My son spent his 6th birthday here last Jan. All the kids and even the parents had a blast! It exceeded my expectations and great value for money. Our party host Mikayla was very attentive to our needs and was so easy to approach. Totally recommend! We may have more birthday celebrations here in the future!

A great party all the kids enjoyed. Our host Kiara was wonderful. Kiara ensured all the guests knew what was involved and had answers for all our questions. Kiara kept the party flowing and made sure everyone was well fed and looked after.

I had my daughter’s 11th birthday here and it was great! The kids had a lot of fun and things ran really smoothly. Olivia, the party host was very well organised and really friendly. She dealt with lots of questions (from the kids and parents!) and made sure it was a great experience.

Went to Timezone earlier in the day with my sons and they had the best time. Staff were very friendly and the games were lots of fun! Definitely will be going back.

The winners vault had a ton of amazing prizes for the kids to choose from and laser tag was a really fun experience.

Jodi was very friendly and even got a few more kids to come on the spin cars with my son. She provided great customer service and then more people started using the spin cars.

Avoid Timezone Plenty Valley for Your Child’s Birthday Party! I booked a party for 20 kids for my child’s 8th birthday, and it was a complete disaster. For the exorbitant amount we paid—over four figures—you’d expect a seamless experience. Instead, it was a logistical nightmare. Let this serve as a warning: do NOT waste your money on their party package. The problem isn’t the young, inexperienced staff—they’re doing their best under terrible management. The blame lies squarely on whoever thought it was a good idea to cram as many parties as possible into one weekend. Clearly, there’s been a recent downgrade in their policies, so don’t trust any reviews from three months ago. Here’s a breakdown of their failures: The “party hosts” spent more time cleaning, prepping, and glued to their phones than actually engaging with the kids. You only get the party room for 40 minutes, despite booking a 2-hour party. The rest of the time, belongings are dumped in a storage room and carrying all the gifts in a bag around the arcades. Asking for an extra bag they charge me 20$ for it. This forces kids to lug their stuff around if they need water or a break. Every other venue—Bounce, Amazonia, Wildlings—offers full access to a dedicated room. Rooms are booked back-to-back, so we got ours 5-10 minutes late. By that time, the kids' unlimited game cards had already expired, leaving everyone standing around in chaos, waiting for the previous party to clear out. No effort to make the birthday kid feel special—no labels, no decorations, nothing like what was advertised or shown in past reviews. During the so-called “unlimited playtime,” party hosts were missing in action. No help, no organization, and no communication about add-ons like laser tag or bumper cars. We had to manage everything ourselves. Once in the party room, hosts were in such a rush to clear tables, they snatched food from kids who hadn’t even finished eating. In short: total failure. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this place. Book at your own risk!

Decent selection of arcade games, shame some of them are always not working. Young staff generally just working to get a wage. Not much care seen from staff regarding customer service or machines working

Hadeer & Bryana were fantastic Hosts at our 8 year olds Timezone party! They made sure every child who arrived were welcomed promptly and communicated with about the games and food. They were constantly roaming and helping throughout the party and kept everything running smooth and in a timely manner. This was very fun. I took my daughter out to play some timezone games because it was her birthday she really enjoyed it. We played games like laser tag, number cars,playing the piano and more thank you for this fantastic experience

While the kids had fun playing the games, party time wasn’t managed well. We weren’t told that we’ll have to share the party room when we visited the venue. There was another birthday going on and there was no partition. - After setting up the cake the host told us that kids aren’t allowed to cut the cake. - After setting up the cake I asked the host about something and she went off with the lighter (without lighting the candles). We had to wait for her return to start our celebration. - Food came 10-15 mins after the eating time started. It should have been ready earlier as we only had 45 mins for cake cutting & eating. - Drinks and add ons came 10 after kids started eating. Trolly had enough space to get everything at once though. It was so chaotic that I couldn’t take any proper pictures. 2 kids had to leave and I had to give them take away. I feel it would have been smooth if things were managed properly. We selected the venue to have a hassle free birthday but food delay caused chaos.

Yasmin and Tadi were awesome. The hosts helped us coordinate the kids and ensured that we were all happy and comfortable. Well done girls. You made the kids have a wonderful experience.

Nina was a great host. She explained the layout of the day, checked in to see if everything was all good and played games with the kids. We were very happy with how Nina ran the party.

My son had 9yrs old Birthday party and host was Parisa. She is wonderful, perfectand kind host. She can control crazy 9yrs old boys but very nice way. We are so licky to have her for my son’s birthday party. The place is very clean and everything was on time. Definitely recommend to my friends and thank you timezone and Parisa!

Half of the game machines are out of service , especially on weekends. Still good place to spend few hours with the kids.

Our hosts at Plenty Valley were Lana and Eva. They were great. The girls did such an amazing job with the kids. I didn’t have to touch a thing. The girls arranged everything in the party room and served up all the food. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts.

Biggest rip-off ever. Took 2 kids and did 60 bucks in 10 minutes. All about taking your $ and very little fun for the kids.

Prabhleen really helped us making the room prep and assisting our daughter’s friends enjoy their stay in timezone. Dhriti gave assisted us from the start when we came in and told us what to expect with the event since it was our first time. In total it was a really fun experience for kids and parents

Crowded at times. Bowling had some software issues. Lanes not very good

I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The party was booked for 4pm. I can understand give or take 30 minutes is acceptable if there is any delay for whatever reason. The room wasn't available until 5.45pm. There is no waiting with seating area therefore all our guest was getting frustrated. Then when the room was available it was an opened shared room the noise was unbearable. There was no air conditioning (a fan should be installed for air circulation) I was told Westfield control the air-conditioning. There is two door only one was opened, so both parties using one door for entry and exit. The host couldn't open the door until a parent from the other party had to of struggle to open it. Public safety comes first imagine fire situations. Toilet facilities was being used by an adult who took so long that we had to take a dash to the outside public toilets. I suppose that is out of your control. The chicken strip was eatable, the hot dogs didn't go down well. Therefore a review of quality would be a good way to Go. I did complain to the manager on site He apologised perfusely and was concerned with the whole service and gave me a 25% discount on the package which was $700. I suggest the whole package should be reviewed for health and safety should be a number one priority. Stop your back to back bookings. The host Ohirti was great. She managed the best she could for 21 children. She was run off her feet and sweating. She apologised continuously. There suppose to be two host in charge. Well being of staff is not being considered. I hope you take my review seriously and I look forward for a better future experience.

I recently hosted two parties at Timezone Plenty Valley this year (one in April and the other in August), and I must say, Nina was an absolute star! Having her as the party host for both events was a game-changer. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, and her energy and enthusiasm truly made the experience unforgettable. Nina was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all the kids were engaged and having a blast, while also making sure the parents felt at ease. She managed everything with such grace and professionalism, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making your event special, but Nina exceeded my expectations in every way. I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be requesting her for any future events. If you're planning a party at Timezone, ask for Nina—you won’t be disappointed!

My family and I come here all the time and we must always play the claw machines, they are fun but you spend a lot of money and the claw machines are too hard to win from. I love the arcade games so much especially the ring toss.
