First time attending a function and ordered dinner before the show which was good , however on our second visit for dinner food was cold and I think Parmas have shrunk recently ? Maybe worry about serving people good food and service rather than clearing dishes and rushing people out before 9.30

Parma Wednesday $16…. Or for my autistic son who will only eat a plain snit (so minus the cheese and sauce) $25. Absolutely disgusting. Would’ve just left, but he was really wanting it and didn’t want to upset him.

Friendly staff & good atmosphere at lunchtime. The food was decent enough, but for the price I'd expect a better menu or cheaper meals, or a complimentary drink etc. More vegetarian options would have been greatly appreciated. Overall, a fine place to relax with friends and family.

Good pub over all but they cut people off the bar far to early always happy for u to gamble there but once they feel u have spent enough on drinks they will cut u off. Staff can be rude there at times as well I will continue to go there if they stop cutting me off the bar

One staff member named Poppy was not only passive-aggressive and outright rude to customers, but also treated her coworkers like they were below her. She is clearly a terrible supervisor, and has no business working in customer service. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional - avoid this place at all costs.

Don't order the Steak probably one of the worst Steaks ive ever had.

$10 seniors meal are great. Grilled fish and chips the best. Staff very friendly.

The grilled barramundi meal is awesome and roast of the day is fantastic and good portion sizes. Very friendly atmosphere and staff are very helpful. Parking front and back of venue. Best to book if you can as it is a very popular place and kid friendly.

Quick service..friendly staff...food is always beautiful and cooked exactly how i like it...clean tables..prices are reasonable and even when busy you never need wait long to be seated..just in need of more parking spaces as now in the rear not that many car parking spaces anymore..but food...is A-1..well done to chef's and waiter's..

End of monthly deaf social club for dinner from 5pm to 11pm at Deer Park

Some food was burnt, other food was cold. Food was bought out first to people who ordered a lot after others that had ordered before them. Customer service needs to be improved when tables are being cleared. One very rude person working at the pokies section.

if i could give it 0 stars i would, the staff are very friendly but the food came out after 1h and 50 minute wait. our medium rare steak was giving very much blue steak. couldn't pay me enough to come back here.

Home grown Deer Park

Attended my daughters school graduation this evening. The function manager was unhelpful and almost rude. They were advised previously about allergies, he came around to confirm allergies, however they served me daughter meals that she was allergic to. We then had to check every meal as for each course she was served a meal containing gluten. When I asked the function manager seemed to not know, acted like I was asking him something difficult. The entrees pasta were cold, not warm, cold! The main meal consisted of a steak (overcooked and tough) pumpkin, beans and raw roast potato. The other was a stuffed chicken with overcooked mushy rise covered in a flavourless cream based sauced. Most of my party of 7 left without eating. It might be ok in the bistro but I would never recommend them for a function.

Attended a function here, the servers polite but lacking training, the manager disorganised and rude, food came out slowly and literally ice cold, luke warm, over cooked or lackingin even the most basic flavouring or drowned in it depending on the course. Would not recommend a function here to anyone.

Not disability friendly, well the manager Craig is not anyway. He was rude the moment we arrived and didn't stop with the attitude looks the entire time, my clients wanted to know what they did wrong as he didnt look at the seniors the same way, I pointed out to my clients its him not you as he is looking at all the tables with disabled clients the same way.

Venue is a lot bigger than it seems, spacious outdoor area with play area, barely any tables and chairs spare by the end of lunch service.This did make the staff noticeably testy, so didn’t want to bother them for anything. The food was average but the indoor playground and face painting and balloon animals on Sunday makes things a lot more relaxed as a parent trying to keep a child entertained.

Ordered a Sicilian Parmigiana came out with just normal Napoli sauce with cheese no salami capsicum there said it was in the sauce since when do you mince Salami to put in the sauce wouldn't recommend they didn't even offer any change of refund false advertising

One of the best in the West! Amazing facilities for the whole family. Bistro is huge and meals are delicious! Play area for kids is next level, fitted with cameras through the climbing structure and up into the gaming/chill out zone upstairs (so you can keep an eye on your cherubs playing while sitting at the tables for you meal). Food menu is extensive and great quality. We eaten her le a few times and never been disappointed. For the big kids, there are so many areas... sports bar area with a multitude of screens, a great outdoor grassed area with a playground as well as a huge screen to watch the footy, Gaming areas are also on offer if pokies are your thing, but with so many choices to keep you entertained, hydrated and nourished, the choices are endless. We'll done to the team at Deer Park Club for consistently impressing its members and guest each time!!

My family ordered seniors porterhouse steak meal they paid $17 I ordered the same paid $37 (not being a senior)and the only difference was the amount of fat on the meat absolutely pathetic

Great atmosphere. Family friendly. Great customer service. Food was OK. The only let down was the vegies served on all our plates were almost cold, barely warm. Real let down. Shame.

The space is family friendly in bistro however the food is terrible. Chips were overdone on all meals Kids cheeseburgers were just thrown on the plate. Young gentleman did have great service!

I went with my family plenty of times here and their steaks was delicious! Not only was the food amazing but there was one staff that really stood out for me which is “Hayley” from the bistro/restaurant. Hayley was the only staff that I had seen that was doing her job with so much detail and love ❤️, she was wiping tables so thoroughly and was so attentive with everything that she was doing. I definitely commend her and hopefully management from the DPC see’s this coz she deserves to be recognised for the thorough and love of work she does.
