It was good

Found the opposite of others here. Staff were more interested in being on their phones or chatting to each other. Doesn't warrant the prices for the beers ($15+!!) and super pokey

accompanied my friends who were going to pokies, and we all had a drink from the bar and had a lovely conversation with the bartender preparing them. we also ended up realising that i had forgotten some gift bags at the pokies after we left, and we went back to the place to see if it was still in the same spot. luckily the same bartender picked it up while cleaning. i'm sorry that i didn't get your name, but you did a great job in lifting the vibes! the interior is super nice and modern too, not like your other typical pokies places.

A two bit dive ! I understand the city has its share of problems that security has to deal with but they are over the top . Basically a front for the pokies raking in the cash out the back . Don't waste your time or money . Much better venues just around the corner . Food is rubbish .

The Asian female employee was very rude. She discriminated against customers who came to play. And I just finished playing and was looking and deciding to continue playing. But she kicked me out of the shop if you don't play. She was rude to me many times. Very bad. I do not recommend going here. Very bad.

Your security guard wins. While I was let in the venue because it wouldn't of been worth me suing you for discrimination, your security guard needs to be way less judgemental. First asks for my ID, then proceeds to walk me to the door, because I needed to be a member? Then signed in to my doxa rewards on my phone forgetting I was a member and he was still going to tell me to leave? What did I do wrong anytime I've been there before? First time I went there I had no problems, but last night? What the hell was the go there. Just after midnight was the time I rocked up. Showed my proof of age card. (not good enough? It shows I'm 30) I won't return. Not worth my time to just be judged for doing nothing wrong.

What a nice place to relax, have a drink. The place have a new look very nice. Very friendly staff. Camil still looks Gorgeous.

The management is rude particularly the Chinese lady manager. Whom makes you feel uncomfortable.

Reema is the best cocktail maker in the city.

Too small, with machines packed in the corner next to each other like sardines. Staff were cold and disinterested, greeted them and got ignored. They would rather sit around and talk to each other than do their jobs. Gaming floor staff being careless—coming around loudly banging the chairs into the machines.

We've visited from NSW to find that Reema & MJ make a mean espresso martini! Such friendly staff.

Exciting club, great staff and menu. Heaps of pokies. Regular competitions for members.

What’s the point of having security and staff members monitoring patrons in the pokie room when an Asian guy who was clearly sick was allowed to sit there and play 2 machines and cough for over 1 hour?!

Small pokie venue to begin with however now with even fewer machines operating due to covid. The layout is very dark & not a terribly welcomong environment at all, & the distance between machines made for a disappointing feeling for the place overall. At the end of the day however these factors are beyond the control of the venue as they are related to the current situstion woth COVID so the venue shoild not be held to blame for this. Still the venue made the choice to operate knowing the restrictions & i feel could have made more of an effort to do things to improve the customers experience & thats why i have given a mid range star rating.

Tried to sign in cause of covid and I was told to leave and that I would be knocked out
