Super expensive for what it is. Not really a great place for a family night out. For a family of 4 18 holes of putt putt was.just under a $100 and was over and done in about an hour. Place was pretty empty so.i guess most people agree that it is isnt worth it.

Half the arcade machines either don't work or break down easily. Great concept, failed implementation.

Cody at the front desk made our night! He went above and beyond, and what he may consider to be a small gesture or generosity has made our experience at Archie Brothers unforgettable. Will be coming back to this arcade for sure.

What a fun and happy place!! Super easy to book online, heaps of vegan options on the menu, crazy cocktails... it was just a really good time. So glad we went, we will be back.

Disappointed with my experience last night, we came to look at Archie brothers last night and got ID at the door, the security guard questioned if it was me in my ID with a weird look Then looked at my partner and commented “ catfish bro “ this is disgusting comment from your security guard. Means you guys also lost business as I left straight away This is an offensive comment.

We had booked the venue for our son's birthday. It was the best venue we had ever chosen. Hannah our host was superb..!! She was amazing helping with everything.!! The food was good the execution was so prompt.!! Great experience. Thank you Hannah and Grace.!!! 5 stars.!!!!

We travelled from Melbourne to visit family. We were looking for fun activities to do with our kids. We had an absolute blast, everyone had an amazing time from ages 9 - 50. It was jam packed fun and amazing value. We did the 3 activities and had the best afternoon. The staff are amazing and friendly. I highly recommended Archie Brothers.

Had our soccer end of season team bonding here at Archie Bros. When going to an establishment, I usually make a judgement of success by how their staff interact, deliver and going above and beyond their roles. Any place can be aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but it's the staff that carry and help to make the establishment's reputation at a high. This was clearly seen and experienced by 17 of my guests. The coach and manager were very impressed and asked for staff names to acknowledge their hard work to Archie Bros management. Thank you to Jewel, Bryn, Cassidy and RJ. A cohesive team that delivered service with pride, confidence and efficiency. From the entrance to exit, our guests were 100% satisfied with the competent customer service experience. The interaction with other patrons were always with a smile. More importantly, we observed the interaction between staff members, and saw the high employee morale which validated their great teamwork. A special thanks to Kimmy for providing relevant information for our soccer club event, making it an easy decision to be held at Archie Bros.

I recently visited Archie Brothers and had the pleasure of being served by Hannah, who was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everyone at the bar felt welcomed and well taken care of. Her knowledge of the menu and her ability to recommend drinks based on our preferences was impressive. Her upbeat and positive attitude created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. If you’re looking for great service and expertly made drinks, be sure to ask for Hannah. She truly made our visit memorable!

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, excellent mini golf! My kids, and by extension I, are fans.

The three activities deal was reasonably priced. Bowling was good. Mini golf was fun but jammed into a small space with alot of people being school holidays. Not all arcade.games could be played with the deal. Premises was clean and inviting . The kids had a great time. Would consider going back.

We had a great time! Our party of 13 did karaoke and played the arcade games. The karaoke system was easy to use and purchasing game cards was easy too. Despite being quite busy, the staff were all super friendly and helpful and when we had a couple of problems with our cards they were quickly fixed. Can't wait to go back!

It was a fun 30 minutes. Price was a bit high for what you get, but hey, it was still fun. It's really loud, though.

Experience was awesome as always but I just wanted to jump on here and mention how awesome our server was last night (09/06). I didn't get his name unfortunately but he was in one of the green caddy shirts, my friend and I were at table 188 and ordered 2 pizzas and two drinks. It came to about $70 and it was around 5:15 or so. If management sees this please find out who he was and pass along our thanks! I got up to order our food at the bar and he met me half way and told me he'd be right over to take the order if I'd like to sit back down. AWESOME SERVICE. Unfortunately the internet was fairly slow and kept playing up (I used to work hospitality I would've been so stressed) but he was so chill about it and didn't seemed fussed at all. He took our drink order while he waited for the food menu to load, he apologized for the inconvenience and was really professional about the whole thing. The drinks came over super quickly and the food did too and everything tasted awesome. This was my first time seeing my best friend in a few months, so this guy's service and professionalism made for an awesome night. It might sound like servers doing their job but he just had great energy and a really chill, but welcoming vibe and I really think he should be commended for awesome customer service. I hope someone passes this on to managment, I'd really love for his work to be acknowledged. :)

We had my daughters birthday party at Archie Brothers and it was a wonderful experience. So easy to book, the staff were all attentive, professional and approachable. The Party host was so great and food and drink wonderful. The room was set beautifully and there was a lot of care and thought put into the day. Most of all the kids all had fun and we just had to pack our things and leave at the end. A very easy and stress free experience, I wouldn't hesitate to book another party with Archie Brothers Penrith!

We did a 6th birthday party at Archie Bros Penrith and it was fantastic. Ethan the host was professional and wonderful with the kids. Management were very helpful and the kids had a blast. It's a wonderful venue for a kids party, highly recommend.

Great place made even better by the fact they accommodate anyone with a companion card, including cheaper games and timed arcade cards, as this is the only place I have come across that does this, I will continue to bring clients here for fun activities.

The venue was very clean and presented well. The staff were good, but not really asking many questions on how we would like to enjoy our experience more. And when you purchase the cards to use the games you have 30 minutes to spend what you have on the cards and to me that seems very rushed and you stop enjoying yourself.

What an awesome place and fantastic service. Amy served us and was wonderful. She really looked after us. The kids and adults alike had a blast! Will come again!

Was a great experience. Jewels at the reception was fantastic. Great hospitality and just a genuine person who made the night fantastic. Bar service was average though. Except for Trent he was great and engaged with the people he served. The one with the brace on her wrist was super polite too. Engaged with my friends and I when being in the venue. The person in the redshirt on the bar seemed hostile or stressed about being in the bar. 15 minutes to make two drinks isn’t great. Other than that everything else was good. Hot Sauce needs to be hot though.

Have been to Archie Brothers a few times over the last few months and have always had the best time. We’ve now done the arcade, the putt putt and the bowling and it’s not only affordable for our family of 5 but also so enjoyable. A special mention to Ilona who always greets us with a huge smile and makes sure we have a great time.

We have had great service from all staff when visiting except on one occasion when one of the kitchen staff was very short and abrupt after we asked for bbq sauce he wasn’t happy about that and returned with attitude clearly not impressed that I refused to pay the $1 for a squirt of sauce after having already paid for our meals that included sauce, no preference was asked and it was assumed what we wanted, he put the sauce down on the table, wouldn’t look at us even when trying to say thank you, the kind of behaviour that should never be directed towards customers, we spoke in a respectful manner and certainly did not receive the same treatment back. The family meals have also been taken away so it cost more to get essentially less food from the last time we were here. I discussed the issue with another staff member who handled the situation very well and was quite empathetic and understanding of our experience and was very professional. We will bring our children back again but hope not to experience the same rudeness from the kitchen staff.

Best place for a fun night, celebrated my birthday with Karaoke in this place. My only suggestion would be to put air conditioning in the karaoke rooms to keep guests cool and comfortable esp when belting to good tunes.

Too slow for food service

Everyone were really helpful and know their craft well. My son, his friends, and even the parents were amazed and enjoyed the party! Some already told me that they are going back to Archie Brothers Penrith with their friends and family. Truly, it was such an unforgettable event and I am so thankful for all of the staff that catered and made the event extra special! Thank you!

The venue itself was incredible, offering (not a very wide range) games, rides, and activities suitable for all ages. The booking process was a breeze! My lovely sales assistant Tara was lovely to talk to on the phone she was very efficient and helped me with everything and helped me ease the stress of planning! I was planning this event from NZ, so you can imagine how stressed I was but Tara calmed me down and ensured everything was booked correctly for the day! The venue it self had everything we needed and the packages were great!!!

My daughter had an amazing birthday party with her friends at Archie Brothers, Penrith. The venue was clean and well decorated with a great vibe. The girls started with a game of bowling, then an hour of arcade games followed by an hour in a private room with karaoke and Just Dance, delicious pizza, chips and ice-cream cake. Our host, Lenny, was AWESOME! He was so accommodating and enthusiastic. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!

Archie's brothers more like Archies sisters. Wannabe timezone except there's a bar/restaurant that try to be a night club pumping music on loud. Games are expensive almost $3 per game. Even claw machine games are $3. Outdated machines and mostly they're empty. Most important machine is not even here. And what's Wangan maximum tune 6rr.
