Had some issues with the staff being very rude however manager Micheal has taken the ownership of the matter and proactively resolved it to make us feel go back again to this place. Thanks Michael for your excellent hospitality.

I attended a party here and the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were fantastic.

Holly and her team truly made my daughter's birthday party a memorable celebration! Their services were exceptional from start to finish. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a great variety of items that catered to everyone's tastes. What impressed me most was how attentive they were; the trays were constantly being replenished before they even had a chance to get empty! Beyond the food, Holly and her team did an amazing job arranging the room. The atmosphere was perfect and really contributed to the overall festive mood. Holly herself was a constant presence throughout the party, always available and ready to lend a hand to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her dedication and support were invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free party with great food and a wonderful atmosphere. Holly and her team will go above and beyond to make your event a success!

Restauracja w formie bufetu Płacisz przy wejściu i jesz ile chcesz. Bardzo bogaty wybór dań. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Ja próbowałem praktycznie wszystkiego. Wołowina na ostro , jagnięcina, kurczak a do tego krewetki . Deser lody i ciasto, pudding. Talerze wymieniane na bieżąco. Wyszliśmy pojedzeni i zadowoleni. Polecam

The food selection was very diverse, ranging from pasta, to seafood to roast. It is an all you can eat buffet and you were not restricted on getting plates, this made the meal feel very relaxed. The dessert selection was magnificent, their selection often changes throughout the week to satisfy customers. Within two minutes of placing my used plate towards the edge of the table a waiter was there and asking if they could take it, the staff were constantly cleaning, and replenishing the utensils. They were lovely to deal with, and very efficient! The atmosphere can be a little overwhelming at times, it is very crowded in the main dining area and it can be hard to move around, especially when you have a plate of food and people are coming from every direction. The seating layout is the only flaw in the layout, otherwise it is well lit, there are televisions for entertainment, and the temperature is always well controlled. For roughly $40pp I would say it is an affordable meal that is of high quality! Highly recommend the salmon that they make, it is always cooked to perfection... along with their chicken curry and goat curry!

It's a wonderful place to gather with friends and family. Kudos to Julie for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and even offering to take our photos. While the food could use some improvement, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Food has been changed and prices have sky rocketed. No more variety on the menu and it's quite ridiculous how much they are charging. Apart from that, good little pub area in the back.

Did not enjoy 1 thing on menu, have been previously and it has been good. Complained to the manager he said all new chefs, didn't offer our $88 back for 2 of us. Staff are rude, trying to take plates whilst still eating. Will be driving further to the Braybrook in future.

First time at Sanctuary Lakes Hotel buffet. Service very good. Variety good. Disappointed that no carvery of beef or pork as seen on video. Fresh refills of foods continually being topped up so that service was great. Overall enjoyed it. Carvery being added would be great as don’t eat seafood

Good food, service average as buffet, would go again

It's been a few years since I last visited The Hotel and it's bistro food area. Everything was still as I remembered it. I arrived at 7:45pm on a Friday evening knowing that it closed at 9pm. It wasn't as packed with people as I was expecting which meant I could take my time selecting what I wanted and I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh the seafood options were. The only downside comment I would make is they had over cooked the muscles. But the shrimps and Barracuda (or was it Barramundi?) fish were highlights. of the seafood that I enjoyed. The other dishes are what you would expect to find ranging from chips and fish bites to pizza slices, salads and roast meats and vegetables (I enjoyed the roast veggies more than the meat's which is unusual for me?) and of we can't forget the various selection Chinese dishes etc. The dessert selection was also very good with fresh fruits. I also have to pay compliments to the chefs as I believe they've picked their game up and made better quality food than what I remembered from past experiences. I paid $34 for 2 jugs of drinks (1 lemonade and 1 orange juice). Is that expensive? All in all, it was a great meal with good atmosphere.

Took the family here tonight for dinner as it's THE best food buffet around. The quality of food and service is outstanding. LARGE king prawns, NZ mussels, seafood salad, pork, beef, salmon, baked veggies of all descriptions and so much more. You've got to see this smorgasbord of fine foods to really appreciate it. The dessert section I would rate at five stars by itself. There's a HUGE selection to choose from. Cheese cake, chocolate mousse, tarts and cakes of all descriptions and heaps of ice cream toppings to tease your taste buds. It's really hard to decide what to have. Make sure you ring ahead and book as this place can seat around 600 and usually books out early. It's very popular with the locals.

First time i visited this place! At the buffet everything was below average, food and desserts! I am very disappointed ! I would rather go to a fast food restaurant next time!

Throughly enjoyed visiting this up market RSL/Venue. - Gaming lounge (pokies) - Pool tables - outdoor areas - Buffet all you can eat (seafood on weekends) - kids play area - I’m sure they take bookings for bdays/events too I might’ve missed a few things but a friendly environment, will be back again.

I came in last Saturday and was sitting down and a young man named Joshua had great manners and was really kind made my experience so much better. 10/10 definitely would recommend going to this establishment!

Recently attended the Sanctuary Lakes Hotel and enjoyed the all-you-can-eat buffet. Found the food to be of high quality (particularly the seafood) and it an overall enjoyable experience.

Came here for Sunday Lunch...loved it here. The atmosphere is amazing and I love that they have a children's area, this is awesome, as children can be a handfull in a packed area. Its nicely secured and safe for our children to play in.

If I could give this all you can eat more stars I would. There's no silly rules like time limits or clearing your entire plate or pay a penalty, the food is so good. The service is amazing and quick, the staff are very quick to replace utensils and plates, also quick to remove your unwanted and finished plate. Lots of parking, easy access via the street. Very clean. Great for the kids. There's also a playground attached to the dining hall. I definitely recommend coming here

Our bingo venue food can be hit or miss. But they have 2 staff members who l swear turn up for the shift and that's it. They don't like to work just chatter about customers and other staff have heard them not shy about anyone hearing. Management need to retrain or show door. And if you think l am the only saying this about them think again their names are well known amongst the bingo and pokies patrons.

The seafood buffet on Sat and Sun is a SCAM. They put out the same items they cater on weekdays and named it a seafood buffet to create hype. They add some squid and fish fries on weekends and charge you extra saying it is a seafood buffet. I don't understand why they would have international cuisines on seafood buffet days. It is better to call it an international buffet throughout all days.

One of the many clubs I belong to and enjoy. Lots of function rooms cater from weddings to intimate events. Great sports & entertainment from Bingo to Sports Tipping pokies & more. The foods generous portions from bar snacks to full blown menu and of course All you can eat buffet which family's and locals enjoy. Lots of intimate areas and functions such as weddings birthdays and milestones all catered for. Staff are always welcoming and friendly and so are the patrons. Highly recomended

Fresh prawn and mussels, love the dessert of warm Apple Strudel, so delicious! Buffet is a little expensive. The venue will charge for kids of all ages under 6 at around $10 per child. Just under $40 for an adult for dinner buffet. Plates are cleared regularly by wait staff. Seating is a little close together making navigation with a pram difficult. Roast meat was tough and dry however the selection of food is reasonable. The kids playground is what really let's the place down. Parents leave kids unsupervised which leads to rough play from older kids around younger kids. Kids were also bringing food into the play area despite posted rules and leaving dirty dishes in the area. A part of the barrier fencing of the playground is broken resulting in kids accessing areas of the playground they shouldn't. A handful of kids were scolded by staff for entering the off limits area but that didn't deter them from entering the off limits section. Overall the place is reasonable, a little expensive for what you get, and let down massively by a playground that is pretty much a wrestling ring at the best of times where kids go crazy unsupervised.
