Jack Abell Betta - Fridges and Electricals

They were suppose to order a part for my Glem gas oven, it has now been 5 years and have never heard from them. So much for customer service

Arrived right on closing time to find parts for my 12volt TV, staff could not have been more helpful! They stayed back past their Finnish time to solve the problem, and even gave us a small discount for our struggles! This place is amazing, highly recommend to anyone wanting good service. 👍👍 Thanks again betta electrical for getting us back on the road.

Too difficult to get a simple price on fridge filters over the phone…young bloke was trying to help but customer was not important to the rest of the staff.. Found cheaper online anyway! Will not recommend this place to anyone unless last resort! 👎🏻

Drivers of the vans wth company name and advertising need to check their indicators and brake lights had a van of theirs cut in front of us at dekin and eleventhst no blinkers etc

we needed a new dishwasher -we arrived at 5.15pm the staff were extremely helpful (unlike their competitors) we left with a dishwasher and a TV as well for a really terrific price (better than the Good Guys)- check Jack Abells out before you buy anywhere else , we will definitely shop there again

Young bloke very helpful. Older bloke not so!! Wife ordered a product online for click collect. Waited nearly 4weeks no response sent email no response. Had relative go into shop to enquire about it. Young bloke was checking book. Before older person( who was serving another customer slammed the book shut and stated “it’s not in and could be another 10 days yet. Before younger bloke snatched book back and said “it is here, I have the paper work is right here” So ended up getting my product and found a sticker on it. That stated it arrived in store 7 days before. Other customer called out “hey mate you are serving me” before just walking out. Had similar experience with last click and collect from this store. Won’t be back again.

As life generally throws a curveball, so did it last Saturday. Our 29 year old Westinghouse Fridge (many times repaired by me) finally got the better of my tightly shut wallet and the horrendous thought of spending money I didn't have. Because I am by way of circumstance and just a plain tight arse I made many phone calls on Saturday Morning and hunted review sites on the internet looking for a suitable replacement. Brand became priority and Country of Manufacture prominent Fisher and Paykel was basically the only solution and having made this decision the next problem was how much of the money I didn't have was going to be shelled out. After several phone discussions with potential suppliers, it became obvious that Jack Abell had the edge on this model and brand that also had to fit into a very exacting spot. I managed to negotiate the best all round delivered price by a very healthy margin. Fridge delivered on the day that suited my desires and it was just Effortless. Just ring yourself and ask for Jayde Tell him to give you the best price and you will save yourself a whole lot of buggering around
