Jackpot Bar delivers great service with friendly and efficient staff. As the main bar on the casino floor, it can get quite busy, but the lively atmosphere adds to the experience.

Daylight robbery. Visited in off peak times. Ordered a Negroni (basic cocktail), this was not made with a single large ice cube as most bars would serve it to minimize the dilution, I was then told after it was made that they had no fresh orange to garnish it. And then to really top it off I was charged $30 for this garbage! I’ve been to high end cocktail bars that make far more extravagant cocktails for less. A Negroni is one of the basics and to have them make it to such low standards missing ingredients, proceed to charge so much and then call themselves a bar is a joke. Will never be back, not even for a coke as that would probably cost $20.

Not the best bar at the casino but not a bad venue, had some good times here throughout the 2018 World Cup. No drinks specials here like the Sportsbar however which was disappointing.

Got served by Jeffrey (might’ve been Zachary, we’d built a rapport ). Not only was he attentive and well mannered, but he remembered my order and serviced me as efficiently and as kindly as you can possibly imagine. Well done mate.

What a dump, fullof bar tenders that don't care and should be embarrassed to work in hospitality... rude,arrogant..1 drink per person rule means no buying a beer for a friend, but bartenders happy if you want to buy them a beer. Don't bother it's a dive and not worth it

The staff seem a bit shirty but they work in a busy casino so... I'd probably have time for people too.

I mean it's a good location and the drinks are alright, but goodness me they're pricey, 23 dollars for cocktails and 14.50 for premixed drinks is a bit much

Very friendly and approachable staff. They’re always happy to have conversation and have fun. If you want great service and someone who is knowledgeable about alcohol, ask for Davis, Luke or Brittany! That’s if they still work there and haven’t been promoted ;)

Staff seem to find it hard work to serve the customers . Thought that was what they are paid to do.

Went to Crown to watch the Chinese New year Fireworks, this was the first bar we came upon from the car park. A bit pricey drinks wise, the staff were either very good or very bad. So it was disappointing from that perspective. Located just off the gaming room on the ground floor its an open type plan with bar stools and lounge chairs. They had a live band there which was good. Heaps of atmosphere. There are not toilets, you exit the bar to use the casino toilets. There is no access for wheelchairs,

21 dollars for a cocktail that was barely 2/3 full. Complained to the bar staff and they said it's just their recipe. More like a recipe for a rip off !
