I had the most amazing experience at Timezone Narre Warren last week, and I just had to share! I took my kids there late at night for my daughter’s birthday, and from start to finish, everything was perfect. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the kids were absolutely loving the games. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make the experience special. As the night drew to a close, one of the machines still had money left on it, and they informed us that the machines would soon be turned off. I spoke to Lucas, who immediately reassured me that my kids would be able to finish their game. When I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday, he didn’t hesitate to ensure that she was well looked after—he truly made her feel like a VIP. Even though it was past closing time, Lucas and his manager, Brooke, gave us five-star treatment. They were both smiling and incredibly accommodating, with no sign of stress or frustration, which is rare to see these days. The kindness and care they showed made such a huge impression on my daughter and her friends—they’ve now declared Timezone Narre Warren as their absolute number one spot! It’s because of staff like Lucas and Brooke that I’ll be coming back again and again. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to come by, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday unforgettable! Thanks Lucas and Brooke, hope you guys get promoted. Keep up the good work.

Always love a good timezone sesh. This one is a bit smaller than some others I've gone to but they've still got a decent variety of games to play. Love a VR ride with the raving rabbids and the coin shooter machines. Looove em!

10/100 First time here so didn’t really know what to expect but one of the staff kayla helped us so much. She explained everything to me in such a calm manner even when i was getting a tad frustrated and even helped the kids play the games. Little upsetting some of the games didn’t work but over all a fantastic experience! Definitely recommend going on a quieter day.

So I come here quiet frequently because it takes the time out of my zone.. annalise is a really nice person she goes out of her way to be as professional as can be while there are screaming kids everywhere her composure to work is great.

Zahra served me at timezone fountain gate recently and she was a delight! She was so attentive and listened to our questions and helped us whenever we needed. She got along with my children and her friends extremely well and they loved her! Thank you zahra :)

I took my 2 daughters here today and they had an absolute blast, although it is on the smaller side for timezone the atmosphere and customer service make up for it! We had a couple of issues with one of the games and the young man was more than happy to go above and beyond to help. Then when my daughter couldn't choose which prizes she wanted with her tickets he helped her decide, he was a delight, I believe his name was Ben. So thank you Ben for making their first timezone experience so much fun!

Quite disappointed I'm a platinum member and there with my kids every week. Unfortunately this time 80% of the games were defective and missing parts or just not working. There were no cards or tokens in the Willy Wonka machine and normally we spend about $20 or $30 just in that alone. The staff, all be it friendly were just stuck in their little circle behind the counter having a chat. With so many games out of order, I don't know how you guys are even making any money .

My son came home and told me he'd won an xbox and I thought he was joking... Nope... Roan just handed my kid his dream!

They are run the wizard of OZ game with the card dispenser empty. It is hard enough for the kids to win with them cheating the system.

What a scam... machines are often faulty, we have taken our three kids there four times now, usually we spend around the $200 mark, and it’s so stingy with its prizes, most machines, skill testers are rigged, the claws have been adjusted so as no toy is ever won, and at the end of the session when you go to collect your prizes with the tokens earned... the scam of it all is... only rubbish prizes are on offer, guess what Timezone... You’ve done it with this Family... we won’t be back... wake up... You are Thieves... & I hope like most businesses... I hope You go Bust, Your extremely dishonest, and Many Families will also wake up soon, what a Huge Scam. All Up, My opinion is that Timezone has gone to the crapper.

Kris and Brooke from Timezone fountaingate were instrumental in helping me pull off the delicate operation of proposing to my now fiancée after she said “YES” with a proposal that took place at Timezone… Highly recommend this Timezone and their staff to anyone and everyone… It will forever be our favourite venue…

A great place to take your kids. My son loves it here. It's very noisy and can be quite crowded but loads of fun. If something is not working the staff come over to work it out and fix it if they can

Very poorly organised. I have a gold card which gives one free yellow card reader game a day. Have enjoyed this just fine for ages in Timezone Clayton. Came here and the machine charges me. They also mess up the cost for prizes. We decided to redeem a prize with a 11k ticket tag, then at the counter they told us it's 18k (??). Had to wait for them to check everything and eventually told us it's wrong and we needa pay 18k lol. Such a waste of time.

I stopped by after Grilled with the family and I couldn’t believe how busy it was! We had a nice time but it’s a very small time zone and quiet a few of the games were out of order which was a shame. As a result the popular working ones all had queues.

A bunch of the games weren't working at all, and some were faulty not registering scores properly. Was like a casino for children, not like the old timezones.

We used to come here often with our kids and it was fairly decent. But it’s absolutely awful now. The variety of games are pathetic and you’re lucky to get one minute on most. Poor value for money. Went to an arcade in QLD and it left us excited and feeling like we had fun and value for money. Not coming back here again. Such a waste of money.

My friend and I had a blast here! There were a nice range of fun arcade games to play. Though not the biggest Timezone around, it was still good enough for us to have a great time. Also, the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, which made our experience even better! Our favourite game here was the car racing one called 'Midnight Maximum Tune 6'. Great visuals and smooth controls. The game also granted us a few extra races for free, which was very exciting! The store offered a wide variety of cute and sweet items to purchase with your points. My friend and I were very satisfied with the cute toys and sour candies that we got to bring home.

Epic sauce, just discovered the s tier rhythm game taiko no tatsujin very epic.

Just want to say a big thank you to Katie and Chase who has given my niece an amazing experience while we were at timezone. She had the best time playing all the childrens games.

Recently went in with my daughter and had a great time. Jordan was particularly helpful as he clearly explained the different deals they had at the time. He made the experience a lot easier. Our favourite game was basketball, my daughter had a lot of fun! ✌️

Haven’t been to Timezone in ages. It was super fun but had to get used to this card situation instead of using coins like back in the day. Alex was lovely in helping us get sorted out and explained it super well. She even pointed us in the direction of some of her favourite games to get us started. Thanks for help Alex. We’ll definitely be back.

It had been a very long few weeks for our family so decided to bring our kids to time zone. My hubby and I were very impressed by the customer service and how professional the staff were. It was our daughters birthday as well, the staff and especially Chase made it very special for her. She was very excited after how special she was treated 😍 We would definitely come back with our kids. Nice atmosphere to be in. 🥰

So I went in today hoping to play some wangan, a racing game thats very popular at the arcade. I planned to buy a 1hr pass to play any of the yellow card reader arcade machines, which on the timezone website are categorised as being for ice hockey and driving games, whereas their blue card readers are for the motion games like their rabbids vr ride. yet when I get there they'd made the wangan card reader blue even though its a driving game, which means I couldn't use timed play on them. Seems like they just didn't want people to buy the timed play and instead waste more money paying per round on the machine, disappointing.
