We had our son’s 5th birthday party here today and it was the best afternoon! Sam, the party group’s host was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to ensure the afternoon went smoothly and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you for helping us give Kobe one of the best birthdays ever ☺️

We had Brie as our party leader today and she was amazing. Her interations with all party guests were the best. She made sure everyone had someone to play on the games with and also showed them how to play any of the games plus gave out little prizes which all the kids loved. We can't thank her enough for making our son's birthday a memorable one.

Yet again a great choice to have our son's party here. Thank you Sienna for making the party go smoothly, she thought of everything and the kids loved her.

Horrible place. Just had my daughter’s 6 year old birthday party there today. The party room smelled bad, but the worst is they gave us bar tables and stools. My daughter actually fell from the stool, what a way to ruin her party! How can you host a kids party with a room like that. Never have we seen a kids party with bar stools. How do you expect kids even younger to sit on them. I need to check if my daughter sustained any injury, I suggest you change the table and stools for younger kids before anything serious happens. This party room is unsafe.

We had our son 8th birthday in TimeZone Eastland the staff was really helpful and friendly specially Flynn, did helped us host the party and all the kids were so happy I highly recommend if you are looking for friendly and fun place to have your kids party TimeZone Eastland is the right place!

Highly recommend Timezone in Eastland. Twice we attended the venue for a kid's party and they were amazing. Special mention to Jack, who twice hosted the party. He was super friendly, patient and attentive. Thank you, Timezone for making our little boy's party fun

I highly recommend Timezone! We had our little girls 10th Birthday today. We selected the extreme package. I Must commend that the staff ( mainly engaged with Sammy and Millie) was incredibly helpful and assisted us every step of the way, keeping us fully informed about the day’s schedule and activities. Millie, our hostess, truly went above and beyond—she not only made sure the kids were having a fantastic time but also kept the parents comfortable and well looked after. Her warmth and enthusiasm shone through all day. She engaged with each child, encouraged their participation in activities, and effortlessly handled any needs that arose. Thanks to Millie and the rest of the team, our entire experience was simply outstanding.

Tom and Riley were wonderful hosts at our son’s birthday party! They learned all the kids names, engaged with them the whole time, made an effort to make sure every child was having a great time, and we’re just overall fantastic. We would come back to Timezone again for another party - thank you!

A great spot for any parents verse kids match. From Air hockey to Daytona to shooting hoops it’s ace. Great place for kids parties too. Load and go kiosks are also available to avoid long line wait times in busy periods. Cafe on site for food and sugar if needed. Toilets close by too. Very loud usually so if you have sensory or hearing sensitivity may be worth throwing in a pair of foam earplugs.Grouse and reasonably priced afternoon out with the kids.

Loving the new games, we spend at least $100 a week here so happy for the new games and the staff are lovely people and very helpful. Thankyou for keeping it real!

Our daughter had her party at Timezone Eastland and everyone had a great time. Our host, Teiva, was absolutely terrific and was entertaining, friendly and easy going! The whole experience super easy and worry free.

We had my son’s 5th birthday party and had Jack as the party host. He was so helpful, kind and really good with the kids. He helped my son on the claw machine and was around for the other kids and parents if they needed help. He did a great job hosting and my son felt super special on his day. Thanks again Jack! Caelan was super helpful and consistently checked in to ensure everyone was having a good time and if there was else required. Very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book a party at Timezone again. My son had the best party at Timezone Eastland yesterday. Our host, Sam was amazing with the kids. He kept the party organised and the kids entertained from the word go. I seriously didn't have to do a thing. Every child left the party completely happy, and some of the other parents are planning on booking their kiddos party there too.

I took my 7-year-old to Timezone recently, and one of the staff members truly impressed me with her kindness. Mira invited my daughter to play a game against her to win a toy. This completely made my daughter’s week! She felt so special. I’ve never experienced such exceptional service and thoughtfulness in a store before. Thank you, Mira—you’re amazing! And thank you, Timezone.

I visited TimeZone Eastland this past Thursday with my 5 year old son and just had to write about the absolutely amazing staff. They went above and beyond to help and make my son feel special; literally every staff member on duty while we were there was a delight (especially considering it’s school holidays and probably a busy/hectic time for everyone). It’s the only TimeZone we visit over and over again even though it’s not the closest to home. My son kept saying it was “The best day EVER!” on the way home.

Jack was absolutely amazing as a party host. Would request Jack again next time we have a party at Timezone Eastland!

I’ve been visiting this place often since moving nearby, and in the past month, I’ve spent over $800 here. Compared to the staff at Knox and Northland, the staff here are really unfriendly, especially some of the girls—they even come across as discriminatory. One of the machines I play on often breaks down, and I’m scared to ask them to fix it. The faulty machine affects my game time and experience, yet they don’t seem to think it’s an issue. Every time they fix it, they look annoyed, as if I owe them money or am causing them trouble. They’re perfectly capable of smiling but seem to put on a different attitude when interacting with me. One time, I picked up a bag of chips and asked a staff member to help me exchange it for points directly at the counter. She refused and insisted I use the machine to redeem them one by one. The machine got stuck midway and needed fixing again. By the time everything was done, I had been standing there for over 15 minutes. But I’ve seen other staff members help customers exchange items directly at the counter before. I can’t tell if I come here to have fun or just to cause myself trouble.

We recently hosted our son’s 10th birthday party at Timezone Eastland, and it was an absolute blast! The venue is packed with a wide variety of arcade games and activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. Our host, Amy was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Amy made sure everything was perfectly organised and that the kids were having a great time. Her energy was contagious, she kept the kids engaged and excited throughout the party, guiding them through the various games and activities. I highly recommend the venue and Amy as a host for any events at Timezone!

Party- Kids are told to use yellow and another colour but avoid the ticket machines, yet more than half are ticket machines. Tickets should be included if they play the game. Party area very loud so could do with more of those rooms.

Riley (party host) was phenomenal spent plenty of time with all kids in the group playing games and making sure everyone had a great time.

It was a great experienced having my son’s birthday party here in Timezone Eastland. And Riley is kind, accomodating, and helpful he’s doing a great job.😊

We had an absolutely wonderful time at timezone with our host Zeke We decided on a mid week party and loved the fact that the venue was nice and quiet. Zeke, you were fantastic with the kids big and small, nothing was too difficult and it made us all so relaxed. Great value for money too with the added meal. The birthday boy (and his parents) are grateful to all the staff including Zack and Grace.

Had the best experience at Timezone Eastland for my son’s 12th birthday. We had Flynn as the host he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and the kids had a great time. Everytime I saw Flynn he was interacting with the kids playing games with them he was amazing and an absolute asset to your company. As soon as I walked in with my daughter, the host Estelle approached us with a huge, warm smile that didn’t leave her face for the entire party. I was SO impressed with this young lady, she was so sweet to the young girls who attended, made the birthday girl feel so special, kept the group engaged and together and checked in with both the girls and adults constantly. All of the parents couldn’t believe her mature and lovely nature with the girls. Would highly recommend a party here after the amazing experience we had! Jess

great timezone with lively staff members, especially managers!! as a regular here, solid 10 on a good day, maybe 7/10 otherwise. still sad that pump it up got a lil quiet and some others are a bit loud, creating unbalanced sounds, but it's nothing major and fine either way 🫡

The staff member was incredibly efficient, managing their tasks with great skill and ensuring that all aspects of the party ran smoothly. They were also exceptionally kind and patient with the children, explaining everything clearly and making sure everyone had a fantastic time. Compared to our experience last year at the same location, this staff member’s performance was notably superior in every way. Their dedication and professionalism truly made the event memorable. Amazing staff and great venue. Amy was top host for the event and provided amazing hospitality. Amy ensure all were cater for and were very attentive throughout. Defiantly a must go venue for all events.

Variety of games and VR experiences. Great for kids, teens and adults. The staff are really friendly and explained well the advantage/convenience of having an app. The arcade is tidy and well maintained. It has a cafe and 4 mini bowling aisles inside too. The ticket redemption area is well stocked with prizes from small trinkets, accessories, school supplies and gadgets that makes it enticing to be win more tickets. It is busy on school holidays/weekends which is fine and understood. Overall a great place to have fun.

TimeZone itself was a hit among the kids. Poppy helped us make it a stress-free experience, and her coordination on the day of the party was seamless.
