Jaycar Electronics Ipswich

I recently bought a PC and had to pop into jaycar a couple days in a row to get some extra parts that i needed. Each time I came in I was greeted immediately and pointed in the right direction to what I needed. The staff's knowledge on the products is outstanding and helped me to find the right fit for me. I will always go out of my way to visit jarcar Ipswich for my all electronic needs. You guys rock!

Terrible customer service. Staff member looked like he was annoyed at having to do his job.

I went in there to get a new 3D printer. Walked out of there a short time later with the product I wanted. I was really happy that they read my purchase history and saw I have experience with this product and didn’t try to upsell me with things I already have on my workbench. I am happy with their service. It’s a big store and happy to have made time to visit.

Great Service

Great staff helped me to find the best ultra fast car charger for the charging needs of my smartphone after I tried from Good Guy & Officeworks. They found one with higher specs & to suit my budget. Good electronics store around Ipswich area.

Store has great products and service is usually pretty good but recently was served by some long haired fella that needs to fix is attitude. Was a serious let down.

Staff were so helpful when I had issues with the product I purchased, and the issue was the operator not product. Fantastic customer service.

The guys in this store are amazing! No question is too stupid. They have taught me so much on the electrics side of building my own tiny house which I had zero clue on before. They patiently answered the endless questions and always explained the logic behind stuff so I fully understood. I even learnt to solder with their support. Recommend so highly!

If I could score a zero I would. I have never come across such arrogant and unhelpful staff in a retail store. They obviously making to much money and could not care about customer service. I will rather drive to the next town to get my items from now on than return to this store. So disgraceful.
