Rude bartender at the balcony bar last night, she spilled a third of my beer while pouring it in plastic cup. She said nothing, just pretended nothing happened. What a disgrace!!!

Humaira at Lumia bar crown is the top bartender of the night. I’m often here with my fiancé and crew and cannot fault this girl! If she is on shift, your experience just got 10x better! Phenomenal service, expertise, communication and skills. Drinks were Devine and personality was an 11/10. Never disappoints here at Lumia!

Terrible customer service in 5 stars hotel & casino ever!!

For a city that famous for Lumia bar in Crown casino Melbourne really lets us down. I have ordered Lychee Rose Martini for myself. First time the glass was chipped. Second time served with marigold flower instead of rose. What a shame for place like this.

This bar is usually quieter than the other bars in crown casino, so you won’t be waiting forever for a drink. The outside area presents a nice view and smoking is allowed. I also saw there was a humidor with cigars behind the bar.

Calling it a cocktail bar is a stretch. It’s a Bar that attempts to make cocktails. Badly. Much like so many Crown operated Bars.

Been here a few times. Really poor experience this time. Looks like they have let it run down post covid. Service wasn’t good either. Cocktails had good name but were awful.

My favourite bar of all time!! Bar tenders are super friendly! One in particular made his special drink - Rainbow Long Island! Definitely going back for more!

Good drinks and the space is really lovely. Lots of couches and goes out onto a balcony.

We went for cocktails after dinner, they have 2 bars, one at the front and one at the rear, the front bar is super busy, however the rear bar is more a lounge vibe and less busy, they also have an outdoor balcony at the rear for smokers cocktails were not bad, service was a bit slow.

I was in this bar on 25th December. The worst piña colada ever, the taste was similarly to thick cream. On top of that, the guy who made the cocktails looked upset, he never had visual contact with us, ok, maybe he didn't want to work that day (but it wasn't our fault) Also, he had poor hygiene practices. I couldn't finish the cocktail because it was disgusting.

16th December Friday night Dj was terrible. Music was so slow no hype waste of time. He was playing “empire state of mind” in the middle of the night and he played the whole song. Felt like we were in a concert rather than in a night club. Vibe and interior is gorgeous Dj could have done better to entertain the crowd. Couldn’t find Dj’s name to put a bad review on his page so posting here.

Always great music on Fridays and Saturdays with good vibes!! Please bring back DJ Tommy coz he is the best, so friendly and plays the best dance mix!!

Disappointing when you line up for a bar and realise it’s basically empty when you get in…? The music on Friday was no good too… the set up here is great they just need to make it easier to get in and just play better tunes.

Casino with disco, music was nice and crowd was decent

Great atmosphere, Band was excellent 👌 👏 👍. Watched Ash Barty win the Aus Open.

Great location, indoor n outdoor spaces (level 1 in Crown). U can enjoy the balcony with the view of the river!

Service was very slow, they took forever to make our drinks and the cocktails were watery and not great. The outdoor balcony is nice.

Very nice bar, only downfall is the bar is full of blokes who think they are Muhammad ali and El Chapo

Best view and Ambience!

Fabulous place to have a drink and a dance on a Friday night and Sat too. Great when it's RNB. The big deck off the back of the bar caters for drinks for the smokers too. Great views of Melbourne City and then you can throw your hand at poker or roulette on the other side of the bar. Age group is great varies from 25 to 65 roughly but great for all ages!

This place is so. Addictive this is Inside the casino CROWN , the best one in Melbourne. We have musicians , we have money games all around, we have drinks etc.. This place is open all night..

Ive been to lumina 4-5 times, mainly for the balcony to smoke. I've seen a lot of bars... but that dirty bench is beyond any imagination... every time the bench is sticky, full of drinks and beers that spilling on the floor.. maybe lighting waterfall is the best description of the place. 😂😂

Oversize and generally empty, however it has an excellent terrace with bar and seating outside, with a good view of part of Melbourne over the Yarra. Prices are reasonable and it is a nice break from the internal hustle of the casino.
