Great service, I was in desperate need of a poker table on very short notice. It was early on a Saturday evening and the gentleman was kind enough to open up for me and organise a brand new table. A+, first class service

Got a poker table delivered by these guys and all was well until I opened the box, table had a rip in the fabric, nothing major but I messaged them for a replacement. Asked them to re-deliver another table and they were adamant returns must be delivered to their warehouse. I told them this policy is directly against consumer law which states all heavy faulty items must be returned/refunded the way they were purchased. Had I been in a position to pick up a 58” table I would’ve done so in the first place. I positioned a partial refund or they come and take the table back, they ended up ghosting me. I regret buying from this mob and should’ve paid a little more for proper customer service. Avoid. *response to owner - owner never responded to any offers, have texts to prove this. Save yourself the headache and buy from a business that doesn't outright lie on reviews.

Poor services.

Table turned up with cushion torn, I have tried to have it resolved however company refuses to engage in correspondence. I would definitely avoid. I am also still waiting on a $100 refund that was promised as the felt had an obvious crease. Very disappointing.
