What a ripper of a Parma. It was massive. Really good bit of chicken that was cooked well and great price.

Great pub, fantastic food, very large meals, we 100 % enjoyed our experience.

Really nice calamari with Greek potatoes and salad etc . Partner loved her lamb shanks done gluten free . Food arrived really nice and hot , spot on .

Coeliac review. I came here for an event and went to order something from the Mamo's dining menu. They had lots of items listed as gluten free. When I ordered chips and a kebab, I asked if chips were cooked in a seperate fryer and that there was no risk of cross contamination with the whole meal. I was told that it would be fine. After I ordered I thought I'd double check and asked a server to double check that it was safe. They told me the chef said it was. When the food came, it looked just like my friends food (normally GF chips and wraps look different to normal food). So I asked a server if they could double check. She came back and apologized, saying that they only have two fryers and can't dedicate one to being completely GF for the chips. I asked if the wrap would be ok, they said it should, so just to be sure, I asked to speak to the chef. The chef kindly came and spoke to me and advised that the meats are cooked on a surface with food that would contain gluten and therefore there was risk of cross contamination. He did offer me a salad, I declined and my meal was refunded. I gave it three stars because all of the staff were really kind. No one treated me like I was being a pain. I know sometimes we have to ask so many questions and sometimes that's met unkindly by others. They weren't annoyed with me, so I really appreciate that. Furthermore, to people who don't have to eat gluten free, my friends all enjoyed their meals and the venue was a lot of fun.

Not a great selection in the menu. But what they do well, they do really darn well. It's the perfect spot for a pint and some classic greek food.

Bloody delicious food, we had the shared open mixed platter and it was perfect. Our waitress Ellamarie was friendly, attentive and we would definitely make this a regular spot to have dinner.

Went for a pub meal on a Sunday night. Good feed & fast service. Could do with a better atmosphere (dimmed lighting, some music etc.) as it was dead silent which made it a little awkward on a quiet night.

Only been during the day for a couple of beers and games of 8ball, simple little pub with a very local feel. Service was nice and the 8vall tables were free to usethe last couple of times I've been. I was the only girl in that area both times. It wasnt intimidating or anything though.

Ordered the Lamb Slider with chips (awesome). Sat in the sports bar side. Open fire, good music (Queen and other oldies) Food was lovely but the best part still goes to the British Waitress/Bar Tender. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name but her energy alone makes me want to come back. 10/10

Classic Pub With Great Food And Good Atmosphere One Of Those Places With Timeless Appeal

This was my first time to this pub and we went especially to try the new greek street food. It was lovely Greek food.. the server behind the bar wasn't that knowledgeable about the menu, but it's all new, and ultimately, we were happy with what we ordered. No dishes are recommended below as it hasn't been updated to reflect the new menu), but the Saganaki was yum, and bigger wedges of lemon would have been nice - you know you need loads of lemon! 🍋 The gyros open plate (mixed) was a good size for two to share.

Great band playing and chill atmosphere but a little quieter than I expected for a Friday night.

Scotch fillet was beautiful.

First time dining here and what a great pub, Staff are great and the young guy/ Waiter/Dishwasher what a great worker you are, You didn't stop the whole time we were there. I hope management know what a great employee they have in you. Well done young Man you are a legend.

Took quite along time to get our meals, considering it wasn't very busy at the time.

I took 2 bites of a vegan burger and it was microwaved burger which was soft and it was terrible to eat and my missus had parmigiana and the taste was poor Showed the staff it was terrible and no response with money back or different meal will never go back to this place ever as it was so bad

Fantastic looking pub on the outside just classic. Inside very nice the service my wife and I cannot fault very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious and the chocolate mousse to die for and beer good and cold. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Stopped here for lunch on a road trip. To my surprise they had a few vegan options. I ordered the garlic and vegan cheese pizza and it was delicious. Great hotel, good vibes and friendly staff.

Excellent service and meals

Ordered a steak sandwich and a pint for a total of $37. Steak sandwich was massive and tasty with very decent serving of chips. Only slight bummer was that because i cut the sandwich into three, the lower bread of the later two pieces got really soggy likely because of the sauces. Atmosphere was typical country pub with lots of adults and children out on a Friday night. We were the last to leave near 10pm and staff never rushed us.

Warm pumpkin & walnut salad was delicious and a very generous serve. . We couldn't eat it all and it was too delicious to waste, so asked for a doggy bag and ate it for dinner tonight. Still delicious. Staff are fantastic, particularly the young man who came and asked if everything was to our satisfaction. We are not locals but come to Traralgon regularly and if needing lunch head for this Hotel .

Used to be known as Ryan’s. Good size outdoor area. Quiet during the weekdays. Lunch menu a little underwhelming. Dark interior. Pleasant bar staff.

Great place to eat and have a drink. I had sirloin steak and mate had calamari ... all very good quality and well priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely go back again.

I love the looks of the building, and that's the reason why I had a meal there. It's spacious in bistro and bar. Quality of the food can be subjective, but I think it's well cooked. Nothing negative I can think of.
