Good array of clothes at a reasonable price.

I went to Kmart in Riverlink Shopping Centre today and was disgusted at the state of the store. I understand some shoppers are too lazy to pick items up that they have dropped but there is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness. The floors were filthy, black marks all over them and clothing, empty hangers and other items we left all over the floors. In the ladies underwear department there were filthy bras put back on the racks.I guess it’s going to take a customer slipping or falling over for Kmart Riverlink to clean up their act. I love shopping at Kmart but walked out of the Riverlink store feeling dirty.

New self check out faulted 20 times while trying to check out. Horrible system.

lovely lady named lisa at the service desk helped me hide a present for my s/o by wrapping it up in black paper for me! totally unprompted! was so kind and accomodating :)

Have been to the Ipswich store several times recently and have been very disappointed ie. when looking for storage solutions items were all over the place, difficult to find and could not locate price stickers as they were hidden behind stock, sticker said don't forget lid however couldn't locate the lid. Pedestal fans stacked in between plastic boxes and drawers blocking access and prices. When looking at bedding there is no order and stock all over the place making it difficult to locate products. Parts of the store are a mess.

The place is a mess. Go to buy a couple bras and the place is trashed! Good luck finding your size. After 5 minutes walking round I gave up. Meanwhile staff just standing at checkouts doing nothing and laughed when I let them know.

Got all the little knick knacks I need staff is always friendly and helpful

Shout out to Mandy at Kmart. I was in a hurry this morning and I called up and spoke to a beautiful staff member who was polite, helpful and friendly. Mandy you made my experience on the phone very good and your customer service was incredible and unfortunately it isn’t always the case. Kmart should hire more staff like you, Mandy. Don’t use same day delivery it’s a scam, you 100% won’t get it on the same day. Waste of money. Just click and collect or go in store it’s easier. Same day delivery is extremely unreliable.

A good range and a well organised stores. Lots of sizes for clothing and great staff.

There are a lit of thungs to buy but the shop alwaya seems messy to me.

My wife was screamed at today for not showing her bag and the staff member rushed towards her. Luckily my mother-in-law stepped in and prevented it from going any further. This appears that it isn't an isolated incident based from other reviews posted here where people are alleging that they have been physically gapped by staff. Staff have also made nasty comments to customers behind me as I walked out after politely declining to show my bag as they thought they were with me and accused them of stealing with me, lol, I'm sure those people didn't think it was funny and damaged the company brand in their mind. It might be your stores policy 'condition of entry' however that policy is not bound by any law. Unprofessional and rude staff are on a power trip and clearly have no training in how to great and farewell PAYING customers and abide by company safe work policy and laws. Kmart staff have the right to ask and I have the right to refuse. If you want to refuse me service or ban me from the store than that is your right... However I have already paid and checked out so that will be hard to enforce and I don't have to give you any of my personal details either. But If you want to use facial recognition software to enforce this policy than that is also your right and I will take my business elsewhere, small loss at the end of a day to such a large company but I value my right privacy over convenience and cheap goods. Usually, it has what I am looking for. Good size store and variety.

I've never been in a more disorganised, poorly run store in my 45 years.

Always a big range and reasonable prices.

Big variety of stock compared to New Zealand.

Terrible experience. Avoid this company at all costs.

Don't bother ordering online from the Riverlink store, everything is available right up until you go to collect it, suddenly you're refunded and without goods. Piss poor.

I have brought 2 lots of women's bras and the sizing are not to Australian sizes I'm normally in a 14 - 16 I just brought a second lot but I had to buy size 16 to 18s to come anywhere near fitting me be aware when buying clothing from KMart.

General variety shopping 🛍 Party decorations to toddler to linen and kitchen. Seasonal trends come and go, Kmart always delivers no matter the season.

The door greeter was extremely rude, name tag Barbie. She grabbed me because I refused to show her my bags. Physical activity shouldn’t be fround upon by any team member in a retail workplace. Don’t go there.

What has ipswich kmart come to picking on young girls, people dont allow your kids to go into ipswich kmart alone or they will be bullied by staff members im dusgusted in ipswich kmart. What a joke........

Staff on entry on Thurs 6th April, 2pm, poor customer service. Equired about trollys, none made available, staff unphased made no attempt to search for a solution. Upon exiting still no trollys and refused to leave with basket as an alternative, and made no attempt to appolagise or show any care to help the customer.

First class experience. Everyone was very helpful, particularly when I was unable to locate items. I was worn out and sore by the time I reach the checkout. An awesome young fella named Corey help me immensely, he was aided by a lovely lady who unfortunately I didn't get her name. They have put service back into being and the store should be very proud to have staff members of that calibre.

Watch what your actually paying for as I purchased a heap of items and when she scand led laptop fans $29.99 x3 she added a third that I definitely want answers 4 as I after payed the items I didn't notice till Xmas eve night 😮‍💨

The front door person this morning (31/10/2022) was very rude to not only me but a poor elderly lady in front of me. The elderly lady asked a question and the door person just replied with you want to know if we sell it? Why not just go to bunnings?. Absolutely appalling customer service. Kmart you need to do better."

The photo desk had one job and failed miserably- Driving in to the mall to print one pic for my kids I found ALL the photo machines were out of order or turned off and NO ONE knew why!!

I took my elderly mum to buy some shoes at Kmart but she couldn't try any on as they had no benches to sit on in the footwear department. Quite disappointing really.

Always clean , whoever is at the front greeting people is always nice and friendly, and the service is good, the range of men's clothing could use a overhaul though.

Everyone makes mistake. That's why I always check the receipt or find self check out. But if you charge more money by mistake normal people say sorry first not just runaway. Hopefully the counter lady learns this.

Love this store. Great products, fantastic value, very helpful staff and opening hours. Lots of pay stations, both self serve and staff operated, meaning queues that may be long at busy times, are short regarding waiting time. Awesome. Thank you

Not much variety was stuck looking for a work shirt but in like a pink. Its all in black or white. Im going to a funeral and the lady that passed away wanted colours at her funeral. So hard to find anything like this. Without rocking up in some chino's and tshirt.
