Rude lady with extreme short hair. Not friendly, having lots of attitude as soon as I walked in. I asked her nicely, but she served me rudely. I asked for a straw with my drink and she just put it on the dirty counter instead of handing it to me. Never return. Other staff was nice. This kind of attitude should not be brought to Australia. Ruined my night. I am a local and got treated this way, if you are a tourist, avoid this place, saving you from a bad experience.

In Melbourne for the week and visited Chinatown for food and drinks. Decided to stop in for a punt and play some pokies. Fun little spot with super friendly owners. Beer was cold and even managed to leave with a little extra cash in our pockets. Austin & Naomi

The toilets were absolutely disgusting, With poo on the seats, when we brought the issue up with staff we were told “you didn’t have to come here, leave!” The man who spoke to us was rude and disrespectful, will NEVER return, and will make sure none of our family or friends do either. Disgusting service & toilets.

Unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude staff. Everything overpriced and low quality here. Business makes the most of those addicted to pokies and no other nearby options to visit. Steer clear if this is you.

one of my favourites while visiting Melbourne. Good selection of machines. Happy hour beer, $10.50 a pint $5.50 pot. Great service. Right in the heart of chinatown.

this is my favourite pokies bar in the CBD. the staff are always friendly. sometimes i win, sometimes I don't, but i always have a good time here and the lovely ladies that work here always treat me nicely even if I walk away with the winnings. ;)

It's a great to have a beer on the way home from an exhausting blue collar job. The staff are respectable.
