This Coles oulet is being phased out they had a butchers outlet now gone, some items no longer available been informed this by staff member. Pity it has more variety than some other Coles outlets

My first time i went to this Coles I had only been in Melbourne a few days and the workers here were very helpful with giving us a trolley coin and helping to scan our items. Highly recommend the service at this Coles.

Quick response for online shop. Saving my time. Duration only 10 mins for weekly family graceries, since I park my car till go for leaving.

Prices are expensive but it's easy to navigate and in a convenient spot, good for when your waiting for a bus or a train

It has a very appropriate environment for purchasing daily good. One special thing that it has is fresh bread made every morning

They are driving me crazy changing where They put products now they have pasta on one side and lollies on the other side seriously 😒

Very well organised branch compares to the others

I literally live 2 minutes walk from this Coles and I would rather go Woolies..their staff are unprofessional and lazy, their clock and collect is never organised and refunds are never returned into your account if item isn't on stock. Where in Woolies Ophelia is the opposite and more organised.. I am even afraid to go inside Coles station road to buy baby formula cos there are junkies hanging around parking lot looking for trouble or harassing shoppers for money😳 do better coles

Younger staff need training in packing bags. Why would you put watermelon on the bottom in a bag and everything else on top. Didn't want a a pancake style melon. Plus all the juice through everything. Seems like a weekly issue there.

Update - I shop here regularly and on the 30th of December 24 at 6.17 pm what l witnessed was an unbelievable avent of a woman in a black parker check out area front who started throwing glass jars or something glass down the front-end service area at a glass wall & kids started screaming & staff stood back & as the woman was leaving she did throw more but l feel the safety of customers weren't taking in to consideration & l've seen before shopping at Coles Melton South before people becoming very angry & screaming & customers need to feel safe while shopping as someone is going to get seriously hurt if this behaviour is going to continue & security needs to step up. I had a terrible experience tonight at 5pm the 22/07/2024 & last week was the same & was totally embarassing as l was asking a staff member to open a check out & the reply was there's not enough people as l have injuries of my right arm & right leg which l experienced at Woolworths 4yrs ago & l just had treatment at the physio tonight as l do every week & was told to just do it yourself. I feel like you don't welcome your customers or have any communication what so ever. Over worked staff who are rude because you won't employ more people.

Most of the staff here are nice and helpful, but Travis is the reason I’m writing this review. He is super helpful and genuinely nice, always going above and beyond. There’s also a lady who always warmly welcomes everyone—she’s fantastic too! Excellent service all around!

I've had too many bad experiences in this store. On 14/12/2024, from 5 pm to 6:30 pm, I had a free offer, but I still had to pay when I was checking out. I asked the staff for help, and her response was that it might be a system problem and told me to call them. Excuse me, who should I call? Aren't you from Coles? Did I go to the wrong supermarket? I've never encountered such a way of solving problems in any other supermarket. Two or three months ago, a very delicious kind of dumplings was on half-price promotion. I bought four or five packs at once. It was my own fault that I didn't take them out to eat immediately when I got home but opened them a few days later. To my surprise, the dumplings had a strong fishy smell from the meat inside. I didn't believe it and opened the second pack, and the fishy smell was the same as that of the first one. The expiration date was okay. I took the remaining three unopened packs of dumplings to Coles Melton South (Station Square). I can understand the rule that frozen food can't be returned on the day of purchase, but I can't understand that you won't allow the return of frozen food that has gone bad when sold to customers. Maybe this isn't a reasonable situation. The staff's attitude was very firm, and I left helplessly, leaving those three unopened packs of dumplings with them. In such a convenient place close to the railway station, which could attract many customers, there is only cold and poor service. It's really disappointing. I really hope that the Coles management can see every customer experience comment here and let these one-star ratings play a role! Kind regards.

You need to increase your opening hours to atleast 11pm if not 12am. It's a shame that in spite of having so much profit you close at 10pm.

Large coles near to the station, plenty of car park available. They could add free fruit for the kids which is very common in other stores.

The supermarket is quite good but parking for me is a real turn off I would rather go to other supermarket's than tolerate the Coles supermarket carpark. I must admit I only go to Coles Melton South under sufferance because of the carpark.😊👍

This place has gotten absolutely horrible would definitely not recommend going here at all there's bearly any kiosks to pay for your items I'd rather go to the Coles in cobblebank since they have more kiosks

This places gets so packed. Yet they have only one person at the checkout, small self serve all shut and only four self serve opened and packed to the max. This has been multiple times this has happened now. Yet had a billion dollar profit last year. Pathetic

Coles melton south is getting better with custermer service, and having products for people and making sure some of the products are a little bit cheaper but some products I used to buy have gone up so much that I can't afford much anymore If u lower your prices more on everyday items like Cleaning products, bathroom hygiene products, fruit and vegetables and as it's now $1 for a banana and apple extra when it used to be so much cheaper, if u don't start putting the everyday products down I will show elsewhere where it is cheaper

Only ever have self serve registers open

This is bullshit, i did not receive my pay or my payslip after putting my shopping through the self serve, now the ATO will be after me for unpaid taxes, FANTASTIC!

Like other coles. Check out staff is usually great. It is that old guy in meat department. Always rude. Never ask if customer needs anything else. Just serves and walk away. Ask him something and he will stare like he is going to burn you. Don't touch glass it's goanna leave marks is always his line. I saw him in fresh fruits sometimes and same behaviour. I am always scared to ask him something and started to avoid going to that coles.

I understand melton south isn’t the best area but for a staff member to insist on scanning my toilet paper for me at the self service checkout is kinda weird and uncomfortable , I work in the same complex so I understand the stealing problem but I have never felt so embarrassed in my life! Not everyone wearing hoodies and beanies on a cold day is trying to steal. To the small Asian women working Sunday the 14th of July i understand that you’re doing your job but with all the crackheads you have to deal with me and my partner who work 9-5 are the least of your worries, especially considering the man scanning his items in front of us looked like an absolute crackhead but to you we apparently looked like the type to steal😂
