I had such a wonderful experience with Lucy today who served me at the Balloon Counter, she helped me selecting balloons, explained all the different options and did an excellent job creating my balloon bouquet.

Just great

Recently changed around and it took awhile to get used to. But, always neat and well stocked. Menswear not as good now.

I hadn't been to this store in a while until recently christmas shopping. It has been renovated, I'm not a huge fan of the change. It's a very clean set-up, free of clutter and insanely organised. I felt myself going a bit crazy, it reminds me of a padded cell or hospital ward. The one thing I enjoyed about this Big W was its book section. It almost felt like a mini QBD inside of a Big W. Now it's been assimilated. Pros: it makes sense, easy access for everyone. Cons: it's a white room

Would like to share experience with this branch, they love to part of the team but when ever specials come for kitchen stuff etc, living area. They never ever have the stock. Even when I go early morning, afternoon or evening. If company wants to do special but store dnt hve it, I believe it's. Managers call may be they dnt want go bit of extra mile

Nice, clean and organised

I placed an online order, without being warned that if ordered after 12 that it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow morning I drove an hour from Beaudesert only to be greated with Tanya. Not only was she one of the most rudest customer service members but was adamant on insisting there was nothing she could do. Fair enough address the issue with the information necessary but tone and attitude speak volumes. I was already anxious and clearly distressed, she chose to continue speaking to me as if I were nothing more then gum on her shoe. Luckily her manager was called in to assist. I know my review isnt going to really be regarded as helpful to us the consumers but I believe people should be held accountable for ones actions. I leave good reviews when the service is remarkable. I will also indicate to the Buisness that their customer service needs tending to. I left the store crying. No one deserves to be made to feel less then human when they are already upset.

Large store, great layout, easy to locate things. Helpful staff. Easy parking underneath to get straight upstairs to Big W entrance.

Clean tidy was well stocked

Made purchase on zip pay however computers froze and money was deducted and was told it would bounce back it’s been three weeks and several calls later and still nothing. Absolute joke!

Lovely open and bright store

No staff ever on checkouts and forced to use the self service checkouts. They're slow and tedious and will not shop here again. Over all its not a bad shop and my experience there was ok, found most things I was after. Once we got to the checkouts was not very nice! lol. Please put more people on.

Has what you expect a big w to have

Large range and good prices.

This store always seems busy but it never takes too long to get through the checkouts which is a bonus. Stock standard range as most Big W's I've ever been in except for the party needs store within a store which is a huge timesaver when planning kids Birthdays. ##Update - the store has had a massive refit since my review and is now much more open plan and self checkout oriented.

What has happened to the once great retailer? The depth and range of their products has been reduced. Store signals and price tickets were poorly displayed. Is this due to them trying to copy the Kmart model?

Good service and great variety

“loved” shopping here before this experience. my cousin was harassed by the self service checkout lady. as he had been looking at the gift card section he had not ended up buying any. as he went to the self service checkout with a can of deodorant the worker approaches him as he is paying and continuously questions and asks him if he is sure he hadn’t taken a gift card, as it would anyone it put him in an uncomfortable position fighting his tears. i find it disgusting that she would do that to a 13 year old without a parent present.

Biased customer service in the counter, mistreated inappropriately for just moving forward in queue for not waiting her instruction to come forward?". Not a good example in front of my two kids. Hasn't been in this BigW since this experience."

Terrible experience. Absolutely no service whatsoever. Self serving checkouts, long line of customers trying to check out with no one to assist. No shopping bags. Nothing. I can’t believe that in 2024 we would be worse off than the late 1800s in regards to shopping and purchasing items. Will never shop there again. If I could give zero stars I would.

rude service by this gentleman at party section didn’t even ask if we wanted floor or table height balloons or the colour of the spring very in professional

One lady is very rude at this store I’m not sure on her name but she usually works on self checkouts and today she rolled her eyes and slammed the container she had in her hands on the coat hanger bin when I went up to her to collect the new cards

Rang up to confirm they had a hard to find item in stock as it was a long drive to get there. I was told I would be able to pick the item up from the service desk. But when I got there, I was told that it was no longer available as between the time of my call and arriving at the store (30mins) they had given all their stock to other people. A complete waste of my time and resources.

Terrible customer service

Always get such lovely customer service here, Cortez always goes above and beyond for customers, she's always kind and polite. Love my local bigw store. Always greeted nicely when entering and leaving the store aswell.

Lovely staff. . Lots of variety and great prices. The clothes are pretty good quality but they've changed the store around and it's not so easy to find things. Being a bigger lady the range of plus size clothing is limited.

Had such a great experience here last Saturday night (1/6/24) a guy in the IT section with glasses helped my grandpa find exactly what he was looking for. He was also very patient with him which was so sweet. He also got my grandmother a bottle of water as she wasn’t feeling very well. Was so thankful for this kind worker 🩷

No staffs in the register. I have been told the staff on the lunch I have to wait until they come back. Rude attitude

This place is great after the remodel, we get lots of kids clothes here, they have very large size mens clothes for me, and I even sometimes get electronics on sale from here.

Big W need to get rid of digital Dot and get humans to answer customers calls. The AI Dot gives wrong answers telling me stores are closed at 2 pm in the afternoons just rediculous

Nice place to shop

Probably the best Big W I've been to so far. The store typically has a great stock and the people at this location (shopping and working) are more favourable to the usual Big W crowd. 😂 Also easy to access being in the shopping centre.

I always usually have a pretty positive interaction with this store but when I placed an online order and chose boot pickup while I wasn't able to be there for it due to a fractured foot. My partner picked it up for me instead & the person that came out was quite rude about it. I mean he had the collection code I gave him, he had the screen shot of the order I sent him as well, plus my ID card picture on top of it. Yes she handed it over to him but before she did, she was rude about how she couldnt hand it over to him & also told him they don't use the code. I don't understand what the point of having a code was if your store doesn't apparently use it? When it tells you to have your code ready? I honestly think just be kinda about it rather than being rude about it. My partner suffers from depression & she turned his day upside down cause she chose to be overly rude about it.

This branch of Big W has a different floor layout. It can be a little bit confusing at first, but it seems to be more regimented" or structured than others I have been to. Entry and exit "gates" a little bit like the supermarket. Staff are very friendly and always willing to assist. Good stock supply. Good size shop."

The worst bigw I’ve been to, absolutely nothing worth buying

Everytime i come in here since the renovations the women at the doors are always insanely rude, as someone with ASD it is a highly stressful experience for me. Hiring less aged people might help.👍

Went to purchase goods today, but only the self serve checkouts were open. They did still have an option to be served by a team member, but there was no one there. I asked at the front and apparently they were on their break. What happened to good old fashioned service? Very poor form Big W, you have lost my business.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding assistance I recieved from one of your staff member. During my recent visit, Melissa(staff member of Big W springfield orion) went above and beyond to patiently guide me through finding the gift and wrap it for me . Her willingness to help make the process seamless and enjoyable. Its employees like Melissa that truly enhances the customer service.

The service I received today was outstanding! Kyle in tech was so knowledgeable and gave me honest feedback and detailed information. He took the time to explain in great detail about certain products I was interested in. The ladies at the lay-by counter were so friendly and lovely, their service made me feel so welcomed.

Wonderful range of products and the quality of products is just right. The lady at the self checkout is friendly and greet all customers with a smile and very helpful. I would recommend BigW to anyone looking for good bargains with no compromise on the quality of products.

Nithing new and shelves were bad

I found the shopping experience at springfield today Painful So much stock not price marked and no price checking machines in store Had to find staff but they are dressed casually so hard to tell from customers Then go to self service Had a scanning issue No one there either I left very agitated Do better!
