One of the worst night clubs I’ve ever been to. They overcharge you and decide they would like to try and kick out your friend who has cerebral palsy. Shame on you. Imagine forcing someone outside a club because their legs don’t work very well and then trying to justify it. Honestly just embarrassing.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with the employees at the entrance. Sad, but they didn’t treat me right and fair. I definitely don’t recommend the Electric Dreams club to anyone. Stay away from them. They won’t care about customers service and professionalism, they just want your money and that’s it.

My first time clubbing and I went here, was such a chill club and the music was by far the best ever! Henry was such a vibe really interacted with the crowd and I'd definitely go again 🥰

Such a bad behaviour by the entry staff. They said u have to come with girls. If my girlfriend she don’t like club how i enter in the clubs or otherwise u have to pay for the girls entry fees. Now they are putting protests that girls are equal. I recommend they have to organise a party or satsang for girls. Boys u don’t need to come in this club. Aussie clubs are more good than this club.

Went to Scandal nightclub as we didn’t want to go to the RnB/hip hop one- but guess what music they were playing here too…you guessed it…RnB. $30 entry - absolute ripoff, but we thought…why not, we’ll give it a go. Joke was on us! Drinks were expensive on top of that. Definitely not worth it.

Great club with good music, good vibes and all the premium drinks you would expect.

I was really disappointed with the service. The flyer staff didn't intend to give the flyer ads to us. I had to ask him to give one. The front guest service was okay when we came in. However, it was ridiculous when we had to pay $70.80 for two before even 10 pm. We didn't even receive any drink coupons. I don't mind spending, but it wasn't what I expected from Level 3 Crown. Hopefully, you will have a better idea of how to improve the guests' experience.

Worst night clubs ever.

One of the worst experiences ever had in my life. Been there many times to Crown Melbourne my self since I moved to Melbourne from New Zealand since 2022. Few weeks ago been there with my friends at Crowns lvl3 night club over Friday night to Bollywood party. We were having good time but then suddenly one random guy who was super drunk and he attacked crown security guard and tried to attacked one of my friend too. I got in between to escalate the situation but instead security guards take action against him they escalated me to back side and after almost 2 hrs let me go home and Banned me from crown casino for 1 week. After all I been to crown few times after my banned given date finished. Everything was fine and well and the security team became my friends. Now week ago tried to enter Casino and one of their security guy said I’m not allowed to enter as their security system has recognised my facial and I’m banned for a year. I was so surprised on that moment. How it’s happened and when it’s happened and no one even handed over me a written notification or via post or email. I send them even a as well to how this can be happened. I even don’t know and I been at crown few times already since the week banned happened and their staff even scanned and taken my driver license pics too. Is it they playing stupid with customer or their system is dodgy. So please be careful full about them. It could happen to anyone. Don’t waste your money with them it’s not worthy. Most of the time I have spent more than $200 to $500 just on drinks. They think their business can survive without customers. Never judge books from its cover.

So Rude and Disgusting security guards at door. They don’t leave any chance to spoil your mood and the night. Never going back here. I have been treated like an idiot.

When raised about why they took our beers away when we have not finished them. gave us an attitude from staff to manager. Managsr asked why are you doing this over a just a drink? staff asked to stop yelling, calm down when we werw not even drunk! We did not have alchohol for the whole day! And took us as a joke! Worst customer service! Will not go again! Ruined my precious graduation celebration

Security needs to know the difference between drunk and intoxicated. No body in security wants to talk because they know they are wrong and just trying to spoil night of people having fun. Girls should never go there alone.

Clubbing here is like getting a kebab at 3am - it's always a good idea at the time. Not the best music on a Saturday night - Miley Cyrus Party in the USA is more suited to a Grade 6 party than a nightclub. Always an interesting crowd. I think save your hard earned money and go elsewhere if it's a planned night out. If you are kicking on and you are already at crown it's OK and usually the promoters downstairs might give out free entry before 11 or you really want that kebab...

Wanted to have my bux party here, booked a vip booth and everything and when we got there we were told our friend was to drunk who was actually the designated driver and they wouldn’t let us in. Have tried to get our money back but they have refused to do it. Absolute scammers.

Foul security.

Disgusting security using his position for power. Following women to the bathroom and got aggressive when my partner stood up for me. Already filed against the club and security for misconduct and wrongful accusations. Blonde woman at the door was also foul, with no girl code/morals.. helping him get away with this. Remember if you're treated this way you should report it and have the satisfaction of watching him lose his security license in court. (Watching him suffer for the actions he thinks he got away with is also a bonus.)

The dancers are a vibe 😌, recommend the Amaretto Sour.

The securities are kinda racist. They rejected us to go inside due to non-collared wearing. After we changed shirts, then they rejected us again just because of the shoes??????? Our white friends wore the same kind of shoes but no problem. Even these securities couldn’t define what kind of shoes are there “dress code”

Very bad persons standing at the security. Security number 392 and the secirity number is 289. Both were racist, they were letting white people in t-shirt to the club. But they didn't us because one of us wear casual shirt. I have never experienced such humiliation in my life. I will recommend to stay away from these type security guard who don't treat people equally.

Don't waste money going for their Saturday so called electric night. I tried for the 2nd time both on Saturday night. The crowd n music sucks. Not real house music. This place has no crowd. Go some where else.
