My kids love this place. Good variety of games for kids of different ages. Staff was very helpful too, we had a lovely staff Charne who helped us several times with a big smile when we were struggling with a few machines; makes a huge difference to the kids:)

Paid $35 for a one hour pass for my son There were lots of machines that were unavailable due to them not working I understand the $35 gets red and yellow games predominantly but disappointing that at least 8-10 games were “temporarily unavailable” that he wanted to play And also getting 300 points only…pay $35 for 3 little lollies..not very good value for money at the end…

I went to Timezone at Highpoint Shopping Centre a few days ago, unfortunately there were a couple of issues with the machines I played at, however it was fixed practically straightaway. The staff Kareen was super polite, friendly and helpful. All the staff at Highpoint Timezone were so friendly and engaging.

I would highly recommend TimeZone highpoint and Chris as a party host. We had a good time. Great place to play on a Saturday night. Super friendly and supportive staff thanks Chris.

It’s pretty cool and alright. The process of games seem to keep going up though so I guess you gotta factor that in when you wanna come, but when you do come the games are extensive and you can have yourself a little bit of fun! I especially loved the VR 4D game in which you got tossed around, however I felt it being bit awkward at the front of the Timezone in which members of the public could sit and watch and perhaps steal your items. Also the people that are there tapping the machines and dancing around the whole time. They seem to be very passionate and they get very hot and sweaty and they just there all the time and they just scream red flags. But all in all a cool experience and would highly recommend you come and check out this Timezone at Highpoint.

Went to Timezone last night and had some fun. Won a pop from a claw machine and I accidentally put it down and left it behind. Called the centre and asked if it was. Definitely did not expect it to be there, which it wasn’t. Called up and the lovely Rachel had another one of the exact same put away for me. Walked in the next day to get it. Amazing service by all the lovely ladies both times I went there. Will definitely go again.

Jonnah was extremely helpful today at Timezone Highpoint with loading some money onto my game card. He met me with a big smile and his signature smells. I love jonnah and look forward to seeing him every visit. He is always happy to help me when the games dont work which is very often. The other staff are fine but Jonnah is REAL fine if you get what I mean

We celebrated my son’s 11th birthday at Timezone and everyone had so much great time! The arcade games were super fun and enjoyable! Our party host Quinn was so impressive! She was very accommodating and friendly! She’s always there to attend to our needs and help us with anything. It was such an amazing party and we’ll definitely come and celebrate again at Timezone!

I started coming here recently, and as a big rhythm game fan I really appreciate the wide selection of music games!! I mainly come here for DDR and it's just a liiiiittle awkward how the DDR cabinet is so close to the other machines surrounding it but I'm pretty okay with it. I'm not very good at the game yet but definitely plan on coming back more often to improve and one day get as good as the pro players I come across every now and then!! I will gradually become a regular here at Timezone Highpoint :3

Had about 500+ Willy Wonka cards that no staff wanted to deal with at kingpin till I came to highpoint Timezone. Appreciate it Kareen & Team for sorting it out and counting the cards 💯

Place used to be at it's peak, having more major prizes (i.e pads, dr beats headset) and arcade games, now is downgrade to smaller prizes.

I visited to play DDR and the card reader issue has been fixed. Thanks team. I reckon the cabinet needs more clearance around it - the dance area feels too cluttered as it's too close to adjacent arcade cabinets. Also the place doesn't feel air-conditioned so it can get hot and humid. If you guys install or place fans for DDR we would appreciate it.

I came here for a night out with my friends and it was the best decision we made. The staff were super friendly and helpful, assisting us with any queries or troubles. Charné was especially helpful and we really appreciated her contagious fun energy and vibes. It hyped us up and we were super excited! We had such a memorable night. Once again, thank you to the wonderful staff that made us feel welcomed. There were a lot of different varieties of games so it felt like there was always something to play (I really recommend the VR games :)) We plan to come back again and would really recommend this arcade to anyone looking for a fun night out.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a timezone and it’s all thanks to the amazing staff that took care of us! I’m so happy I manage to grab all their names as it was honestly so great to know that when something went wrong, There was always someone there to help us out! Please keep an eye out for these staff members as they sure to give the best experience possible!! And to Brooke, charné, Jonnah, snaz and bek you guys are such amazing workers and people, I hope you know even if you have a hard time with other people you guys are definitely a core memory that made our night ❤️ I will definitely be back just for you guys ❤️ and to Timezone give them a payrise! Our party host Jamal is fun, energetic and responsible. He looked after the kids as well. Very happy to had him as our host.

My kids were given $90 cards by their older brother. Lots of loud flashy machines, mostly charging $3-4 for one shot at winning a $0.10 Chinese plastic crappy toy, or to attempt to win 'tickets', resulting in enough to choose a 10c lolly at the shop. Very few arcade games now, so most of the kids time is spent trying to win prizes, instead of getting entertained.

Helen is amazing she is one of the nicest staff members at Timezone I’m I’ve met totally recommend
