Easy to find what I needed

I was waiting here for a while to buy a laptop but no body here to help me.they just says that some one will come soon. Looks like they don’t want to sell the products. They don’t care about the customers at all. Very very poor service.

Thank you young ladies in the printing service on 15 Feb 2025. Very kind, respectful and even nicely wrapped our photos frame that we printed. They did it for us in under 30 minutes.

Was in and out except one young girl behind the till wasn't very friendly

Props to the guys at Officeworks Melton who held onto the last laptop of the model I was after and bearing with me with about 5 different payment methods, great customer service

Had a broken laptop charger from a laptop I brought months ago from this same place, asked if they could've replaced it, apparently they told me it was fine, very awful customer support.

We went to Officeworks recently to get passport photos done for our kids as we were trying to avoid the long wait times at the Post Office and because they Officeworks provide a guarantee that the photos will be accepted. The photos were not accepted by Australia Post as the crown of their heads were cropped out when it clearly states on the paperwork that it needs to show all of their head. We were given a printed document from Officeworks stating that the photos were compliant with the Australian standards but this is apparently useless. So, even if we go through the process of getting a refund, we have to get the process of getting replacement photos taken and then resigned/verified by a family friend. I'm sure Australia Post are partly to blame here for being so pedantic, but surely the staff at Officeworks should know to include all of the persons head in the photos to reduce the chance of the photos being rejected.

I have done a school click and collect order for literally 5 small items reading book , sharpener , eraser , ruler and protractor. It is taking them 10 days to complete the order and they have called us to come and collect 1 item only which is the reading book. Howcome, these few items are taking this long time to get packed for a click and collect order !!!! Called the store today and they still didnot get the order and I said I want to do a complaint about this delay and they could not help with this instead they asked me to call the warehouse and follow up on my order which I believe should be the branch role not me .i have been waiting on the phone 6 minutes now to get connected to anyone in the warehouse. Super bad experience

I need assistance yesterday morning and called two girls 3-4 times . she was ignoring me and no one comes to help me ….I am juz writing to tell her that listen to customers if they need help… I did wrong printing as I told her that I don’t know how to operate this. & wasted my money ..

I just want to say a big thank you to Sam, who was working in the print area today, as well as the two lovely girls! Sam went above and beyond, taking the extra time to assist me with exactly what I needed. Great service!

Took 30+min and asking 3 different staff members for my click and collect order. 1st one, went on break after she scanned my order. 2nd one went and got another order and then disappeared out the back. 3rd one got it within 5min. Thankyou to the last one for being efficient

Great place for office and school items. Very organised and supported by able staff. Newly opened business in Melton area and deserves support from all. Best wishes!

Atleast 7 customers refused service around 6pm when closing time is stated as 9pm. Please update hours online if you can’t manage to stay open.

Disappointing Experience with Online Photo Service I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience at Officeworks. I placed an online order for a print, expecting it to be ready within a few hours as promised. However, when I returned two days later, my order was missing from the system. The in-store process took an hour just to reload and print the photo. While the staff were polite and kind, it felt like they lacked the necessary training to handle such issues effectively. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I will not be using their photo service again.

Good service

The worst customer service. The staffs are disgusting and unwilling to help. I will drive 50 kilometers more to print something but will never go to that place.

We are so happy to have our own Officeworks in Melton. Yesterday I went to the store to look for some office desk (sit to stand) and drawers. I was served by Liam. I have to say that Liam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, combined with amazing customer service. Within few minutes, with Liam’s valuable advice, I was able to choose the right desk and drawers etc. He even organised for someone to bring the items to my car in the car park. I was very impressed by Liam and also by the store itself, which is big, well organised and adequate staff present to assist customers. Thank you Officeworks Melton.

Very Bad customer service

Staff were definitely not knowledgeable and quite unwilling to help. I went in to buy an office chair and by the time they found someone who may be able to help, I had already figured things out for myself and the staff member didn't even ask what I was after or try to make sure I had the right product. Just because its 5pm on a Monday afternoon doesn't mean you slack off. Not impressed Officeworks!!

Customer service is disgusting can't help for printing or locating items. Then when you ask for help you get a smart arse reply! Self service should be optional not forced to use it! I don't work here so why the hell do I want to serve myself. There is hardly any jobs for people now and you are forcing customers to do your job you get paid for.....

I have struggled at times with online orders however I have found this stores staff to be approachable and helpful. In my dealings in both instore purchase and collection of orders I have found the staff to be helpful and polite. In particular I would mention staff member Keth, who has collected several orders for myself and has added a very human element to the purchase of office items.

Absolutely rude staff and very unhelpful, smile people it isn’t that hard. Walking around looking for staff to help me find an item and it was like a chore for them. Rude I rather drive the distance for much more helpful staff

Good selection of office items

I came on Tuesday this week and I needed help finding an item, I saw this 1 worker on the phone calling someone out in the open and she didn’t seem to care that I was around. There was no one else in the shop so I was waiting around 10 mins for her to get off the phone. She didn’t get off the phone and I finally found someone else who could help me find what I was looking for and asked them what that workers name was and they said her name was Sam and she’s a manager at this Officeworks. Really disappointed that a manager, someone who is in charged to run a store could just have no sense whatsoever with us customers, if I could give zero stars, I would but there goes my 1 star.

OVERPRICED

Always short-staffed, you wait to be served for ages. When you ask for someone for assistance, they ignore you forever saying they are very busy. Worst customer service ever.

Would give half a star if I could. Photo machines never working, no one can help, managers just read off the screen “says there’s an error” and apparently can’t get anyone else to fix it on weekends. This is the third time I have had issues printing photos not only from my phone but today with a USB also. Worth the drive to watergardens instead, much better help!

Trying to contact store is near impossible! Called the store number to enquire about a product, which I was hoping to speak to a human BUT automated message prompts you to key in 1, 2, 3, 4 options and when you do that it will send you a link to click on then once you click and search for that product if in stock but doesn’t answer my question about it! It will tell you that the store is open so you have to actually visit the store to see if they have what your after! What is this nonsense? I don’t want to have to go into the store then to be told what I’m looking for is not in stock etc. just a waste of time. Officeworks I strongly suggest you have some human pick up the phone to answer people’s queries and make life that little bit easier than an automated message telling you nothing you need to know. This is an absolute nonsense of a system you have and doesn’t work! So frustrating that I’ll be going elsewhere for what I need. Customers need better customer service so 0 stars from me

Bought a large 4 panel whiteboard that must have been bumped in transit to the store, was told that if I open the box and anything is wrong I can bring it back easy peezy. One of the four panels was pretty dinged up, took it back, chatted with the store manager Anthony and he pulled the other one out that they had, we opened it, inspected it and swapped it for me, no hassles whatsoever. Been here a bunch of times and staff are always happy to help and have a yap to figure out what is best for what I am trying to achieve. Good store and staff

Needed to scan some important documents the girl at the counter was totally incompetent not only that but while she was serving me started serving group of teenager girls who I think she knew from before. I got upset as it is first come first serve kind of arrangement also I was in pain because I'm disabled and very hard of walking. Called the manager to resolve the problem but he told me if I don't like not to come to the store.What happened with the customer is always right...he should loose his job I think because that's not the way to do business

This is my goto place for all my kids printing needs ....I had been to it on Tuesday at 8.50 pm, which was almost closure time. Bella kindly helped me with the printouts as I just has them in the form of text. She converted them into Word and did all this with a big smile on the face. ... Appreciate it Bella.. Thank you and would love to see you again..

Two girls ( Jovana and Daniella ) at the office in Melton really came through for me with my printing needs on short notice. Both of them went above and beyond to help, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support. Amazing staff.

Was greeted with a friendly smile as I walked in , browsed around and easily found my product, really easy to navigate the store. Was a timely checkout and overall a good experience.

I have been serviced by a girl her name Monika, she were amazing very helpful, she helped me with an printing some oil service stickers and she even cut it the sheets for me. Thanks heaps Monika 😊

I went to Officeworks this afternoon and had such a wonderful positive experience thanks to the manager, Barry. I would also like to acknowledge the friendly staff members, Jacob, Chloe, Anthony, and Keth. Fantastic service all around. Highly recommend this store for its excellent customer service and helpful staff!

Late review 3/5/24 placed an order for a print job of our flyers. I received a notification via email that my order was ready and went into the store to process my order. I wasn’t sure how to retrieve my print order and Jacob helped me showing me how to scan the barcode and retrieve my order. I then asked Jacob if he could laminate the flyers which he did with no hesitation. Thank you so much for excellent customer service, greatly appreciated! 👌🏼

Disgusted. They charge double the price to print at counter rather than self serve. Have that listed or tell people before they print. Only went for counter service as I needed a5 printed as well as a4 and figured it would be faster.

I usually visit the Caroline springs officeworks . Would not recommend visiting. Popped by the here because I was in the area . The staff was beyond unhelpful . They were more concerned with making sure they leave at 8:59 and 59 seconds . We weren’t the only ones frustrated there were several other customers stating how unhelpful the staff were . I called for some information about the opening and closing time. I dont know why the lady on the phone was so rude and in hurry to end the call.

Went to office works melton at 4 o’clock on the 31st of March. Stood at the print counter for over half an hour waiting to be served (Was next in line this whole time). There was one lady helping others get their passport photos taken and it was taking a while. The one star is because whilst waiting there were 2 cashiers at the front counter with no customers a manager talking to the front counter staff, a worker in the computer section leaning on shelving and other staff members disappearing throughout the store. I found this to be very disrespectful and we ended up leaving before even getting our prints done because the wait was ridiculous. Poor customer service and poor productivity from management.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Victoria. Her hard work and dedication has not gone unnoticed. We hit a speed hump with printing, but she was really persistent and did everything she could to workout how we can fix the issue. I've walked out a really happy customer and she honestly deserves some recognition within the work place. Great work Officeworks for hiring an absolute superstar! 🌟

I have attended Officeworks melton a couple of times and found the store was very well set up and clean and one of the staff members on register Jodi that served me was so friendly and polite great customer service .

Absolutely amazing girls at the printing desk, Chloe was very helpful and lovely to speak to, will definitely be coming back for future purchases. Amazing staff.

Price at registers does not match the tags in the isles so be aware you could be being overcharged. When I flagged this with staff was met with a shrug from the cashier & the worker who checked the price tag gave me the silent treatment once she realized I was correct. Pretty disappointing considering it’s only just opened & already the customer service is so poor.

Don't print photos in here it's wasting time waiting is also too long photonself serve don't even work 🙄

Where to start... the shop is just randomly closed on days with no sign to say they are closed or anything.. I went to return something and Muhammad was serving.. he stood and had a chat with another worker about non work related things. He was deliberately slow and there was about 8 people in line behind me and extremely rude
