I used to have the steak in this place every month but recent they changed the manager so the steak doesn't have the same quality any more. I won't come back ever again.

Honestly, it’s rare to get a well cooked steak, however the chef did amazing, the Angus scotch fillet 10/10 AMAZING! Very happy

I went to this place and entered the gambling section and saw an empty machine. I put the money in and started playing. After 5 minutes, a woman came. I don’t know if she was Chinese or from another country, but what she did to me is only done by gangs. She sat in my place and withdrew the money I put in. She said to me, “This is my machine.” But the strange thing is that the machine before I played on it was not reserved or had any money in it. The manager came and said to me, “I apologize to you and I will not be able to help you. I am sorry. After I spent $800, it is shameful. I did not see anyone to help me. The prawn fettuccini pasta was super overcooked and had no flavour. Onion pieces were so big as if they didn’t bother chopping it up to suit a pasta dish. One size fits all for all dishes at the bistro maybe. Pieces of parmesan cheese were so big that it couldn’t mix into the pasta. Last time I came, the boscaiola was also just as disappointing. Gave it another chance tonight, and safe to say I will never be coming back.

Review for the bistro. Ordered a chicken parma tonight with chips/salad. Everyone else got their meals within a reasonable amount of time. Mine took over 20 minutes and was the wrong order. The waiter tried to fix the order and got me a salad and said chips will be sent out soon. It never came. He tried his best again, however everyone else finished eating already. Food below average. Service sucked besides the waiter. Won't be coming back.

Been eating Sirloin steak here a few times and it was tasty until one day I decided to try rump steak instead. Straight away 3 hours after eating I was having stomach pain and then ended up with gastroenteritis that took me a week with antibiotic to recover. Never come back.

Thought I'd try fish & chips & seafood basket it' was absolutely DISGUSTING! Fish was old & over fried & black! Seafood basket was 1 piece of fish, 2x calamari 2x tiny prawn & thats it! Will NEVER go there again! Not worth the price!love

I didn't stay here for accommodation, I came for the gaming room. The staff are very easy going and relaxed however, on some nights when it's busy it's almost impossible to get a machine. My overall experience was an enjoyable one and i would recommend this place to my friends and family!

Worst customer service ever by 2 Asian young girls. Walked in and was expecting to get seated for dinner. Waiter just stared at us and walked away when we were clearly waiting to be seated. We left straight after that, won’t be coming back. Shame as I was eager to have dinner here as I have enjoyed the food here a lot in the past.

Stopped here for lunch with a few, service was not there top game. Girl that was serving us didn't look happy maybe she was busy and under the pump. Food was good so can't complain there

The food hasn't been as nice as it used to be.....when food was served the chips were cold and such a small portion. Steak was overcooked.....when you tell staff that the chip portion is very small they look at you rudely. Overall the place has really changed from what it used to be.....definately won't be going back there ever again. Don't waste your money....find somewhere else.

Was looking forward to this lunch, unfortunatly, the chef was eating his lunch over our meal while cooking it. Our Meal was refunded when we brought this to their attention which we were appreciative of. Atmosphere good, drink & gaming inviting.

The manager (female) said she was going to spit in my friends face as he was trying to help clean up a table. The other staff members were very nice so it was a shame that I witnessed this and completely ruined our experience.

I'm surprised that all the dishes we ordered were not too bad. Last time i came here the food was disgusting. Luckily it wasn't too busy hence the proper cooked food... although my fiance asked for no meat/protein in my salad there was lots of chicken pieces in there. Customer service was nice so was the bottle of wine ;)

Sadly I give this Bistro a 1 star, the food I had today was not cooked properly, cause the kitchen staff are too busy on their phones and carry on loudly. I hope management can do something about this to rectify the issue..

Steak was undercooked n had tissues that can’t be chewed. Returned it and only to be served with the same piece of steak that was very oily and cut in half. This steak can turn a meat lover into a vegan.

Poorly cooked steak. Medium rare order came as rare. Sent back to kitchen and same steak was returned medium well, covered in oil, and cut in half by the chef. Never coming back.

Best place for steak but no cheap, still it's the best you'd get out west. Make sure if ask for beer batter chips, it's extra $1 but it's well worth it.

Nice security guard, food is often decent here
