Utterly pathetic useless store useless earbuds Utterly disappointed one of the worst produces I have made JB hi-fi lost all the respect I had. They had hired all these LGBTQ community. They don’t even have an empathy for old folks. This had GPS inside. I have lost the docket. Went to store with jabra earbuds told them what exactly happened jabra told me to go to store. They will reimburse me but the store did not do anything instead the accused me of something which I haven’t have knowledge about how am supposedly to know the product beforehand if have never used it so JB hi-fi waste of my 399$ not going to JB hi-fi and never ever buying this expensive unreliable marketing gimmick.

WELL!.. Last Sunday I went in search of new ear buds. I was tossing & turning between the studio buds & the new Beats Solo buds. I ended up with these 👇🏼 I was taken care of a really nice man, that was eager to learn more about the specifications of this product and handled the sale with such professionalism & friendliness 👌🏼 He really made me feel good about the purchase. I ended up getting the extended warranty.. but still iffy about really needing it. The good news is (which I didn’t know) there is a 15-day cooling off period. Which is great! I really wanted to thank the gentleman with a name.. unfortunately I couldn’t find it on the receipt. BUT! It was at 3.18pm on a Sunday.. thank you again for your help 🙌🏼

While I didn’t end up purchasing anything as what I wanted wasn’t going to work, he really helped me out and gave me great alternative solutions for my tech issues. I bought JB HiFi prepaid SIM card and couldn’t activate it. My husband and I tried many times, spent more than one hour and still shows” something goes wrong “. We got driver license and Medicare card on hand and still not working. So disappointing and it’s just wasting my time! The prepaid card is rubbish!
