Very bad policies and staff Bought kids jean tag says size 4 but inside it was size 2 and now they not returning it because I don't have reciept. Have flybys scan pay with card but still they refuse to exchange with size. Not my fault that they didn't put proper hanger. I wish I could leave without a star

Worst store i have EVER been to, honestly disgusting customer service, one worker named Jen was absolutely horrible in helping me find what I needed and then proceeded to call me an idiot for questioning her intellectual skills, its quiet obvious shes mentally challenged and isn't suitable for a job like this, there store is constantly filthy every single time I come in and reeks of a disgusting fishy smell, it was undeniably stronger around Jen as well so would not be surprised if she was the cause, honestly horrible customer service, horrible service in general!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!!!

Customer Service at the Register I just wanted to thank all the staff who work in the register area of Target for their wonderful customer service. They do a fantastic job. Prior to Christmas, when I was shopping for my nephews gift, they helped me out using my FlyBuys Point to save me money. It would be nice if more stores had caring staff at the point of sale. CONGRATULATIONS 👏👏👏

Although price wise for most items, big w and kmart have them beat, but Targets selection of books especially for kids is fantastic. My daughter loves all of the magic ink and scratch to reveal books and we both love the educational one's for her (she is almost 2 1/2yrs old). I also buy most of my work out/fitness clothing from here as a better range for me personally.

Really rude staff pretending to be police I'm shocked at how I was treated while shopping I'm disappointed never ever shopping here again unfortunately

I bought a set of sheets, and when I took them out of the packaging, I found they weren't what I was after. When I took them back for a refund, I was told that, as I removed the sheets from the packaging, they could not refund me for hygiene reasons. That was $85 wasted ! Beware people.

This Target is 100% better than the Redbank Plains Target. This one has stock and customer you can rely on

If it wasn't for the toys, this place would be empty. The fashion is ugly and has limited numbers. Edit to now add. Well, just like that. The toy section is so small that you blink and miss it. The store has an eco it's that is devoid of humans.

Ordered 4 hour click and connect Sunday 26 March. Con confirmation of order On Monday 27 March, and ready for pickup SMS on Monday 27 March at 11:17 (roughly 24 hours after initial order). Only part of the order was available for pickup and the rest would be send to me in 3 to 7 days. Now 8 days after order and received a message from courier that it may be delivered on Wednesday 5 April. 4 hour click and collect is taking more than 9 days !

Disappointing experience. Staff flat out refused to serve me at counter and was pointed in the direction of self check out machines...Atleast get me a name tag if you expect me to work for free and pay the staff wages too. Would not recommend shopping here and something should be done if your staff are going to refuse to offer basic service

All self-serve checkouts... Make the customer do the work so Target can save dollars on wages. Fire staff and pass on the work duties to your customers. I hate this trend and boycott all self-serve checkouts.

Wonderful service a few weeks ago now from a female manager assisting in calling other stores for me to find a dress. Found one at Redbank Plains for me Thanks so much for your help.

Found what I was looking for easily. There are self service checkouts around 10 of them. This speeds up the buying of goods considerably as you no longer have to wait in line with 10 other people when only 2 people are doing the check outs.

No much summer choices in larger sizes

Used to love target Orion but now it's just like coles aka. Aka do it yourself checkouts. So now when you finish work you can do what's usually someone's job with your purchases lol. Gotta love them big shops when u drop 300 or more then get to the checkout and have to scan everything. To come home and realise there's clothes u will need to take back and have the tags removed lol. This self serve checkout has got to go... I know I won't be back.. well after I get the security tags removed aha. All for more profits to and less wages. Well done ahaha idiots. Look forward to the reply to this lol some corporate response no doubt lol
