Thrilled with the service. I wanted to return a dodgy headset. Jason approached me- I didn't have to go searching for some assistance. :) He helped me find proof of purchase (it wasn't linked to my phone number apparently) :) I found it on a bank statement. He printed off the receipt, asked me 2 questions about the headset, then readily offered me a new headset or a refund.:) He knows headsets and could give me all the pros and cons of all the options. :) I couldn't have asked for better service. Exemplary. Thank you Jason.

Knowledgeable friendly staff at the busiest time of the didn't disappoint. Quick sale, made shopping a breeze.

Wanted to buy a TV, had trouble getting help from a store member. Had to wait in queue at counter to speak to counter staff to get them to buzz me for staff which then never came. Had to track someone else down from other side of store. After that experience was fine.

Staffs quality is hit and miss. The ones in the cashier are grumbling over customers requests all the time and acting super smart 🙄 but the staff getting the item is quiet nice. Hence 3 stars. But for sure, arrogant staffs can be trained better.... Much better.

Absolutely appalled to learn that the rude, disruptive and distracted staff member Ken is the manager. Just chatting ignoring me and other customers and swearing amongst other staff members in the store. Get off your phone, quit cosplaying as a manager and maybe your company's stock prices won't still be plummeting.

Staff can get trained to manage difficult customers and hopefully next time the services place the objective over the subjective spectrum. The rest is the customers' being at fault. My advice to the good staff, don't follow the herd.

Lazy staff! Been there multiple times and staff do not want to help you. Needed to return a faulty item and they made me wait two whole hours as well as telling me if the new laptop is faulty I can’t return it again. Make that make sense! Don’t shop here!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received from the manager, Holly, at JB HiFi Doncaster. I attempted to return a defective product, only to be flat-out refused without any reasonable explanation. Not only was the return denied, but the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the entire interaction. It was clear she had no interest in resolving my issue, and her behavior was completely unprofessional. I expect much better from a store like JB HiFi. I will not be returning and will be advising others to avoid this location.

I went to this store to enquire about the new S24 ultra phone. Their staff member, Tea, was really helpful in providing details regarding the phone. She also offered a really good deal if extra purchases were added along with the phone.
