Josh at Mildura's photo Lab was awesome. Went out of his way to be to be super helpful, efficient and professional with someone who didn't know what they were doing.

There is a lack of workers, so customer service is not good enough

Congratulations Kmart top of my list .Finally have great Pet Products. About time a good business intown has done great. We all need more of this. Lots of choices to choose from. We'll done. Thank you. And good prices too.

Store manager (Magda) is a complete piece of work. I had the misfortune of asking her where an item was and she basically rolled her eyes and treated me as inconvenience. I then overheard her pretty much screaming at the service desk staff. I'm amazed she still has a job. Some people training or a different job should be considered. Her attitude clearly rubs off on a lot of the staff as a lot of them seem to be almost as miserable as her...

Filthy store. Poorly trained staff. Customer service skills poor to the point of being rude. I wish the service desk staff nothing but misery and misfortune.

The clothing is rubbish and the location of the cash registers in the middle of the store drives me mad. I’ve actually hardly been in Kmart since the location of the registers changed. It’s a real pain. If I see an item I want near the exit it’s too bad. I’m not going all the way back into the shop to pay. I therefore get it somewhere else.

A bit over the security guys who don't know thier jobs. And abuse you when you legally refuse thier request for your receipt.

It would be nice to be served just a number the girl could not even finish serveing me just a wave off the hand change comes out of there recipet out there and walks off I am at the point of never shopping there agian would rather pay more to be served no hope to treated like a person with over 10 girls walking around the shop not one to serve me with a polite smile and and hand me my changa and make sure I did not need more help

Disgusted. Monday 28/8/23 time 15.36. No real person at cash register, all self service. Then to top it off when directed by lady staff member to a register it was still in use. And to top off staff at exit to busy gossiping to check out receipt on exit. I even complained not good enough no staff to serve. Told call the store manager. Yep customer service be damned.

The staff are awsome from the young gentleman at the door to the ladies at the checkouts so professional and friendly staff 😀 👏 😄

Store manager contacted by their own complaints department a week ago and has still not responded to either them or myself. Clearly not able to prioritise a customer complaint.

Store is kept well stocked and is mostly tidy, friendly staff always willing to help!

Most young staff is helpful but the floor manager (senior lady) is absolutely unapologetic for items marked wrongly that I noticed was billed at 4 times the original cost. She was almost swearing at the computer system in presence of staff and customer and appeared very rude and the customer doesn't even get an apology for the inconvenience. Kmart Mildura -you need to retrain your senior staff in customer service and mannerisms. I am happy to have a chat about my experience.

Mice if sections weren't moved around between visits. Makes finding particular items frustrating.

Great clearance racks although nxt to nothing in larger women's sizes. Love clearance racks.

Affordable non oem items, particularly in clothing.

Very rude male on door. Needs training in customer service. If you had your checkouts at the front you wouldn't need obnoxious people at the door

Big Kmart

This is another Kmart store with no real difference to any other. It has a good variety of items from kitchenware and bedding, clothing, sporting goods, toys, fishing rods and accessories as well as various other everyday items. The prices are often cheaper than other stores and the quality of the items have been good. Worth checking out if they stock what you are after.

It's a department store

Good value for money, the new store layout is good but frustrating when trying to check out as there is usually only 1 or 2 staffed registers, the rest are self service.

Got winter stock atm. Will find everywhere at affordable prices. Very helpful staff too😊

Excellent service

Went to Kmart Mildura today looking for an item. As I am not a local went to service desk and assistant contacted Hannah in the toy section who met me there and found the item for me. Very good customer service

Homeware, clothing and so much more. When you walk in those Kmart doors you are sure to find what you are looking for and if not they will help you all the way. Great prices and friendly staff are a plus in my books. Highly recommended and will be back to get more things.

Great Kmart store it had everything we expected.

Great store, staff are okay, but so small compared to most Kmart stores. They don't stock enough of the basics either which is frustrating. I end up having to order the simplest things online, or heading over to Big W or Target. Other than that, it's okay 🙂

Great store with a decent amount of cheap options for most furnitures. Though I still really dislike the checkout being in the middle instead of at the front of the store. It just feels weird.

The staff I spoke to were all friendly and the store seemed pretty clean and tidy. They didn't seem to have the range that some of the other Kmarts have, though.

Everything I expect from a good department store, good well signed pricing. Staff so helpful and know their stuff.
