I'm a beer lover, and this place offers an amazing variety of flavors and origins. However, the customer service is not the best. After paying almost 100 bucks for 4 beers, the guy got upset because I was purchasing takeaway beers on sale and charged an extra 30%. When I asked for an explanation, he said it was wrongly advertised and gave me only 75 cents cashback. I insisted that the difference was way more than that, and finally, he gave me back 12 AUD, while speaking to me in a very loud, rude, and arrogant way. Definitely and sadly, I won't be going back.

Excellent selection of beer at various price points to suit everyone. The bartender was so knowledgeable and the live music was gave the place a good vibe. BYO food too with no extra charge 👍👍👍

Overpriced beers, staff are ok but very unfriendly arrogant owners that seem to be only friendly to certain people. Only went there for the flexibility of outdoor seating and can bring take out food. Would prefer to go to a local pub that is welcoming to all types of demographics.

What a beautiful fun place this little gem of the west is. Staff are really friendly and helpful. But the owners are probably the nicest people you will meet. Love my trips to this place, for great beer and fun times with friends and family 😍.

Awesome, this place always delivers on range, service and price. A must, just remember too book online as you probably won't get a walk up seat Fri to Sun. Also byo food or order from anywhere while you're there.

They say the west is the best... well because of hopheads it really is! Amazing spacious area to sit outside with your favourite tipple, they have lots of live music too which I enjoy. Cannot fault the place, amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hopshead, and it was nothing short of a beer lover's dream come true. The selection of beers is truly impressive. They offer a wide variety of styles, from hoppy IPAs to rich stouts, ensuring there's something to cater to every palate. The bonehead Pale was on tap and it was great.

Love a visit to Hopheads. It doesn't matter which site you go to, you always feel welcome there. 10 beers on tap. Fridges are always stocked. BYO food from the surrounding restaurants. It's a great place to catch up with mates and wet your whistle.

Great venue! Can bring in take away from surrounding restaurants, however don’t do pints, so it can be expensive. Good selection of beers that varies. Typically has a live performer playing music. Great friendly service. Has overhead heating and will turn on upon request.

Beers are 🔥🔥solid food and good crowd but not too rowdy. Good place to have some easy beers and a chat

Enjoyed a warm mulled cider with a shot of rum, it was wonderful, staff were very welcoming, lots of outdoor seating, overall a chill place to hang and there are restaurants close so you can eat drink beer and hang.

This place is terrific! I mean absolutely terrific. This was my second time here and the vibe was better than before. The music was spot on and you can bring the food from the restaurants around to compliment your drink. My only issue was that a staff member was rude as we came in without reservations… He could’ve been polite about it… even my young son found that behaviour undesirable. Enough ‘not so good’ said….. I’d highly recommend this spot, the beers are wonderful and they’ve great varieties on tap and in the bottle. There’s also a decent selection of spirits! Highly recommend

Large variety of beers, but way way way overpriced. For instance $30 for a Victorian produced IPA schooner. 1 tap beer schooner under $13 rest were nearly $20 and up. 🤔

The Best Beer in Town

Recently spent a Sunday evening here with friends it was great with a live acoustic set playing. I don't even like beer but was able to enjoy tastings. Very reasonably priced. Another thing that blew my mind was the fact you could byo food so had access to an eski of grazing delights. The service was fantastic even though she was on her own. Yummy scallops were ordered from the fish n chip shop conveniently located nextdoor. I will be back 👍🏼

Always welcoming and a great place to relax with a drink (or two). The lovely music on the weekend is perfect for the whole family. Even though I'm not a beer drinker I've been enjoying trying out the different seltzers over the summer. The staff are lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. It really has a great community vibe about it. Look forward to returning again some time soon.
