Absolutely horrid service and systems. Waited half an hour for a bacon and egg muffin that never arrived. 10am Sat morning. Get your act together

For a 24 hour store they said they were closed and this was at 5am. And wouldn't open up until 6.30am

Slow, under staffed, no communication between the workers. Missing food until inquired.

If you are starving or you are in rush never try here. It’s not really fast food. Minimum waiting time is 25 minutes.

McFlurry was solid. However got a hash brown deal and the mf was so crusty, been sitting since breakfast and it’s currently 11pm. Take a look for yourself

Really disappointed with the whole situation. Couldn't get a coffee as the machine wasn't working and no information to let you know so people were trying to buy on apps and kiosk with no success. Ordered a iced chocolate and chai latte meal came and no drinks. Had seen the staff take the cups to make but they wondered off to do something else so had to follow up after waiting awhile for the drinks to prompt staff to make them only to be given 2 iced chocolates. Couldn't be bothered raising this so left. Then found no bacon in the bacon and egg mcmuffin. McDonald's is really slipping.

Waited nearly 20 minutes for my food to come. When it did come it was poorly made and cold. I will never return here again. The new renovations are nice though.

One Big Mac meal took 25 minutes, other customers were ordering after me and getting their meals before me. The chips were burnt. When I asked about the hold up I was ignored twice. Terrible service.

A Disappointing Experience at McDonald's Crown Melbourne I had a deeply frustrating experience at McDonald’s Crown Melbourne. I waited a staggering 40 minutes for the coffee I ordered, fully understanding the restaurant was busy at the time. However, my order number, 108, was bypassed as I heard numbers as high as 150 being called out. Feeling confused, I approached the counter and spoke with the manager, only to be met with complete disinterest. The manager simply instructed me to move over to the McCafé section without any further assistance. After complying, I stood at the McCafé section for another 10 minutes before a staff member noticed me. Upon explaining that I had been waiting for my coffee for 50 minutes, she checked and discovered my order docket still sitting on the printer, untouched. She promptly apologised and made my coffee on the spot. While I appreciated her efforts, the lack of attention and care from the manager was appalling. This experience left me questioning whether such poor service has become the new standard for McDonald’s. It’s unacceptable to feel ignored and devalued as a customer. A bit more care, communication, and accountability from management would have gone a long way.

Worst Maccas I’ve ever had. Food is stale and cold, long wait time of 15min. Ronald needs to come and inspect this place immediately!!

We came by for quick meals on Sunday night. We were very pleased with the service. The staff was very welcoming and the service was prompt, accurate and efficient. The food was hot and fresh.

🌿🥸 the 3 reasons why i give this McDonald's lower grade rating! 1) Dirty!!! I saw the people who handled the food with the same gloves for food, touching mobile phone, touching computer screen, and other things, and without changing a pair of new gloves for handling food! 2) the food looks too much different from demonstrating photos! 3) the workers it seems like don't understand how to respect food, and also the working attitudes with a bit of making around! After eating it, I felt nauseous and felt like vomiting several times. It's still the same when I wake up. 🌿 I believe that McDonald's corporation already trained them properly to handle the food. But why the manager and employees in this McDonald's restaurant stills given out the bad foods? 🤔 I guess it must be the workers in the shop there must have serious personality problems that make it possible for them to accept themselves to make such terrible burgers and give out to customers. The worst Macca's I've ever been to, consistently brown reheated fries, service is slow, took them 10 minutes to make 3 hamburgers and they also just reheat their dried our jalapeno poppers and meat Patties also, just awful.

This was the worst food delivery experience we have ever had. We were staying at Crown Casino as an anniversary celebration after a night out. Like anyone after a few drinks, we felt the need to share a McDonald’s meal to sober us up. We ordered through UberEats at 1:20am, and instructed our Uber driver that we would meet them downstairs. Our driver was great and communicated to us at 1:40am that there was a slight delay, with delivery time expected to be 2am at the latest. Our driver wasn’t picking up any other orders and was bringing our food straight to us when ready however didn’t fulfil the delivery until 2:30am due to delays at the restaurant. McDonald’s apparently made no effort to speed up, and when we did get our food it was cold and incorrect. We understand that places, especially fast food restaurants, can get very busy, however the time it took to get our order and the quality was not acceptable. I thought that this may have been a one off issue however after reading other reviews, it seems that this is a common theme. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE - you’re better off getting it from the Clarendon Street store down the road.

Wish I could give 0 stars to this joke of a place. Manager on 4/11 at 3am is a total bellend. Politely showed him how both my cheese burger and mcchicken came unwrapped and half out of the box. He didn’t even look into the bag and said ‘nah you did that’… and then walked away. Never seen anything like that at all. Are you guys hiring anyone these days?

McDonald's will always get one star until they start putting pickles and onions on their burgers. I've been putting it to the test, they ALWAYS fail. I think I must be a directive from management. Think about it, skimming millons by saving on something they think no will notice.

Waited over 1.5hrs for my food.

First I was greeted with a extremely rude worker (female) who was working at the front counter on the 6th of October around 4:30pm with blondish hair and a hat with fries on it. The attitude coming from this girl (definitely not a woman) was DISGUSTING and that is a under statement. She would pack orders wrong then get mad when customers complained about the food they paid for and didn't receive. She is most certainly not suited for customer service and it was clear she shouldn't have not been there, better off firing this individual. The food was completely stale and the drinks drowned in ice. Disappointing result. The Atmosphere was pretty nice with a lot of seating space, it was pretty dirty though. One last time, that worker needs to go.

I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe, no onion. Meat was dry and lettuce was brown. Not fresh at all. Disappointed!!

Ate here three times during my stay in Melbourne, this is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. Each time food was cold, got 3 different burgers (double cheeseburger, filet fish and mighty muffin roll) and each time it looks like the team member just threw the ingredients together from 5 meters away. I've eaten at some average McDonalds before but this one was actually terrible. Sometimes there very busy but I also went here when it was quiet, only one other customer waiting, and the food was the worst on this occasion, so being busy is no excuse. They either have really poor standards or they just don't care

I noticed the team is working hard, especially the manager, Yuvraj. The hash browns I ordered were fresh and crispy, but it seems like the staff could use some additional support to manage the workload.

Saturday night 3am, busy as a bee,,starving, ,drunk, tired n sleepy impatient customers from all age groups looked so intimidated yet happy. As there was this girl power team working in harmony like an symphony headed by this cool as a cucumber small dynamite manager Avneet. Who was fully hands, working on all stations like an octopus with 16 arms. Thank you for displaying such an amazing leadership quality and STAY BLESS ALWAYS 🙌 🙏 ❤️

The manager seriously needs to see where the work flow is going and help the employees. 25+ minutes to wait for 1 hot drink, while you stand idle parking not packing orders, thats simply not on.

Went to pick up a plain sundae and hot chocolate. Sundae was perfect, but hot chocolate was not. When I got home, I tasted the hot chocolate and it was coffee! It was 12:00 AM, so I was furious! I went to the BP before and forgot to get a hot chocolate, so I decided to come here. I just ended up making myself one at home. Also, atmosphere was okay but had nothing to do with this review.

I went McDonalds today, Wednesday, 29/05/24 around 11.00AM, there was an young Asian male server, he appeared to be packing a meal when I approached the counter (but doing it very slowly). When he finished packing that order, he went to pack another meal, I don't understand why he did not take my order or even asked what I wanted. I felt he was ignoring me. I just wanted a Big Mac Meal. I did not know how to you the self serve so that was why I waiting for him. After a short period of time, I decided to use the self service and managed to select my Big Mac Meal. I still was not sure what was going on as I have not paid. I had to call the server to get service. He seems to be very negative and unhappy. If anyone else receive this poor service from this young Asian male please leave a post.

Got from doordash, burgers and chips were fine but nuggets tasted undercooked like raw chicken. You guys should be rotating your chicken it is unsafe for everyone that wants to eat these nuggets. Ridiculous.

Waited 18 minutes for cheeseburger meals. When finally got them we have no pickles or onions. Take them back and they decided to give us over the top pickles and onions. Upon our third attempt the manager sighs in my face before having to again ask for three cheeseburgers. Absolutely appalling service, food was cold, mess behind the counter was unbelievable. Fries, drinks, ice cream all over the ground. How this place passes health inspections is beyond me.

Bought a Aussie Angus Deluxe with beetroot. The most expensive they had. When I got it it was without the beetroot and basically meat, tiny salad and buns. When I complained they told me they where out of beetroot - why tell the customer before selling it. That is a bad way to run your business. I feel cheated.

Wait was long, but I finally found a store that doesn't scrimp on filling the fries bag.
