. Dianne is a legend!

I hate the checkout in the middle of the store.

The worst customer care ever. The last time I was here I asked for a digital weight scale , one professional customer care person came with me to the aisle and even checked the stocks. He said they were out of stocks but was waiting for some. Today I I tried to find it at the section, when I failed I kindly asked two people to check in the system whether they have some in the stock now. Both of them did not help me at all. Too lazy to help customers, it wouldn’t have taken five minutes to check in the system. So disappointing

Generally clean, OK amount of stock. Kids' shoe choices a bit limited. Lots there on shelves this time, they were just basically all the same just different coloured. A few sizes missing but not as bad as I've seen some stores.

I visited Kmart Shepparton yesterday and was very pleased with the assistance I received. I asked two Kmart workers for assistance to find items on two separate occasions, both left what they were doing and took me directly to the items I had asked for. They were both friendly and helpful. Thank you. I also found the store clean and well-stocked. A great shopping experience
