what a great place check in was so easy and welcoming Donna checked me in helped me with a microwave and put my air conditioner on as i was coming late to make sure my room was comfortable when i arrived thank you to all staff for making me feel so welcome definitely a family place

after a long drive from NSW Ime and my friend's where greet by the manager what a great experience explained , I could not go up stairs as I have a fear of heights so she change my room straight away so i would be comfortable as well as gave 2 competently drinks thank you

Stayed here twice in the same room. Unfortunately the room that we stayed in had a clogged up shower drain, but other than that the room was clean and comes with free bottled water, coffee, and tea. It also has flat screen smart tv that has both local channels and Netflix so you can watch the morning news or movies at night. The hotel manager (Donna) was very accomodating and friendly. She gave us free breakfast pack which they usually sell for $10. They will also give you free a drink at the bar and 10% discount on the food at the hotel restaurant if you book a room. The room also came with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash. The airconditioning was excellent too. Tip: Call them or book directly on their website instead of booking through Booking.com or other third party websites to save a few bucks. Overall, we had a such lovely stay at Glengala Hotel. We were so relaxed we slept for 12 HOURS! 9/10 would recommend

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was unpleasantly smelly and the heater was noisy and ineffective. To date, I have not received my $100 deposit back despite multiple emails. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with dirty corners and a lack of proper ceiling lighting. The door was difficult to close, and the room felt generally neglected. Due to these issues, I will not be returning and have advised my contacts against staying at this hotel. It is essential that these matters are addressed.

Didn't stay... We were in the Function Room for my Son's Birthday, My Family live down the road, myself and friends travelled to celebrate. It is a lovely place, lovely day. The food was delicious. I made a cake and they very nicely refrigerated it for us.. Great for kids, all in all I would recommend this place... Thank You for a Great Day....

Down overnight for business nearby. Was late notice and I needed my car near my hotel room. Turned up late and was greeted by the hotel manger, Donna. |All my wacky requests were looked after, and then some, by Donna. |Ate and the hotel that night. Steak was great and the beer cold.

Very spacious room and very clean. Fantastic customer service but was not aware that we had pay $100 deposit upon checkin so just a heads up. But overall really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place for short stays.

Nothing flash, but really good if your traveling for business. Reasonable price, clean rooms, comfy bed, what else do u need

Friendly staff and service. Location and price fair. It is sunshine. However when I book and look online I do expect it to be like the images. Falsely advertised.. the nice room is the renovated large family room. All the others are old and basic, outdated etc. Air con very noisy, rooms cold very drafty. As a tradie please get someone to seal the hole behind the air con. Let's cold air and wind in. Good for a tradie or short stay yeah but I feel misleaded by the reviews the website and the Google photos.

Everything was good, all it could add was the microwave i the room.

Clean room, daily room housekeeping, great customer service from the bar workers and reception staff as well as the housekeeping staff. We found our 3 night stay to be great value for money. We attended a wedding nearby in Sunshine and this place was the closest. Very friendly locals who you can sit down and have a beer and yarn with. Thanks to Dora and the staff as well as Zora and Albert whom I had the pleasure of meeting swapping stories over a schooner of VB.

Staff are lovely however the rooms are very poor, mouldy bathroom, horrible beds, no coffee for morning 2

Cheap accommodation to use as a base for a family trip to Melbourne. Excellent meals (eat in the front bar - $19 schooner and parmi is excellent value). Staff went out of their way to make us happy.

If I could give a minus star, I would. My room was NOTHING like what is pictured. My room was disgusting, it smelt like an old ash tray. The bathroom was old brown tiles, NOT like pictured at all. Not even a shower curtain. The bed was equally disgusting. I walked out, no way was I going to stay there. Yuck !

Nice clean room, bathroom, etc. But, stayed on 2nd floor when it was raining. Very noisy roof and I dont know if the weather had something to do with the tv reception but the signal non stop dropped in and out.

The customer service was AMAZING! The staff made me feel so welcome - I would definitely recommend it.

Couldnt believe the size of the rooms. So spacious and clean.||Great service at front desk. Lady named oanh was very helpful. Highly Recommended||Rooms surprised us. Beds were so comfy. Would come back again

Tv not great. could not get channel 9 or 10. Cheap clean rooms with great food and beer next door.

They took additional bonds which is not in mention any were. It was just surprising when you go their and they telling about bonds and deposits money.

Great showers, great service, clean, comfy, great meals. Everything is great ... getting a little expensive for a Night Cap Hotel

Hidden gem.

The room was quiet and spacious. It was clean an communication was clear in regards to corona virus covid-19 I found it to be a comfortable bed. On arrival I was treated by welcoming staff. There was also ample parking.
