Good friendly service

I went to the store at about 10.30 and was greeted straight away by a very pleasant young man. I do apologise as I forgot his name but operator number is 10151. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I was satisfied and I walked out of the shop with everything I needed and very happy. Well done young man. The best thing JayCar can do is keep you employed.

Whoever was on, on Monday 3/2/25 great job lots of help with knowledge and very friendly. Even opened the door for me on the way out. This is above an beyond service rarely seen these days. This shop has my return customer " $$$$ well done sir."

Click and collected an FM radio, received confirmation it was ready. When I arrived at the store to collect, I was served immediately and had to wait 25 minutes to be told it wasn't in stock. This business is a shambles, struggles to breath at the best of times! Merry Christmas Jaycar

I had such a great experience at Jaycar thanks to Josh. He was super helpful, knew exactly what he was talking about, and made the whole process so easy. I wasn’t sure what I needed at first, but Josh took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find the perfect solution. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers. It’s rare to get service like this, and I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I had asked for some advice for speaker wire and bought almost $70 worth of it, I had kept the receipt just in case I would not need it and it turned out I did not, the bloke who helped me did not make it clear that once the wire was cut it was non refundable and said there was a big sign which there was not a big sign it was tiny and being made aware by the “manager” which the other employee claimed he was would of been nice now I am out $70 and left with wire I will never use I am very disappointed with the customer service and how they handled this situation

The male who I spoke with was good the woman who stormed over and asked my partner if she needed help told her we were together and the filthy look she gave us made me mad.. She needs a vacation. I only gave 2 stars because of the employee who helped us..

Yes I've been on hold for 1 hour. I asked if they had a product in stock. She said let me go check. 1 hour later still waiting 😅 no way nobody at the store has realised???? 🤣 how much longer will I be here for 🤔😅

Unreliable store. Placed order online and paid but order didn’t went thru. Waste of time

Amazing staff...I was finding it difficult to find a particular charger for my son's toy car. Staff memebr was extremely helpful and foubd the product in seconds...Just superb!!

Worst store will never be back, you do online click and collect and they tell you it’s in stock once you pay you head down to collect and then find out some parts are not there. So you ask for a refund then the refund takes 14 working days to get back. Take your money straight away but sure take their time giving it back, Staff are rude, rather chat between themselves than serve customers. Will definitely go elsewhere from now on.

You guys should consider closing the store at 9pm because some people would forget about getting there items there and go there just to realise it’s already closed at 5:30!🥳

For all your electronics needs, large selection of items. Only concern with this store, NEVER ring them as you will always be put on hold until they serve in-store customers. You need to go there to actually have your questions answered

Horrible service rude staff all 4 standing together chatting while i waited 4 service for over 5 minutes and never have any parts in stock .Rude and just flog u off as fast as they can .i asked for information on security cameras he wasnt interested oh well no sale for you never going there again

Really really rude staff specially lady Manager who is really rude. Will not go their again.

Disgraceful behaviour by the sales person. Has no knowledge of the ESP 32 cam or a Husky Lens. Refused to accept a $100 bill or change. Will never shop there again.

Jaycar is my number 2 favorite shop (Bunnings is number 1). In all the Jaycar stores that I have visited the staff are friendly and very effective at finding the electronic components which I purchase. Just a great store.

If you need something and can't find it anywhere else, these guys will have it. Amazing staff too.

Buiding a 400Wrms PA/Disco System and yesterday I gave them a list of all the parts I needed and today I picked them all up, Excellent service..

Went in to get a small jack, ended up leaving with a whole bunch of stuff thanks to some great advice from Ryan. Now I can start my new venture into soldering. Very knowledgable and friendly. Thanks mate!

The store is fine with some decent deals and plenty of stocked items but the staff are always awkward, irritating or judgemental. I've been there 6 times and all 6 of them were awkward beyond belief. I had a discussion with a staff member that left me shocked at how awful there communication skills were as he stood there gawking at me for not knowing the difference between a hdmi switch and splitter. I'd rather the long ship to Scumshine Centre Com then to go here again.

Great to have this place as a local resource. The staff are always helpful and there is a surprising amount of variety despite the small location. The lightbar equipment is a little pricey but everything else is quite reasonable

Very helpful and knowledgeable. My only gripe is the noticeably uncomfortable hot temperature in the store. Other than that, a great experience.

Has everything an electronic hobbyist could want or need and a huge range of other items for repairing or making circuit boards. Big selection of uhf radios .surveillance gear testing equipment .cable of all sizes .. melton has needed a headoffice backed store like this for many years
