Waited over 8 mins at drive through before anyone spoke, thought they were closed. Then another 8 mins at the window waiting to collect. Service poor, timings poor and the food was crap.

The most disgraceful slowest McDonald's in Australia, absolutely shocking service the longest wait in history for such a simple order, waited more than half an hour, this place really needs to shut down a disgrace to the name..McDonald's needs to review their franchise abd owners, why is this McDonald's the worst why does it have so many bad reviews

Waited 20 minutes for a small order. Half of it sat on the bench the whole time going cold. The dining area was filthy with bins overflowing. Staff were standing around watching other staff cooking instead of getting on with preparing the next orders. The 5 staff standing around the front couldn't serve more than 1 customer's order between them every 3 minutes.

Great service from the counter staff

My misses waited in the waiting bay for almost 10mins yesterday after work only to have our food handed to her all cold. She asked that the employee took the cold food back and asked that fresh big mac meals be prepared. Now after getting home....2mins drive from your McDonald's we took out the food and it was the exact same food given earlier cold and stale. This is disgusting behaviour and just plain nasty. This particular McDonald's always seems poorly managed and 0 care given, 0 integrity. Customer service is appauling. Food is appauling. You deserve 0 star reviews.

Worst McDonald's in Australia. Waited 40 minutes for food because the frier was not working right then. No notice whatsoever, just loads of people waiting an no one taking charge. Once it was ready, the burgers were cold as they were prepared 40 minutes ago and were left in the bag, waiting for fries. The manager had basically given up. Contacted McDonald's and they gave us a voucher that barely covered half the purchase cost even though we threw pretty much everything in the bin (apart from a couple of bites). We will never eat McDonald's again and the vouchers will never be used.

Couldn't make a simple hamburger. Asked for no pickles, they put pickles on, asked no mustard just ketchup, they did no sauce at all. Bun felt like it was stale or on the verge to bing stale. They just need to take a few more seconds to read the order correctly.

Incredibly rude and incompetent barista. Complete wrong order and immediately got on the defence when I mentioned it wasn’t right and refused to remake.

Ordered a meet n cheese burger . Simply as . Got parked for 10 minutes then it came out with everything on it even tho it had on the wrapper MC only . Went in they were dumb founded and rude as . Cooks didn’t know what a MC burger was and then the rest of my food all went cold

Good overall

Waited 10 mins in the a very quiet drive through (in a taxi), then paid $24 for a QP burger large meal and chicken nuggets. Get home and realise they’ve completely mucked up the order, no fries, + missed nugget. Tried to call them for a refund 5 times but no answer. Not one to complain however, the cost of waiting in a taxi + missed food, def most expensive McDonald’s ever for what we got.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The service is so slow. When I ordered on Menulog they missed half of my food with no offer to replace. Cheese was completely missing from burgers that were meant to have extra. The manger when called told mea refund isn’t even guaranteed and there is “nothing he can do” very unhappy

I went with my son LeBron James’s and it was very fun to play on the play ground and enjoyed a soft serve and nuggets although my son does not like the Denver nuggets enjoyed the maccas nuggets 😉6 stars

Incorrect orders

2 orders for 5 people all 4 burgers made wrong. Kiosks are broken with no out of order sign, toilets are disgusting.

You could get warmer hot food out of a fridge. Most disrespectful mangers on duty, one manger comment was uncalled for, (formal complaint raised). One manager thought it was ok to laugh!! Totally disappointing but expected being the area it's in!

Bought a small Big Mac meal and a double quarter pounder burger bun was too dry and meat was over cooked and burnt, chips were cold. Wasn’t very happy with the service took too long with the waiting in the waiting bay

Stopped enroute home after arriving at Tullamarine. Extremely busy and a long wait for our food. Maccas is maccas anywhere in Australia except the nuggets were stale.

Rude counter staffs

Been twice in last month. Both times super busy, took 20min through drive through and somehow still had stale chips and stale burgers.

As usual they got the order wrong..they must only hire people who have dyslexia.

First off.. Lady who was making my coffee (didn’t get a name but she had pigtails) absolutely amazing service. Gave me tips on how to use the kiosk and save money on the app. Absolute sweetest girl from this place. Coffee was bloody brilliant. On the other hand food service was super slow, and just straight up dry. It’s as if no one wanted to do there job

Thought id give another chance after bad experiences. But disappointed again. Staff always not organised. Yelling at each other across the way because no one knows what the other is doing. Food sit in bags on counter way before drinks/ice creams are made, goes cold before given to customer. If you get sauce for the nuggets, it's the wrong one

Worst McDonald’s in Australia. Every time I have been here food is cold, wait is long and staff are rude.

With the exception of the fantastic customer service skills and lovely attitude of the Girl with the awesome hair, coloured in a shade which is reminiscent of Rihanna's LOUD era........ This Mcdonalds has the longest wait time I have ever witnessed. All of the other employees seem to not realise that people are waiting in the drive-thru and you could be sitting there for a good 10 minutes before they notice You and this happens any time of the day and YES, even when they are not busy at all... so i'm not sure what all the employees are doing but they are surely not working... (This is all with the exception of the kind girl with hair dyed Rihanna Red, as she seems to be the only person who wants to work.) I used to work at mcdonalds, so trust me: the wait times are absolutely ludacris and Mcdonalds head office really should commence an enquiry into what is going on in this establishment.

This has to be the worst Macdonalds ever, they take ages to serve the food, sometimes have to wait 20 minutes, there not even busy.

When will they clean this place up. It's disgusting. I'm not sure why we always stop here. It wasn't even busy tonight, (4 of us in there together) Yet none of the staff could pick up a broom or dish cloth to clean up.. I'd hate to think of how bad the kitchen isnif they can't clean front of house.

O.M.G this place was ok at the Very best . First the big Mac was just thrown together and the meat didn't even have any sauce on it,the sauce was all on the side of the actual burger and it was horrible because it was so BLAND. The chips were ok served hot and pretty good. And the final thing the GODDAM THICKSHAKE I ordered a CHOCLATE THICKSHAKE not a vanilla a chocolate and oh boy... They had given me about 15 percent actual chocolate thickshake and 85 percent vanilla. Like omg I did not think it was that hard. Definitely would NOT recommend. Do NOT go to this Macca's if you want someone good. Come on Macca's your better than this 🫤

Do not go to this McDonald's. Absolutely disgusting experience. 25 minutes wait time in drive thru to get the wrong order, then when we received our order, items missing and food was cold. Management needs to seriously look at all these reviews and make some changes. Absolutely disgusting customer service from the bald 'manager' working this evening. No apology for any of the mistakes and threw food in the bin in anger in front of customers.

Terrible place! Caesar chicken salad wrap - consisted of chicken anc a piece of bacon soaked in caesar sauce in an wrap that wasn't wrapped and NO salad! Returned the item. Indifferent attitude of manager. A lot of staff that seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and zero customer service skills. Cup of tea had a broken tea bag si floating tea leaves in the drink. Care factor of staff - ZERO! I try to avoid coming to this McDonalds as it has been a poor service for a couple of years, but tonight I was hungry. Never again!

We've ordered here multiple times and they never fail to dissapoint us. Our last straw is when we ordered double Big Mac and they forgot to put in the patties...LOL. Never again.

I've gotten a cheese burger happy meal in the drive through twice now, first time the chips were so damn hard i actually couldn't eat them, also the bun was not soft at all... Stale.... The second time the bun was also stale.... The chips were what some would consider cold.... I don't usually leave reviews for McDonald's, but since this place has so many negative ones already, I'll leave my experience on the place too. Overall this is the most horrible McDonald's experience I've had, i will NEVER be going back here even though it's my local one, I'd rather drive an extra 5 minutes....

Really quick drive through. If you are ordering happy mean with a toy, make sure the toy’s in there. A lot of the time they forget to put that.

Good quick stop over on highway if you need a quick feed.

The burgers have nothing in them other than some meat, cheese and a small bit of lettuce. And that was the Classic Angus burger. It was disappointing. The tables were not cleared and the floor grotty. I've found that some McDonalds stores are better than others and I think this one would be the worst. The only good thing was the coffee. I think you should give this one a miss. Not good. Jim

This is literally the worst McDonald’s in the past three weeks I had a sausage McMuffin that literally was hard enough that if I threw it at a window it would break need to improve used to be one of the best around understaffed and staff that don’t look interested How do you get out in the waiting bay when there’s literally no one else in line

I've had bad McDonalds but this one is up there. Chips were Luke warm and stale. My double quarter pounder was like this: Bread was like card board that scratched my gums. The beef patty was no better. The only saving grace to the dryness was the occasional tomato sauce that would give my mouth a slight relief. The onion was fine. The coffee was fine.

NEG SCORE! This is the worst McDonalds I have been to across Vic/NSW. The restaurant is dirty with rubbish on the tables and floor, and the food is a slap stick that doesn't represent the McDonalds menu. The staff are only as good as their manager, and maybe they need further development. Give this place a miss and attend the next one down the road.

Quick service, handy Location off Western Highway

The most uneducated people working here. Let me break it down. - Ordered a small filet o fish with bottled water. - Received the burger, small fries, but a small water in a cup. - I told the young man giving my food, I asked for a bottle of water. - He runs inside, but then comes back out and tells me my order was a small meal, so I get a small water. - I told him, mate you should know damn well, any meal that is asked for water, comes in a bottle, no matter what size. - He runs inside, and comes back out. - He tells me his manager said I only paid for a small water. - I go back inside asking for the manager, and apparently he was “unavailable”. - So I told the young man, okay, how much is it for a small meal with a bottle of water? - He showed me on the screen and I told him yep that’s how much I paid. - And then I told him, now put on the screen, a small meal with a small water. - His words exactly “Oh there must be an issue with the machine. Sorry, here’s your bottled water”. WOW.
