Daggy and old school. The friendliest service going around. Great community vibe. Hidden gem for a quiet drink at great prices.

Chicken scallopini not bad at all

Visiting a friend on the opposite side of town to where we live, we had no idea of local eating, so the hotel popped up as a lunch suggestion, we were pleased with the choice. We parked in the carpark opposite and were a bit surprised the bistro was nearly empty for a lunchtime, however our meals were great. The service was friendly and we were able to have a nice and relaxed catch up

Great little bistro tucked away in Sunshine. Tried this place for the first time tonight and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service and quality of their food. Well done guys! We'll be back.

Ok very good

Never been here till today. Had the porterhouse steak which I cut with a butter knife. So tender and delicious seafood platter also very impressive. Compliments to the chef Aanchal. Amazing.

Beautiful place with beautiful people and staff. Just wish the pub created a happy place for people to come, not to throw away all of their money at the push of a button. The staff feel guilty and I wish I could let every patron know they should keep their money. I understand it's the norm in the west, however if you have amazing food and maybe create a band night, where everyone is welcome to just enjoy. I'm 4th generation here in Sunshine, I'll never leave because the best people I know live here. We have the world here in sunshine, let's let the sun shine and embrace how cool it is. Understand this won't happen because of the lobby group you are held under. However Sunshine deserves a pure place, full of happiness and love. I Love everyone in sunshine and would be amazing to have happy nights with my neighbours in this beautiful suburb

Worldwide Palma menu rules.

Ordered food from Uber Eats, parmigiana with raw chicken, horrible taste, impossible to eat, potatoes full of oil, they didn't pack the order properly, the parmigiana spilled in the bag and in the uber car. I do not recommend.

This is our local pub, and while it's no gastropub the food is tasty and fresh and plentiful.

Andrew was very helpful and accommodating for our meal. Food was good. We will be back.

Good food, friendly staff and nice security. I guess security deserves a raise as he handles the situation while there was a chaos. Liked the professionalism and way he create friendly atmosphere.

Would be nice if this venue offered free beverages like other similar venues in the area.

Food is always good here, Parma & Carbonara is our go-to, have struggled to find a better carbonara anywhere else in Melbourne & the parma is always fresh & juicy, can't go wrong. Can't always finish it either, its a decent amount of food. They accommodate my annoying food requests (additions or remove) with no complaint. Bistro is frequently quiet which we quite like & food arrives without delay. We order on ubereats or ring for takeaway quite often as we're local(ish) & pasta always turns up piping hot, even when delivered & again its a decent serving. Takeaway always quick maybe 15mins til pickup. Just wish the kitchen was open a bit later sometimes, we'd probably order more often if it wasn't 'unavailable' on ubereats. Staff are friendly & welcoming & remember us which is nice though & i quite like the Brown Brothers Moscato. No doubt we'll be back there very soon

Great service great meal had my birthday there with my family service staff were nice/ pleasant the only down side is when turning up to the main entrance the smell of cigarette and marijuana use not a pleasant smell needs approving on the entrance smell other than that a great place for lunch a nice smell is a more inviting place to be yes l would recommend this place for a meal gathering birthday's

I really like it here; the waiter was great, efficient & helpful and the food is good too and that’s all I want & expect. It’s been dead quiet on the days I’ve been there so give them support, they deserve it.

Nice place. Food was good, Staff were accommodating. Has pokies which ruins the atmosphere but if it didn't have them, it wouldn't exist.

Steak was over priced & overcooked ask for well done because that's All you get anything else you will have to send it back and get filthy looks for all the staff that you know what they will bring you back your not want to eat

Have been coming here for a few years now, but i do have to mention this week's interaction specially, after umming and ahhhing where we were going for dinner for our wedding anniversary, we decided to keep it local and head to the Derrimut Hotel - and we were not disappointed, the service was attentive and friendly (even after our 2yr old wheels fell off). The food was outstanding and very hot and flavorsome, the drinks cool and tasty. All in All was a very enjoyable experience, I look forward to coming back.

Wouldn’t recommend going to eat there. Unfortunately it was that bad I couldn’t eat my meal, no offer of replacing or not paying for it. Prices are top dollar but meals are substandard and seems like everything was cooked in the microwave, no chef in sight in the kitchen. If you want to throw your money down the drain consider going there and play the slot machines.

The Dirty Derry has always been a reliable Pub Feed in the heart of the ‘wrong’ side of Sunshine. Been going there for years, good spot for a cheeky beer in the sports bar as well. 10/10 would recommend!

It's been 12 months since my wife and I were here our daughters and partner had their first and we were staying in the units across the road. The staff made us feel like family understanding our away from home time and our daily travel to see our darling grandson a few miles away on a daily run. The food and service are pretty damn great. We probably won't be travelling back for some time as our daughter and family live close to us in WA however if we are in the area we will certainly be calling in for a meal and a chat, and possibly play the pokies

In addition, we like to ensure all patrons feel respected at our venue, as we aim to create a positive experience for them. OK, fair enough, yet that customer is no longer in a r/ship with and has lost his son for god knows how long. Looks downhill for him actually. Yet you guys aimed to create a positive experience for your customers did not say? All A Part of the Fresh Food People scheme I guess.😊😉($$$)

May look unassuming on the outside but great meals and very good service! Will definitely return if I am in the area.

I find this place a bit of a disappointment. They have taken the free coffee machine away and they don't offer free soft drink beverages like the other pokies venues. It's a place that I don't like going to anymore. A lot of drunks hang around the the venue and carpark which gives it an unsafe feeling. Can't comment on the bistro as I haven't eaten in. But what I have seen of the meals dished out does look kind of amazing but I guess I would need to try before I comment.

We had a great experience on Sunday for our Nunna's birthday. The staff were very efficient with our party of 40. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. Would definitely return.

Nice staff Friendly atmosphere especially nowadays a I heard couple of years ago not like mangers are running this place good these days the Security guys especially Iranian guy who work at night makes this place safe and also he and other security guys have good communication with all types of gaming and gambling customers and it’s really hard in sunshine area especially late night time and weekends. Other specificity of this hotel is that start early in the morning around 8am!!! Good for breakfast and early morning coffee I did not tried food however drink /beverage are good 😌 and also this place provide accommodation
