I can’t speak highly enough of Nabii's exceptional service. She made sure everything was just right and was incredibly friendly. The food, crafted by Chef Kapil, was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and artfully prepared. This bistro is a must-try for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience.

Nabii’s warm and welcoming service really made this meal special. She made sure we had everything we needed and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Great place to stay. Convient location near a train station and a woolies. Also has a nice pub downstairs, had a good food for great value! Staff was really friendly and Sushma gave exceptional service whilst dining at the bistro. Awesome parmi thanks chef.

Rooms were very large, clean and well stocked. All the staff a very friendly. Some free drinks and discount in the bistro which we ate there twice it was very good. Rooms are upstairs with no lift, as stated in their details. Right near train station and shops.

Apartment was large, beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast boxes were super convenient. 10 % discount in bistro & food was lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free drink for all 5 of us (beer, wine or soft drink) . Bottled water in the fridge. Great location being just around the corner from the train station. Very happy with our stay.

They didn’t specify what the checkin time was and they made us wait 3 hours to checkin.

The room is clean and large and the staff friendly. However I do think a it should be clearly stated by the hotel that there are no elevators and that I have to lug my luggage up two flights of stairs! Secondly there are no hairdryers provided which I would have expected for this rate of hotel. Lastly shower pressure is kind of weak.

Great local spot with great service and clean venues. Been coming here for 12 months. They treat customers with respect and knowing your name as a person not a number. I had book a few dinners here for family outing and playing a few bets after work.

Au-dessus de notre évier, nous avions une espèce de fenêtre qui donnait sur le toit, et de cette fenêtre, tombaient quotidiennement de petits dépôts noirs non identifiés qui tombaient directement dans notre évier, ainsi que sur les serviettes propres de nos arrivées. Chambre 4. Mauvaise expérience ! EN- Unsanitary bathroom, and this was the case from the first few hours we spent in the room. Above our sink, we had a sort of window that opened onto the roof, and from this window, unidentified black particles would fall daily directly into our sink and onto our freshly arrived towels. Room 4. Bad experience!

Great location, decent price spacious clean rooms. Security staff very friendly and helpful do their job very well. Food at bistro (room service available) yummy food variety, decent portions and price! Last but all staff from every receptionist, to bar staff to room service and cleaning team members very good communication and excellent friendly customer service always happy to help in any way during my stay. I stayed one night and ended up staying the weekend. Thanks everyone will highly recommend also close to PT, shop and more.

Had a 3 night stay while working in the area. Right next to train station. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and free WiFi. Has bistro on site with great meals. If not into pub food, plenty of restaurants literally a minutes walk away

I really enjoyed my stay! I booked this accomodation as I needed somewhere close to Sunshine Hospital. I was a bit surprised to find it attached to a pokie venue but that was quickly forgotten as I was welcomed warmly by the staff and assisted immediately. Jordan checked me in and he was great help with booking another extra night too. The room was clean, and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. The only let down really was the accomodation was all upstairs however one staff member did offer to help me carry my pram up stairs. I would stay again. Thank you!

Best service and great meals

Good price. Good location. The rooms were of a good size with Netflix and WiFi. The linen was nice and clean. Lots of free parking. The rooms were however stuffy, the carpets were dated, dirty and stained. It's got lots of traffic from pokies players.

Even though there was a miscommunication of our booking last week the duty manager quickly fixed all problems we had with our stay and even offered a full refund of our bond and the cost of our room. Thank you.

Great friendly stuff, nice clean rooms. Checked in but due to family emergency we had to leave 30 minutes after checking in. The front desk was so understanding and was told we are getting full refund.

The room, bed sheet and blanket are clean. Good location, spacious parking place. Service is better than my previous visit. $200 deposit is no longer required and 10% discount at the bistro has been offered for guests staying there.

Unusual for me to travel without a vehicle and to fly. I picked this place to stay as last weekend I was t another Nightcap hotel. Room jas everything you need. Older building has been painted white with dark trim. The pub was quiet Friday night, two big friendly bouncers. On Saturday there was a happy crowd of mixed nationality origins. The place is centred around the pokies with the bistro and rooms accessed on one end and the other end is the spacious sports bar with pool tables. Good music overhead, sounds best in the open air smoking area. Enjoy ☺️
