To slow customer service.

I ordered this product and waited a week, days past the said arrival time. I contacted them via email with no reply. Couple of days later I called them and they said that they didn’t have it in stock, so I asked why I had been charged and then nothing was done about me getting the product and why I had to call them to follow up. They then got it from a store and sent and I emailed them again to cancel the product because if rather buy it from somewhere else because of all the nonsense, they replied, I replied again and they never replied. Honestly poor customer service.
