Wow! Am I impressed!!! Our reservation was cancelled at another venue which shall remain nameless, so me and my hubby thought why not go to Brighton beach hotel!! The best decision I ever made, the tacos were exceptional and my hubby loved his Parma!! Tacos were however not as exceptional as Ava’s service!!!!! She reminded me of my younger self she was so kind, funny and not to mention gorgeous! We will definitely be returning and making it our new regular place ! See you guys every Friday!!

What a supreme establishment! Not only is the food and drink sublime, but the service is what really sets this place apart. We were ushered to a table by an incredible waitress by the name of Abby who could not have been of greater assistance in our selection of food and drink to accompany the outstanding ocean-side views offered by the pub's splendid location. This weekend I stumbled across this wonderful pub for some drinks and dinner with the girls. We were greeted by a beautiful waitress by the name of Abby and promptly seated with an excellent view. It wouldn’t be a girls night without Aperol spritz, and boy did Abby know how to make a delicious spritz (in keeping with her responsible alcohol training of course). As the night progressed, Abby made sure to tend to our every need, ensuring not a glass was empty nor a dirty plate in our way! What a lovely and accomodating person she is!! She really made the night sparkle !!

Brighton beach hotel really is something special. Had a lovely steak there last weekend on a beautiful evening overlooking the sunset by the ocean. I was served by a very lovely and bubbly waitress named Abby I believe, she helped me pick from what was endless options on the menu!! I guess I will be returning to try them all!! I visited this establishment for a casual beverage and was met with the most incredible service by a lovely young lady named Abby. Not only did she look strikingly beautiful, but she served me the most perfect glass of wine, exactly in keeping with her RSA training. Abby was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to your wine's country of origin. Perhaps the best service I have ever received. I felt very seen, heard, and understood as a customer, all thanks to Abby! If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Came in for a cheeky Parma and was greeted by a handsome young man whose name i believe was Adrien. He was a fantastic host and made the experience a wonderful one. Great food, lovely atmosphere and lots of variety for drinks. Will be back!

On Monday night we were looking for a quick bite to eat and we stumbled across Brighton Beach Hotel. We were just after classic pub food so were satisfied with our choice and thought the pub would do the job. Every single one of our expectations was exceeded. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was contagious and the staff were friendly, attentive and ever so helpful. Our waitress we had in particular, I can’t quite remember her name as I couldn’t catch it and didn’t want to take away from her job, was incredible. The girl had long blonde hair and blue eyes and I’m pretty sure her name started with S, Sonja or Siena maybe? Her service was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble! I have never felt more heard or listened to in my life and didn’t want the experience to end. The group I was eating with was fussy too and she accommodated everybody’s needs with no problem at all. We all walked away from dinner with smiles on our faces, eagerly awaiting our next return. We will be back and cannot recommend Brighton Beach Hotel and this experience enough.

Customer service was horrible, we had to get menus ourselves, we weren’t approached by any of the staff at all, they didn’t come collect menus after we ordered from the app. The food was below average, for a pub being in the prime location of Brighton, the calamari I ordered was not fresh, all clumped and stuck together, similarly to what you’d get in the frozen aisle of Woolworths or Coles. We had ordered drinks along with our food and they never arrived, we tried waving staff down but were ignored every time until we had to go up to the bar and tell them about our drinks being missing and all they said was “sorry”

Caught up with some friends for drinks and then dinner tonight (Saturday night). The tvs were on the horse racing and volume up very loud, felt like we were in a TAB! We ordered our meals, all came out at different times, from the first meal arriving to the last meal coming out, there Smead about a 30min difference, even though we all ordered at the same time. I ordered chicken schnitzel, and it was far from being good. It was oily and the chicken was processed chicken, so was very disappointing. Won’t be going back for food ever again.
