Had a great stay! The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and soft. Conveniently, there was parking right in front of the room, making it very easy to access. A nice bonus was the complimentary soft drinks and beers provided upon check-in. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Tiny rooms but nicely refurbished and close to major suburbs I needed access to for work

It is a great hotel for family if you want to stay close to Springvale and Chadstone. Check in was very easy. Free parking in front of your room. Room size is large enough for family of 4 or 5 pp. it is very clean and nice after recent renovation. Highly recommend for family. You also get bonus 2 free drinks including beers.

Can not complain. Great room, everything you need, meals delivered! Its made a stressful time less stressful.

Was extremely happy with my stay at Night cap this 1 week I was there. Please look into providing disposable tooth brushes and the breakfast packs was a very nice touch. Kudos to the hotel team including the house keeping . Good job.

Close to the Monash university and many shops nearby. A great location.

Amazing room I stayed in amazing staff and I ordered fish and chips first night to my room and really fast ...and it was amazing taste beautiful...the staff was friendly and helpful...will be back and I will be telling all my friends and family to come to this motel

Great stay for a few nights, easy parking, easy food brilliant hotel. The Steaks with a seafood topper topped off the trip, and thanks for helping give that family a few dollars when needed,👍But a recent stay was no good due to no hot water for 2 nights.

This hotel went above and beyond to make sure our stay with them was as comfortable as possible. We were commuting between the hotel and the hospital nearby and they made sure we were well taken care of.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. Great location and close to Monash University. Had dinner at the hotel, great food and service and a discount as well for staying at the accommodation. Shopping centre and other food outlets and coffee within a short walk and convenient

Took mum out for dinner for Mothers Day on Sunday. Got there at 5.20pm service starts at 5.30pm. Place our order Garlic and cheese bread Senior parma and maim parma and dessert all at the same time. We where the first to place order. Garlic bread took 35min to come out. We ordered Garlic and cheese. Told the guy that brought it out it was wrong order. Was told have to pay extra for cheese. The giril that took the order only ordered Garlic bread. He then took it back into kitchen in a mood to bring it back burnt with cheese on it. We cut around the burn areas as then main meals came out. 7pm we where still sitting there waiting for our dessert. I asked the girl that cleared out table about our dessert and never got back to us. I asked the duty manager if mothers where getting any small gift as they usually get on . Was told no new owner and managers said no. There was at least 85 people there for Mothers Day how sad for the families that brought there Mothers and Grandmothers out for a special night. So 7.10pm still no dessert. I went to counter and asked for our money back. Mum was so disappointed in the night. The table next to us had also trouble with there orders. A table of 8 where there for 10min got up and left. They could see the problems that where going on. Meals coming out and then going back into the kitchen. Had trouble there before have given them an other go but this time is the last Will never see us again Sandown pub gave there Mothers a beautiful potted plant. I'm sorry I didn't take my 85year young Mother there.

Nice location

Went there for the steak and food. Excellent Servicing by the Kitchen who sold us the jelly and apple cider past closure time which is 930pm.

No service available till 10am. The rooms are small but absolutely fine. When I booked I didn't realise it was part of a late night pokies palace. The bar is open to 4am and and the noise of other guests made getting any sleep pretty difficult during that time.

Highly recommend staying here. Our room was immaculate. So very comfortable and clean. Excellent beds! Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond the call. My mum was booked in for an operation nearby and the wonderful Sharna took it upon herself to assist with directions and any additional local information we needed. Kind and very efficient service.

Lovely place

Stayed for one night for business. Loved the room (especially the spacious bathroom; although it did take a while for the hot water). Great location. Particularly liked the option of a $5 breakfast pack (enough to get me going for the day). Once I got to sleep, I had a restful night, but block out blinds would be a good addition.

Family room was great. Recently renovated, plenty of room off street parking massive bathroom and fantastic shower

I have stayed here 3 times in 2023 and WILL NEVER return or recommend, unless your hearing impaired, or a super heavy sleeper. Walls are paper thin, can hear clearly young children being told off at 2am( on previous stays) and sound from the pokies/smoking area also

Staffs are hard to contact. They don't pay attention on the ex-customer. I asked for my receipts for my group. They didn't send me the correct receipt. I tried to follow but they didn't care anything. ||I don't recommend for anyone who will come for business issues.

Lots of pokes, and complimentary cokes! Downside? I have experienced and also seen many others lose money due to either cash machine or gaming machine errors/malfunctions. Also staff are very hit or miss there.

The rooms were nice as it looks to be a renovated motel. The room was nice and had everything that we expected. However; The hot water takes up to 5mins to come through (Maybe the hot water system is located quite far from our room?) Also, putting a light above the shower should have been included when you renovated the rooms. There is only a light in the centre of the bathroom and the shower wall blocks the light.. You also need to put seals around the entry doors as its not insulated very well. (You also need to replace the door lock battery as it flashes red and green when the door unlocks) No issues with staff as they're very nice and friendly. The main hotel/pub hasn't that much food on the menu that was the only other issue we had but there is a shopping mall nearby.

10 mins walking to M-city for shopping and eating. 30 mins walking to Clayton campus, Monash University. The room is clean and a bit tidy. The staff is very help and willing to help us solve the problem. When I visit Melbourne again, I'll reserve this hotel.

Dropped in for a drink and supper

Bed is comfortable. The new m city complex is great! Country couple staying in town to head to sandown racecourse the following day. Bathroom is new! Nice work!

Having an early appointment at Monash Hospital and living 4 hours away we decided to stay as close as we could. Nightcap at Monash certainly did not disappoint as the rooms were spotless, bathroom was excellent, bed was excellent and the service we received from the staff was exceptional. Had a meal there which was great and would definitely stay there again

Stayed 2 nights. Beds are very comfortable. On the small size but perfect for just sleeping in. Shower was very good as well.. bit slow to heat up the water. Location was close to everything I needed.

Great place to shop

Armpit of Melbourne Don't be fooled or catfished by the imagery online. The rooms are small and uncomfortable Adjoining rooms have smokers ashtrays outside the doors and is very unpleasant Highway traffic noise is also very uncomfortable. The staff are pleasant and the pub food was good and fresh. If your looking for value for money don't stay here. Overpriced and uncomfortable

Staff was friendly and great but the room..... Pungent smell of mould, unclean and even had urine all over the toilet seat. We cancelled the rest of our stay and checked out immediately to stay at Park Royal down the road. This place was newly renovated but has a serious mould problem and the rooms need to be cleaned better.
