Had a fantastic night at the trots here. Great food and drinks, all reasonably priced.

Something is always happening, has many venues and none of them thus far has dissapointed..

Thank you Kahli, Grainne and all the team for making our birthday run so smoothly. Everyone had a great time. The food was amazing.

Stop in here a couple of times a year food is always good also got a great gaming room

Great work from HRV to stage the AG Hunter Cup.

If you don't mind a very long wait before your food arrives then the bistro is good as a dining experience. The portion size is good there is variety but beware the food can be in the warmer while others are being prepared. The giveaway was the crispy dried cucumber in the salad bowl

Staff were very friendly and accomadating for a very large group of us. Food was great and service amazing. Would definetley recommend

What a great place to go when you want a good meal and a relaxed atmosphere. It's a bonus if you go there when the races are on. It's nice to be able to walk out onto the lawn and watch and hear the races. A good experience.

Good vibes and nice entertainment park. Pokies, drinks, horse racing, dining all under one roof.

Went with a group 6/1/25. A few that were seniors had “3” course seniors meal $25 (+$3 for steak). Steak = “5stars” was excellent. Most enjoyed their meals. Three people complained that “3stars” = 2 x roast pork meals were very dry, “3stars” 1 x chicken schnitzel complained it was dry also. But everyone enjoyed their entrees and deserts. Meals were mostly generous servings. Roast only had a few Vegies for $25 one course.

To the team that worked through xmas lunch yesterday, just wanted to thank you for your services during an amazing day with amazing food from start to finish. Big shout out to Melton Entertainment staff for the fabulous Christmas Buffet. The food was fantastic as were the Desserts. All the staff members were friendly and polite, thanks to Ellie who looked after my table. The singer did a great job and sang some great songs (Christmas and mixed) Hope to make it to next year's. Amazing food and service in the legends function area run by Grainne and Sarah. Food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing by chef Bec and Emma. The floor staff were very friendly and helpful while Jacob in the bar was outstanding. Can’t wait till their next event night. Thanks for a great night

I attended my child’s grade 6 graduation and what an amazing setup the functions team put together. I was greeted by the Functions Manger Grainne and Functions Assistant Manager Josh who were welcoming and guided all the parents down the hall to the next staff member Sarah who greeted us into the room and asked us to help ourselves to water and take our seats. The room got a little warm with the number of people in the room but staff kept the water jugs full with iced water and were all very friendly. My child said the pre-party was fun and the food tasted delicious. Thank you to all the staff on the floor and chefs, it was a night my child will remember!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our seniors meals, I had Pumpkin soup, mushroom risotto, (special order, I asked for over cooked rice, and extra creamy with added Chicken) it was scrumptious. Then I had the Churos, with butterscotch sauce. Again yummy. My friends fully recommend this place for a beautiful meal. And so do I. And the staff,,, are fantastic and patient. Thank you team. 😊

Amazing venue great experience one of the best harness venues in Australia

09 11 2024. I had an ok night at the Harness Racing. But some of the staff seemed to have an I couldn't be bothered attitude towards me! Especially one young guy who was working at the bar in the sports bar who was extremely abrupt and not friendly at all! I ordered a meal and asked him if I could eat it outside? He said yes. Afterwards while sitting peaceably outside eating my meal' I was told by Security I couldn't do that! And was asked to go back inside to eat . Not wanting to be of any trouble i went back inside the sports bar to finish my meal! I went back to the sports bar and asked for a glass of Coke to drink the same young guy served me and charged me $6.20! During the rest of my time there that night I got 3 more glasses of Coke a much nicer friendlier lady serving at the sports bar only charged me $4.00 each time! So not sure what was going on there?? Price reduction from $6.20 down to $4.00!! 😂 The last thing is I attempted to put a bet on I was sure I filled the betting card out properly??? I put the card through the machine but was told very abruptly by another female staff member That's not working! What do you want to do? No offer from her to put the betting card through again or no explanation as to why it hadn't worked??? She asked me again what I wanted to do??? So I told her . . . Well if it's not working I'll keep my money!! I also found it inconvenient that no food and drink kiosk's were available and you had to buy food and drink from the bistro or sports bar!! I know that it's not easy working a job when you are serving the public! But SOME of the staff could have been a lot nicer and had a much less abrupt more friendly attitude!! A rating of 2 out of 5 from me and lucky to get that!! If I go back again??? I will make sure I'm not served by that same young guy working behind the sports bar!!! He might not remember me??? But sure as hell I'll remember him!!!

All our staff had an incredible time. The venue alone was impressive, but with the exceptional service, delicious food, drinks, and the races—it was just outstanding. Even the DJ you recommended was fantastic!

Booked tablets for 20 people. They wouldn't help me they wanted $62 per head .They are a joke.

Attended my child’s rugby presentation on the 21/09 I have to say well done to the chef Bec, the food was amazing, every plate that came out was hot, the staff handled a very large crowd with ease. Thanks to everyone for an amazing evening.

I recently organised a get together to celebrate the pacer, Sahara Tiger's 30th win with the ownership group. The Corporate Suite at Melton Entertainment Park was a perfect venue which enabled us the celebrate as well watch the race meeting from the balcony. The quality of the finger food was superb and was plentiful and reasonably priced. The drinks package again was reasonably priced and quite varied. Throughly recommend.

We stayed here for a 3 day convention. It was conveniently located, close to shops and convention centre. It has the convenience of its own restaurant, with a good selection of food, even a seniors menu.

Great family friendly club has a kids play section as well as a variety of meals and beverage options they also have special meal deals on different nights of the weeks and host horse racing events

Worst paying pokies....period!

I had a great night at Melton Entertainment Park. Function chef Bec cooked up an amazingly delicious alternating 3 course meal, plates were presented well and meals full of flavour. Floor staff were a little slow, some carrying 2 plates and others carrying 3, though I noticed some of them had badges saying “in training” and not their name so that explains that. Bar staff were polite and the barman was good at remembering my drink. The functions supervisor was kind and helpful while the functions manager Grainne was a delight and ran the night very smoothly. I stayed the night in the Mantra Hotel and was very happy with housekeepings work and presentation of the rooms. 5/5 for my experience!

Friday night watched GOLD CHISEL... (Cold Chisel tribute show was fantastic and I will definitely be back to watch this band again and again next time. Thanks Melton entertainment Park.

1 star, on a weekday or days they choose, you are not even able to place a bet on the races (refuse to turn on TAB machines) or merely collect a tab ticket for cash, even though they display TAB signes everywhere!! On the days you are able to use the TAB, they dont have enough cash on hand for you to collect the ticket. Should be renamed to the RSL, good for pokies, tap beer and a soggy parma. Very poorly managed!

We recently held our inaugural Pasifika grassroots fashion showcase Victoria Hibiscus Festival in both the Legends rooms hosting 500 people with external island catering. The planning event management from the very start was exceptional with special mention to Kahli Magee (Functions, Events & Race Night Dining Manager) for handling and collaborating the event with us from start to finish. The layout of the room for the show on the night was beautiful and well organised. The venue was able to suggest suitable and affordable vendors for lighting and staging etc for the fashion show case which made our job easier. Guests who stayed at the venue overnight enjoyed the rooms and the guest experience. Security, Kitchen, Bar and overall management on the night from the venue was also commendable. Highly recommend for future events.

I want to make a complaint about the gamble rooms , I'm a little frustrated cause at morning every day some lady name heada come and play plus she reserve more the 4 machine always , is supposed she is not allowed to do it cause the rules said you just can play I one machine , on top of this the lady in charge every morning is her friend and she let hedda do what ever she wants this is unfairly

What a magnificent facility. Never been to the trotts before, I didn't realise how well organised, well executed and how well run the sport is. And it is quite exciting. Great food and drinks on offer and it seems there's even lovely accommodation if required.

Meals rooms and staff were terrific

Great meal, but instead of meatballs on the parma, they put bolognese. There was nothing wrong with the flavour, just not what was expected. Beer was perfectly cold and the staff amazing.

We dined at the bistro. Very happy with the quality and choice of food, service, food delivery time, kids loved the kids area.

Had a seafood pasta delivered, the seafood was not fresh and especially the calamari had a strong ammonia taste which made me feel sick so I had to throw the rest of the meal in the bin.

Had mothers day dinner there firstly dissapointed with no complimentary gift for mothers day and secondly 2 staff said No Seniors meals available tonight (HOW RUDE) im 10 YEARS AWAY FROM FROM THAT .Never again

Service was great! Matthew & Table stuff were amazing. Chefs did well. Main meals were great 9/10 Dessert was well presented but no flavour 6/10 Would highly recommend

Management here are awful and the food is terrible.

This is the 2nd time here as a group and did not disappoint we had a great night.
