We celebrated a birthday at Ballroom 1. The waiting staff were very helpful and courteous. Food was excellent. A special thank you to Sharon (host for event night) for being so helpful and attentive throughout event. She’s very kind and friendly. Also Cathleen is very helpful and kind. Overall I would recommend this venue for any special events.

We had a celebration at the bistro and our waitress with the curly ponytail (don’t catch her name) was amazing as well as another waitress, Kaitlyn. Such good customer service. Thumbs up to them! Food was great, there is a new Sunday surcharge that customers should be made aware of, it was a bit of a shock, but other than that everything was great thanks to the wonderful staff!

We go to the restaurant at least once a week because it’s walking distance from home But after last night that will stop now The problem is they can’t cook eye fillet steak. They had 2 goes of it last night and still got it wrong, cooking rare steak should not be hard to cook, so my partner couldn’t have any thing to eat except a few veggies 2 hours to wait is not on . The lady manager did her best and was very nice but she’s up against it if your cooks can’t cook

I went with a group of 6, and we all enjoyed the various meals except for 2 of the meals. The vegetarian/vegan mushroom steak wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend this place for other vegetarians. Another person had the raspberry chocolate lava cake for dessert and said it was bland and there was no chocolate lava centre. All other meals were great, though we'd recommend to aboud the 2 options mentioned above. The customer service was great too!

Good place to hangout with family and friends

The food was unfortunately not good at all especially for the price. We ordered lamb shank which was the only acceptable dish among every dishes. The $56 and $64 Steaks were both ways too dry. Very tough and chewy, really low quality. King prawn linguine was recommended as signature dish so we ordered it but it was not even good. Duck springrolls were mainly skin, not much filling and very soggy. Salt and pepper squid was not much different to the frozen one from the supermarket. Not even good breads for starters. None of our desserts were good :( Overall, super disappointed and I would not recommend the food here at all. Can get ways better food somewhere else especially for the price. Service was hit and misss depending on the staffs. Some were nice, some were not friendly at all. Will not be back for sure.

Great food and amazing location by the lake

I had an excellent experience at Westwaters! The food was delicious, and everything was cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. I highly recommend trying their King Prawn Linguine – it was absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back! Would like thank to Chef Gene and the Kitchen staff well done guys!

Great for business meetings or if you're after a nice quiet place to work from with a beautiful view. The food is nice and the service too. They have a cafe and a restaurant. Live music on the weekend. There is plenty of parking in the building upstairs.

You really need to work on your vegetarian/vegan plates; there were no options, and the plate was so tasteless.

We celebrated a birthday at Saige Restaurant, Westwaters Caroline Springs and we were provided with excellent service by Christian. The paella and Tuesday T-Bone were delicious. The Saige – West Waters Team really did a good job this time, thanks also to Paris and Tash.

Went for a Christmas get together with the wife's gym friends. 20 people in all. We all had a great time. The food was great and came out in a timely manner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff kept us informed about what was happening and when it was last drinks. Lol. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the Paella.

Attended today with a friend for lunch. We were so disappointed with the poor customer service until Lachlan asked how were we. We raised the fairly poor customer service and that we felt completely dismissed. He apologised and welcomed our feedback. We informed him we were waiting to order coffee but decided to leave and have coffee elsewhere. We appreciated Lachlan acknowledgement of our concerns and offered us complimentary coffee in the Sports Bar which we accepted. The female bar lady was absolutely professional, friendly and very welcoming and enjoyed our coffee. Thank you Lachlan. Eve.

Last night was fantastic! We had a large group there 15 celebrating my mum’s birthday and the young lady forgive me I didn’t get her name was excellent couldn’t be more accommodating.. also special mention to Kristopher at the Bar he was great too! Food & atmosphere just lovely 🤩

Attended a 50th here. Staff were great to deal with. They were all professional and knowledgeable. One of the bartenders George, had the best recommendations. Venue is really nice and recommend for future bookings.

A big thank you for the kind and lovely warm welcome from Fiona at Reception. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are enormous and comfortable. Being by the lake, hearing the birds, and the Caroline Springs Square mall is over the road, great location for a vacation. Thanks everyone, we can’t wait to return!

Beware Accor holders. Ordered an Eye fillet like I do most times I attend only to be told when paying; specifically steaks are no longer included with Accor discounts. This was not displayed on menu and found to be very deceptive as this has never been the case prior to this evening.

Delicious food, excellent service and a very pleasant atmosphere. I can’t thank the staff enough especially Natasha, Paris, Victoria and George. We will definitely visit more often.

5 of us had lunch there on Sunday. The food was ok, salads need some work, 1 cherry tomato is not enough! We we're serviced quickly to start with, then nothing, our plates stayed on our table for over 1 hour, with multiple staff walking passed the table. Trying to get staff to notice us to get some more drinks and dessert was a joke. Will be not coming back if that's the service you offer!

Never stayed here so can't comment on rooms. I came here at times often, lve tried both restaurants and l enjoy the finer dining and the bistro style foods. Good mix of choices on menu, serves has always been prompt and pleasant waiters. They hold some nice choices of wines too. Lake views are beautiful, on colder days it's always cosy inside on the couch seating & sipping a coffee or hot chocolate.

Really great service and fantastic food. We had Natasha, Victoria and Joseph serve us and they were brilliant. The food has never failed and they’ve updated the decor which is a pleasant change. Highly recommend coming for dinner.

We celebrated my 60th birthday with 30 family and friends for dinner and everything was perfect. I would like to especially thank Paris for her assistance - from when we first went in to enquire about the venue in July, to us requesting some alterations to our menu and then for making sure the night went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her professional service is a good reflection on Westwaters overall.

We dropped by to have coffee on a Saturday night at the bistro. There was a musician playing lovely songs while sitting and sipping coffee. It was a nice experience.

We had the most amazing staff member Taylah serving us in the bistro, the service was amazing. She made us feel welcomed and she went above and beyond to make sure our night was pleasant. Will definitely come back again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the West waters hotel Bistro, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Christian. Although he joined us halfway through our meal, Christian’s friendly demeanor and attentive nature quickly made a positive impact on our dining experience. When we encountered an issue with one of the dishes, Christian promptly apologised and took it to the chef to address the problem. Additionally, when we requested the cake we had brought for a special occasion, Christian handled our request with utmost professionalism, which left a lasting impression. His professionalism and warm hospitality significantly enhanced our dining experience. If you’re planning to visit the Bistro at West waters hotel, I highly recommend asking for Christian. He truly made our night memorable.

Had a great time staying at the Mercure and then eating at the restaurant. The Parma was possibly the biggest I've ever had, but tasted great too.

Having enjoyed 2 lovely meals at the bistro we will be returning whenever we can. The choices for the Seniors Meals area very nice, well priced and delicious. When this is not available the other menu options are equally tasty. We enjoyed the paella and the pumpkin gnocci. They were both incredibly tasty and very generous portions. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a lovely venue with great views of the lake. Definately recommended the drive down there.

dinner date with my husband. bistro ambience is fine. garlic bread and chips were good. Buddha bowl and pumpkin gnocchi were average. raspberry lemonade was flat so was just raspberry cordial basically, did not enjoy. overstaffed, 2-6 female floor staff talking constantly next to our table about Instagram and boys. do that out the back if you're bored, not next to diners. don't wanna hear it over dinner. might return for drinks n chips in the summer time, but not for dinner.

The food was really bad, veggie burger was burnt, bun and patty. Starter and mains come out together, chips were cold, 2nd starter didn’t come out for ages- asked for gravy and got mushroom gravy- staff were friendly and helpful- but food was ordinary

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The barista made coffee here is on par with Melbourne's best coffee institutions. Creamy, velvety, shiny, thick, and ground freshly to order. No hopper full of coffee beans waiting to go stale overnight. Bellissimo""

We were a big group dining at the bistro. Staff forgot my meal, my whole table receives their food. No one checked in on the table to see if anyone was missing anything. I had to go up and ask where my food is. I receive my food when nearly everyone else at my table is finished. Staff were apologetic but still it’s annoying, it’s not like it was very busy at the time. Once I received my food the Parma was good but chips were cold. This could have been prevented if staff actually checked the order to make sure everyone was accounted for or checked in at the table frequently. I hadn’t been here in years and honestly don’t think I will come back. Disappointing really.
