Kmart Traralgon

Lately been hardly anything on shelves I visited there to buy sheets and a hand mixer, actually only choice of two very cheap mixers and still they werent on the shelves, the stand mixer the only one was $75 and didnt even have one of them in stock, along with mini appliances and hardly anything there. Also you search online for products only to be told sorry we don't stock those items. So hard to find things in the home and kitchenware. Even looking in the exercise section they say online in stock at traralgon and they have none in stock. The other thing is you can never find anyone to help you and then you find someone eventually and they say idk, if you were in a certain dept you should know where to find products.

Now I remember why I don't buy from kmart. Because of their stupid tags and leaving holes

NOT AT THIS LOCATION! IT'S INSIDE TRARALGON CENTRE PLAZA. Have sent an edit to Google Maps THREE times now to correct this address which they happily accept, but either Kmart or Google insist on moving it back to this location which is on the footpath in front of a post office.

Kmart is an amazing place to shop…they seem to sell everything! The quality on 99% is as good as anywhere (perhaps I wouldn’t buy shoes) and the prices are fantastic. I get all my photos done there. The staff here at Traralgon are so friendly and helpful I just love going there to have a good day!

A couple of the male workers there are absolutely rude, especially at the service desk, talk to you like trash as if your bellow them even know there in there 40-50s working at kmart their whole life.

Kmart isn’t what you think it is. Today my friend and I were just browsing around Kmart with a few items we were intending on buy, until we noticed a female Kmart staff following us around and giving us weird glances, we were uncomfortable so we decided to leave and once we got to the entrance a Kmart manager then approached me pointing to his employee to make sure he’s got “the right person” he then emptied out my school bag thinking that we stole. And as black people we feel violated and unsafe, we felt like this was a type of racial profiling. KMART DO BETTER!

I love coming here only for the days I see one guy working there. I think his name is Robert. He is tall with glasses and I believe he has worked there for a while. Every time I go in there he always has a smile on his face and makes conversation for the duration of his interactions. Nothing feels forced or like he’s pretending to care because he’s paid to. I think this second to none service is hard to find these days and I couldn’t fault it from him at all. He is one of the very few people I will skip a self checkout for. Keep up the good work! 👏🏼

Black metal & wood dish rack /drainer. Loved this product, suits my kitchen space perfectly. Really sad that only after a few months, it has started to go rusty.

Very popular store in Traralgon when we were there. Items were very cheap for a main department store and good quality. Staff were also helpful.

The manager women of this kmart traralgon is the worst human i ever experience. No customer service. She dont know how to deal with people. Extremly agressive, racist and unprofessional. Management must train her to be better human first.

It's Kmart, what can I say...💜. Traralgon store could use more stock, it's constantly out of many items. Still the store is always tidy and the staff are nice.

Shelves are currently empty and reduced staff as well. They have bit of everything but if you like to explore more options before you buy, then ma to be you have to wait till more stock arrives
