fantastic service

I recently ordered KFC from crown through Uber Eats at 2 AM and specifically requested extra salt on my chips. Unfortunately, my order arrived without the extra salt, which was quite disappointing. It's frustrating when special requests are ignored, especially when it's such a simple one. This oversight really affected my overall experience, and I hope KFC can pay more attention to customer requests in the future. Is it so hard to put extra salt in my chips ? however the delivery service was on point. I wish all my money I spent on this order went to the very efficient uber driver not the franchise itself.

The chips were stale, but the rest of the meal was pretty typical KFC. Service was prompt.

I'm giving them 5 stars because my food tasted great. Yes, there are some issues to be fixed but the staff looked overworked and tired and they still made a delicious burger. One of the best KFCs in the city as ALL the others are always filthy!

Ordered through the kfc app, only for my driver to say he had only received drinks and no food, tried contacting store they said I needed to contact support which I did but they where absolutely no help and neither was the restaurant. So I walked down to the restaurant to speak to the manager which I did his name was Nev who said he was the rgm, but the tone of voice of the way he was speaking to me about remaking my order as I was wanting it remade due to the fact it was the last of my money and I used it to get food which I then never received. Absolutely disgusting behaviour for an rgm not to be able to remake the food and the language in which he was speaking. Will absolutely never be coming back here

Girl serving on 22:36 08/10 orders has serious attitude problems, didn't answer my question at all, literally saw her slam my chocolate mousse on the counter. I am a local, this is the worst service I've seen here - someone fire her or train her asap. P.S. also upon returning home, i realised she served me three pieces original instead of three piece hot&spicy. 😑

Went to get food and the person on the counter said that will only sell chicken, i wanted to order a combo she said no, went i paid i saw her making other combo food for other customers after me, bit odd

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The quality of the burgers and wings have gone down—both were smaller than before, and prices have increased. The fries were extremely salty and tasted off. That after taste of the reused oil was disgusting. It seems like they really need to do better quality checks, especially after midnight when it’s busy, as they seem to serve just anything. Absolutely terrible experience. The only good thing was the gravy. I hope they can make some improvements soon.

never order the potato gravy as it’s still powdery and the tenders are hard as a rock

By far the worst KFC I've ever had. The bacon tasted awful, and instead of putting BBQ sauce on the burger, they gave it as a side dip, so I had to add it myself. To make things worse, the worker kept getting distracted by other customers, losing focus to the point where he forgot to put my order through.

They call it fast food !! Best place in the city CROWN 👑 but I had to wait 25 minutes for my order.. orders were not given according to numbers.. 20 numbers a head of me gets there food, oh guys where is my food?? Or sorry we will do it now.. food gets given but the order is wrong.. they take it back and take another 10 minutes to prepare my food. Food comes back and one meal is fine the other meals dint even have enough chicken in them, not enough sauces in them. Yet they had over 6 staff members working.. Guys can u please and i mean please serve customers according to there numbers and please read the receipt for the orders so u get the order right.. the reason we all have numbers are to make sure everyone gets served fairly. According to the numbers.. and please follow the receipts.. don't assume that every order is standard because some of us like them changed, and we also pay for them to be changed. Hopefully next time I visit, you guys would be better at your service.. very disappointed given that some of us drop in to get fast food because we don't have an alternative because of our work commitments. Follow the numbers in order and prepare food according to the receipts, please read them...

The daily dining system is always inconveniently out of order every night at late. Also note that food is always out of stock regularly.

I advise against it. The staff are very unwelcoming. I go to the counter and they see me. They don't even count me. I'm a delivery person, I come to pick up orders. After an hour of waiting, I asked the other one again who said wait a second, she had already forgotten me, I had to ask another one who was still waiting for me to finally collect the order

Best kfc ever. Genuinely think it’s the best store. BUUUT I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but Friday around 3am I ordered my food and 2 mins later added a coleslaw to my order. Fast forward to getting my food I realised they’d forgotten, I just went to tell them and some dude who was working there ROLLED his eyes at me and was like “I gave it to you” in such a rude and accusatory way, I said do you think I’m gonna try sting you of a coleslaw he rolled his eyes again and gave it to me. The behaviour in his behalf was ridiculous to the point other customers came up to me and said he was so rude. It’s not that deep but he shouldn’t come to work grumpy 😂

Ordered a value box which included a large potato and gravy which we didn't get, and ordered an additional large chips which we also didn't get!! Very poor

This kfc is tucked away from the main casino food hall at the rear of the Casino complex. Your standard KFC in a food hall setting Average service You will get the KFC you've been craving. Flavours did not disappoint me!

I Order 2 meals didn't get my food at all only got my drinks poor service

I ordered an ultimate box the only good part was the chips I had a bite of my chicken on the side and in burger and it was disgusting, hard and more on the darker colour gross, my partners looked fine so we shared that but after we got back to our hotel we had gotten food poisoning vomiting and shaky Thankyou kfc much appreciated. Learn to cook and give out fresh non toxic food

Manager is too much rude with customer i told him to put some extra lettuce in my burger,he refuse to do it and get mad on me and he exchange some words with me. I think he is kind of racist

Ordered an original recipe burger was given a zinger and when I tried to get what I ordered was told it was an original recipe and nothing would happen

First delivery order was someone else's, cancelled and got refunded. Changed my order, second delivery order was the first one, this was missing items and ice cold.

It was late nights around about 1230 when the tummy was screaming for greasy food , but after looking at the setup at the KFC at the crown casino I decided to go to McDonald’s. They didn’t even have a heat lamp on the chicken and it really looked quite nasty, I believe the kernel would be turning over in his grave. I didn’t order there because I was in fear of getting sick.

Order no 1095 on Sunday night waiting time about 35 minutes, the worker girl was very rude with poor experience she forgot to give a drinks and the meal was very small and not fresh and when I asked her to give one tomato sauce she answered you have to wait at very long line 🫢🫢
